Property Ratings at Borders Apartment Homes
Lived here for a year.. never again. Could never flush my toilet paper without gunk coming out my bathtub drain. I would write maintenance requests and even physically go to the leasing office to management to get this permanently fixed but they would never fix the problem. If you like sewage coming out your bath tub drain.. go ahead and rent here.
Lots of rodents, especially Rats! despite all the fumigation management would do. Wouldn't make a difference. Say goodbye to your deposit as well. Management loves giving you less than 15% of your deposit, coming up with absurd chargers after contract.
I like the area, the gated community, it is in close proximity to everything i need. I can go walking to the mall and can afford to save on gas when i need to go to work. Prices are great for the proximity to the center of the city.
