Trendy eateries, bars, and breweries cater to the hardworking residents in the Southside, and a number of parks provide an escape from the hurriedness of the area. Property Ratings at Bottlehouse on Main
The maintenance team is very good! I have submitted a few requests and they have been quick to respond and fix my issues. Sean recently just completed my last request. He was super nice and quick!
We absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing and it is a great location. A++++++

Thanks for rating Bottlehouse on Main five stars! We're thrilled you love your home and if you ever have any additional feedback or questions for our team, feel free to let us know! We're always happy to help!
Dirty hallways and stairwells. Trash room always overflows into the parking lot. The dog park is pretty ugly. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.
It is not a place I would recommend anyone looking for a luxury apartment complex. Dirty hallways and stairwells Cars get break into Doors to the building get prop open for anyone to come in
Terrible experience. Horrible management company that constantly changes, dog poop everywhere, pool parties all throughout the pandemic, noisy neighbors, incorrect billing and charges, hidden fees for everything, fire alarms that go off and stay on all night, people having to stay in hotels because of the fire alarm terrifying their pets, homeless people sleeping within the apartment complex, cars being stolen and broken into in the garage...
I'm going on 3 weeks living here and so far I'm loving it
Great community with helpful staff that made application process and move in very easy. Complex has all the amenities you could ask for and is usually quiet and peaceful

My husband and I absolutely love this place. We just happen to run across their website in the mist of looking through a list of apartments and almost just giving up and settling for our previous place. Glad we didn't. The tour was great, love the atmosphere, overall, we love it here.

Not worth the price
I’m a resident here at Highpoint if you like listening to a bunch of bickering among employees and them staying on their phones ignoring you as you ask for help, this is the place for you. The maintenance man is very rude as well. This morning I couldn’t even get one of the girls in the front office to get a package for me. I guess the manager and assistant manager is no longer working here anymore. This office is girls gone crazy without supervision. I’m thinking of turning in my notice today no one should be treated this way. There’s so many new apartments coming up in this area. Look elsewhere stay away from Highpoint Urban Living.
My daughter and her friend lived here for a year. They moved out because the area was not safe and the management company was managing the property very poorly. When they moved out, they cleaned the apartment extremely well. However, they were told that the apartment "smelled" like a dog was there so it needed to be cleaned for that. They were charged for the cleaning. My daughter said no pets were ever in the apartment and didn't want to pay for the cleaning. She called the management company and sent them emails. No one responded. Instead, they just sent my daughter and her friend to collections. Instead of risking credit issues, we decided to just pay the charge. I would not recommend living here because they will try to take advantage you at every opportunity. Also, they told my daughter verbally that move out notice was 30 days prior. However, the lease said it was up to 60 days. So we had to pay an extra month in rent as a result.
I'll start off by saying I have never felt the need to write a negative review about an establishment until I moved in here. Within the first month of living here, my locked car was broken into, all the welcome mats on our floor were stolen, and the apple computers in the office were stolen. This crime had been ongoing, but management told us it was one of the safest neighborhoods before we moved in. Management was not in contact with the police when there were strings of break ins to cars in the garage. Everything is constantly broken; the elevators, the gates, gym equipment, the printers, the "secure" doors to get into the building. Things will be broken for months at a time. Just recently management decided to start fining people for not following the valet trash rules and putting out trash too soon during the day--ok, I completely agree with that. However, we were fined for not putting our EMPTY garbage can back inside of our apartment by 9 am. I work nights, and sometimes am not up by that time. Not only that, but they never informed us they would be fining for this. Just save yourself the trouble and do not live here. Almost everyone I talk to is trying to get out of their lease, and many have broken it, as we will be doing this month.
I’ve been here for almost a month and absolutely LOVE the community here! The leasing office has been so helpful and quick to answer any of my questions! The apartment it’s self is very spacious with a great view!
My wife an I have been here at Highpoint Urban Living for almost 15 months now. We were some of the first to move in back in early 2017. As other reviews from all different sites/sources will show, they did have some struggles from the get-go. However, things have drastically improved over the past year and the new mangement team truly listens to residents and their feedback. And, most importantly, they take action. All this being said, here's an honest, unbiased review from our past 15 months at this property: Pros: - Location: the Near Southside of FTW is EXPLODING with new businesses. You're also a short hop to downtown or Magnolia St. - Price: frankly speaking, they are not the cheapest around, but the rent is certainly reasonable, given the ammenities, customer service, etc. - Staff: the current mangement staff are outstanding. They listen to you and implement changes. The maintenance folks also do an amazing job of quickly responding and addressing maintenance problems. - Events: there are numerous free events each month, including wine tastings, brunch, breakfast-on-the-go, etc. - Secure parking: there were issues with this in the past (see below), but the mgmt have since secured the property with new fences, etc. - Ammenities: pool, fitness center, business center, multiple public spaces, multiple lounges, courtyard, BBQ grills, etc. - Courtesy officer: Alex is the on-site courtesy officer, and he's also a FTW Police Officer. He does an AMAZING job dealing with safety, security, noise complaints, etc. There are none better!! Cons: - Crime (early on): we had a massive crime problem, mainly with car break-ins. This was prior to the garage being secured with new fences, window bars, etc. - Noise: we had a major problem with noisy upstairs neighbors. We're accustomed to apartment living & normal noise levels. However, this was exceptional, both in noise levels and hours (very late at night). In the end, the residents above us ended up leaving. We're still concerned that any new neighbors might also be noisy, especially in a complex where the walls are so very thin, but it's a risk you take in apartment living. At least the staff and Alex do their part to address these issues as appropriate. All of this being said, we've decided to renew our lease for another 13 months. We're happy here and cannot speak highly enough about what Dusty (current manager) and her team has done to make this complex clean, safe, and nice to live in.
The complex did have a couple issues with vehicle breakins and no area for dogs. They have since changed the gates and added window guards as well as are in the process of building a small dog park. Really take residents' feed back and act on it.
Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. It's very nice. The management staff is wonderful and they host great events. They are also very personable. For example, just recently they hosted the Mayweather vs Mcgregor fight. It was a huge hit. I feel safe here and I am happy I chose to live here. I work in one of the hospitals near here and it's so nice to be so close to work. There's plans in place to build up the area too, which will be nice. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Thank you for the positive feedback! Highpoint Urban Living
Highpoint is a nice place but they installed cheap appliances and fixtures. The office staff is new and it is 100% worst than the staff that was here before. I can't say enough about the previous office staff and that was the entire reason I chose this place. I could have moved in to an apartment with nicer appliances and fixtures but the staff was so warm and inviting I couldn't refuse. I will be moving as soon as I can.
The manager only calls you at night between 8-9pm - at this point they have already been closed for HOURS as a business and I dont know anyone who enjoys getting calls that late after getting home from a long day of work. But if you dont answer - you can look forward to your emails and calls back being ignored during business hours. Even though I put a deposit down I decided not to lease because of the bad vibes/customer service I got from this place. I still to this day haven't even received a response email. Unprofessional... which pretty much describes the entire experience. And while the apartments are new... they went cheap on all the things inside - cabinets, sinks, the refrigerator that is smaller than the space the cutout they have allows for. Hallways dont have AC and a pretty terrible location. Some of the things you can get over... but not bad customer service and an office staffed with people who cant respond to an email or calls.

