Together, the Baltimore, Maryland neighborhoods of Medford and Broening make up about a third of a square mile. Of the two, Broening is a more residential area; Medford features some housing, but is mainly home to a commercial area featuring a Best Western hotel and a travel plaza. Medford-Broening is just under five miles east of Baltimore's city center, making a trip to the city fast and easy.
You'll find several restaurants in the Medford-Broening area along with a handful of convenient grocery stores and reputable schools like Holabird Elementary and Graceland Park-O'Donnell Heights Elementary. Locals can also visit the surrounding parks, enjoy a night of comedy at the Baltimore Comedy Factory or travel to Baltimore to experience its many museums, shopping districts, and famous National Aquarium.

Property Ratings at Boston Crossing
I’ve lived here for almost year. Within the year , i have moved from a one bed too a two bedroom. Great location , cheap rent , reachable management. There is a mice issue and in my opinion, maintenance doesn’t know what they’re doing. Other than that , nice place to live

Brandie, the property manager is very kind and helpful. I love that any time I call even though I know she is busy, Brandie is able to help me with whatever I need. Chris and the rest of the maintenance staff is always quick to fix any problems that I may have and are very courteous. The best part is the resident events, it really brings a sense of community. I have lived here for over 20 years and would not want to call any other place home.

I lived here for 1 year and when my lease was up I went month to month. I enjoyed my time here as it was convenient to the highway for both me and my husband. The office was very understanding regarding us needing month to month.

Property Manager unresponsive to mice issues because everyone has mice. No plan of action to rid you of mice. Mice travel between all apts at night. You can hear them scratching in the wall. No one cares, report them to Health Dept and or Mayor. Pest Control comes 2x a month and you will continue to have mice. Do yourself a favor if you take your chances bring a cat along with you because that is the ONLY thing that will save you.
Chiara the manager is AWFUL. She never responds to your complaints and doesn't seem to give a crap about her job! Mice problem....HUGE. I have a giant hole in my utility closet for some reason and the complex will not come fix it...this is how the mice are getting in. This place is unsanitary and not healthy for people to live in.
Since my move in date, I have experienced issue after issue at this place. My move In was pushed back without me being notified because maintenance was still fixing the apartment. The walls are damaged, the bathroom is damaged, the dishwasher is rusted, no screens on the windows, roaches in the refrigerator, two toned carpet!!! I haven't even been able to completely move in because of all the issues with the apartment. Some things they have fixed (like the carpet and some of the bathroom issues) but for the most part, the apartment is a dump. They attempted to fix the dishwasher issue but spray painting the rusted, damaged area white. The underlying issue is the dishwasher is leaking causing the rust and damage. It needs to be replaced!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I'm trying to get out!!!
My other half and I leased a one-bedroom apartment from this company from 2014-2015; moved away because work gave me housing, otherwise we would have gotten a two bedroom. Management was great and was timely (in most cases...if it took a while it's because they were short handed with maintenance guys). Did have an incident with the man living above us...but he was a nice guy who wasn't all there, I suppose. Will be looking for apartment soon. . . will be stopping by to take a look again. Thanks for everything!
This place is horrible!!. In the 6 months I stayed there, I saw rats the 1st week , my stuff was stolen , and my A/C never actually worked with no issues for more than a few weeks. They did not even make an effort to come out till what seemed like a whole month pass as they said they already had a list backed up. The phone was rarely picked up during normal hours as I would always have to leave work to go in person to even get a response. I would wake up drenched in sweat as my apartment would get up to 93 degrees even at night. Trying to leave, they would not even just let you pay the final bill and move out in a timely manner, as it took 2 more months to even completely be done with this place.( and you have to pay for the rest of the year as if you are still staying there.) You work hard , and just want to get off work and relax, but it is always an issue, never being able to go up a flight of stairs without smelling a stench of cigarette , weed, etc. This place is ridiculous and my stuff was stolen after they put in this so called "security system" that makes it where you scan with a chip to get into you're building, but I leave my place and come back to see my PS4 and other things stolen. I learnt the quick harsh reality of why 4 different residence moved out the building in my first 2 months. When I told locals of what happened they said this normal in "Baltimore "and is to be expected, but you don't have to be stuck in a situation that is so crazy and ridiculous like staying at this place. Completely not worth the money.#saveyourself
The customer service is not great, they don't come out to fix things In a timely manner and the parking is horrible. I wouldn't advise no one to move into these apartments they are also over priced since they are across the tracks from Canton. And I didn't even want to give them one star but the app required me to.
It has great space for either a single person or family, very great staff and love the POOL!
