Property Ratings at Boulder Creek Apartments
I lived there for a year and THE NIGHT i got all my stuff moved in and was relaxing my friend found a roach. He looked around and found a lot of dead ones already. Told the office and Terminix did come every thursday for maybe a month? and then stopped coming to my apartment all together. The roaches were small but STILL THERE, not sure why they stoppped coming to be but anyway. They STILL HAVE ROACHES THERE. the ac SUCKED. the apartment was only cool in the living room so you need a fan in the bedroom for sure. the bedroom window wouldn’t open or close properly. and when getting my deposit back they said they needed a new drip pan, i maybe cooked 10x in one year there? and all my valve caps for my tires got snatched. They only want your money.
They have roaches and refuse to do anything about it management is poor
Pros Nice size apartment, no water bill, low electric bill, walking distance to U of T Hospital and shopping Cons Thin walls, reeks of marijuana, front door is always broken, police/fire truck/ambulance sirens, old appliances
There’s literally roaches everywhere! I told them and they lied and said Terminex came and sprayed my apartment so I asked for proof and they ignored me! All they did was put down sticky traps which they left down for MONTHS! The office is rude and no help at all!
I do everything by the book. I expressed concern about the giant potholes in the parking lot and a lock that's been broken for 2 years and cockroaches that were in my apartment since day one and instead of them doing something about it, they threatened me. This place has documents of terrible service and even make raffles for positive reviews. This place isn't pet friendly as their is always trash and screws and other various items always found in the grass. They overcharge and also even charge for laundry, a machine that literally does the work for free. I can go on and have a number of issues with this place. Do Not waste your money on this arrogant place if you know what's best for you.
This apartment complex is quiet and chill. Floor plans are large and rent is very affordable. Minimal issues, that get solved relatively quickly. Big and clean pool/pool area.
I've enjoyed my time here at Boulder Creek! I have never had any major issues, tenants and staff are kind, and I love the incredible amount of space I get in the two-bedroom apartment. That, and it was the most affordable place in town regarding its value that I personally could find. Location is great too. I've been here going on 3 years now. Just like any apartment though, I've still had my issues. Cheap blinds keep breaking through normal use, paint so easily chips off the cabinets through normal use, the paint job is not the nicest throughout, and the water does tend to get shut off a lot (sometimes with very short notice). None of this has greatly affected my quality of living here, though. Overall, I would recommend Boulder Creek to anyone looking for a nice and affordable place to live, right in the middle of everything fun in Toledo!
i called for some help and the lady in the front accused me of calling them multiple time which was a lie and told me not to call again So rude horrible staff
DO NOT RENT HERE! A leak behind the shower was shoddily patched and flooded the apartment in the middle of the night. "This should hold until Monday, I want to watch the game." It did not hold. It took over an hour for maintenance to turn off the water to the entire building. Clean up consisted of sucking the water out of the carpet and spraying some strawberry scent. It took multiple emails to get the carpet pad inspected. They claimed to have replaced it, but they lied. Took even more to get them to agree to replace the drywall that started to sag in the bathroom ceiling after the flood. Management refused to inspect under the bathroom floor or the walls. Musty and moldy smell within several days. Mold tests were positive. Regional Manager solution was to terminate the lease with no penalty...but then took the deposit for early termination. Charged to clean the apartment too. Find better places to spend your money.
Reach out to the leasing off 4 times about the bugs was told over 3 months ago they was going send somebody out to spray. They finally send maintenance out to spray and they only spray home defense that I already spray myself. Talk to the property manager about the Problem still haven’t been fix the problem. Maintenance is very slow as well moved into my apartment in July with a over flooding dishwasher took them until October to fix it. Very over priced. I will never recommend anyone to live here. STAY AWAY
Great apartment complex and the staff treats the residents fairly. I been living at this location for years and I will be renewal my lease.
Very loud neighborhood, car was broken into asked the lady to look into it never was looked into. Asked for things in apt to be fixed numerous times never happened. Air conditioning kept leaking. Can't wait to move. Only thing good Is the student discount.
