Property Ratings at Boulder Springs
I've loved living here for 3 years now! The property was great to begin with and is consistently being improved. Examples are adding an Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station, planting more trees/hedges for greater shade (trust me, this so important in MO!), remodeling the pool decor, & re-landscaping the pond. The staff are extremely responsive and my maintenance requests are addressed the day of making them. The staff also has monthly community events (think Valentines Day party, summer pool party, Christmas prize raffles/contests etc.) where I meet many long time residents. I know couples who've been here 8, 16, & 17 years and talk with them regularly at these events. I see them also as this property is built in a large square lay-out, with a very walkable loop around it (~1/8 mile). I see people "making their laps" with their dogs ALL the time. That said, this property is very conducive to owning dogs/cats. Aggressive dogs are not allowed, so it is safe living here if you're afraid of dogs. Other intangibles of the property are many, but overall I think is very SAFE living here. It also is very CLEAN. The property is nestled into a quite surrounding neighborhood with many sidewalks. It also is ~3 minutes from a major grocery store (Dierbergs), ~5 min. from the Edward Jones YMCA, & ~7 minutes from a Club Fitness. There is easy access to major highways, and luckily, the property is very quiet still despite this. This is especially important as I work from home (many residents do here). Overall, "convenient" is the one word of I'd sum up living here, which is so important to me with a hectic schedule. Thanks!

Living in Boulder Springs has been an incredible experience. The serene beauty of the lake is the perfect backdrop to start and end each day. The calm waters and surrounding greenery create a peaceful, almost resort-like atmosphere. I love waking up to the tranquil sounds of nature and enjoying my morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the lake. My townhome is spacious, modern, and well-designed. The open floor plan allows natural light to flood the space, making the rooms feel even larger and more inviting. The kitchen is well-appointed with high-quality appliances, making it a joy to cook in, and the living area is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. One thing that really sets Boulder Springs apart is the exceptional maintenance team. They are always quick to respond to any requests and handle everything with professionalism and efficiency. Whether it’s a small repair or general upkeep, they ensure the community stays in top shape, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents' comfort and satisfaction. The Boulder Springs community is welcoming and well-maintained, with walking trails around the lake, and plenty of amenities to enjoy, like the pool and fitness center. The location is also ideal, close to shopping, dining, and great schools, but still tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Overall, living in Boulder Springs has exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home the moment you walk in.
The apartments are large, bright and equipped with every comfort. They are integrated into an amazing naturalistic context. There is a pond with a fountain and streams that flows among flowers and well-kept plants.lots of amenities including pool business center, gym center, car wash, pick balls court and others. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent maintenance team that respond to requests quickly, with competence and kindness. It’s a great place to live, I recommend it.
