Property Ratings at Borealis
Gorgeous location! Love the neighborhood. Very Modern. The team is also very friendly. Specifically Claudia. Super Chipper, and ready to help. Wish I had more friends living here. The photos are pretty spot on. Can't see myself anywhere else.
This building is decent for your first place in the downtown area, but I will never recommend it to anybody. You will quickly learn what you like and don't like about living in the area which will hopefully help you find a much better place to call home later down the road. The building is managed extremely poorly, is never clean anymore and is dated. Plus you get to deal with all the noises of the cities some. Crack heads across the street, skate boarders across the other, fire trucks, ambulances and cop sirens multiple times a day.. Plus 85 degree units in the summer since there is no AC or airflow!
The Apartments are modern, clean and the building is very secure. Walking distance to Lake Union, Capitol Hill or Downtown. Quiet neighborhood, would recommend to anyone new to the city who wants to have a good homebase for exploring all Seattle has to offer.
