Been only living here for about 11 months, almost a year & it’s the safest place I’ve lived in , super clean & quiet.

Terrible Security and management doesn’t care for their tenants
Terrible security. Don’t even bother to stay here. I’ve had packages stolen as soon as they get to the apartment. I’ve witness people smacking the intercom and it somehow unlocks the front door to get in. Tried it ourselves and it works. So anyone can come and go as they please. We also pay an extra $30 to park in the underground parking and still, someone breaks into our vehicles and tampers with the ignition and now the whole car is shot. Luckily they weren’t able to start the car and steal it. But they stole our garage opener so now they have more access to the apartment. Talked to the people in the office about the front door, our car being broken into in their “secure garage” and the answer they gave us was “oh, that’s unfortunate.” Plus the neighbors are super rude and loud. They play loud music throughout the day and night.

Not Student Friendly
I find it confusing and ridiculous that one of the requirements is one person must not be a full time student. I am a full time student who is trying to find an apartment alone, so so much for this idea. Wondering what the explanation to this rule is??

Starter
This apartment is really great to live in if your looking for something affordable. This is perfect for people that are single or a couple. Everything is clean and the one bedrooms are spacious,but the studios aren't so perfect for a couple but if your single.

This apartment is beautiful!
The apartment I seen was very clean & spacious, for a one bedroom. The appliances were nice & up to date. The carpets & walls were also clean & stain free. Only thing I didn't like was the hallway. I am most definitely looking forward to renting from the!

Dont move to boulevard apartment
I live in these apartment and they have rugs, mouse and bedbug. They dont fix nothing, the staff keep changing and they are the means people ever.