I apologize for the negative experience. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this issue further with new management, please contact the manager at 817-717-5676. Thank you, Highpoint Urban Living
Horrible Experience. Signed a six month lease which they printed wrong and will not honor there mistake. They don't have 7 month leases and will not correct the typo on the lease which we did not catch right away. When we brought this to their attention you get the run around about putting it in writing, and they will get back to you next week. Which you then don't get a reply until weeks later and when you ask to speak with the supervisor you are told no? Who operates a business like this? If I treated my clients like this I would be out of business. Now i have to hire an attorney and sue them over a one month mistake on a lease. And of course Julie who worked on securing the six month lease no longer works there. So do yourself a favor a spare the headache, don't get an apartment with these unprofessional and incompetent Employees.
Moved into this complex in April and it was pretty good. It was an easy move in and the property being brand new was really nice. Main Street is a slowly up and coming area and with our location we are close to Downtown Fort Worth, West 7th, and Magnolia. After moving in there have been a few maintenance hiccups that I allowed myself to believe were just because this building is a new property. In the past 3 months of being here I have had: An A/C blowing out hot air, a brand new washer with a leaky drain hose, a window that was not properly sealed so it allowed rain to seep through the drywall, and my dishwasher was not properly installed so it just fell forward as I was loading it. Just as a previous reviewer pointed out, the leasing office has completely changed personnel, and it's disconcerting for me because I did feel like the previous team was a little more concerned with the issues of their tenants. I will say however that I was also told a different list of fees when I first leased as what I see now on my bill. Lastly, recently there have been break ins into cars parked inside the "secure" parking garage that every resident pays a $99 yearly fee to park in. I just feel like this apartment complex was a little rushed and for the price there are better apartments around the Fort Worth area.

Couldn't say enough about Highpoint when I first moved in but the best office staff is gone now and it's just not the same. The place is nice but a big part of my decision to live here was the friendly faces in the office. Julie leased to me and I couldn't say enough about her. She was the reason and the only reason I moved to Highpoint. I looked at apartments that had better upgraded appliances but it says a lot when you have a great staff and that's what made my decision to lease at Highpoint. The only other person that made a huge impression was the manager Hillary. You could just tell how much she cared about Highpoint and the residents. Now that they are gone it just isn't the same. One thing I could say to management is keep the good employees because that means everything to the residents that live here.
Terrible management company. All they want is your money. No washers and dryers at move in, cheap ranges in kitchen, no light in tub area, water runs under the door when it rains. They don't care. I'd look elsewhere
