Tinley Park is a large suburban village located about 25 miles south-southwest of Chicago along Interstate 80. The historic community maintains a timeless appearance, with many preserved and restored homes and buildings still in active use all around the village. A network of public parks spread across the local neighborhoods ensures that residents are never more than a few blocks from a lush greenspace.
The Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre on the south end of town is one of the area’s biggest performance venues, and regularly attracts thousands of people from across the Chicagoland region. With its cozy small-town aesthetic, low crime rate, and top-notch public school system, Tinley Park is quite popular as a home base for commuters and is frequently named on lists of best places to raise a family.

Property Ratings at Boulevard at Central Station
I lived in the Boulevard for 2 years and there are some good things about it. But there are so many more bad things. For instance, while small pets are allowed, many residents don't bother to clean their dogs poop when they have an accident in the hallways, there is always dog poop in random places in the hallways. Also the windows and the balcony doors are not properly sealed, some units get very Drafty. The handyman the building employs is rude, doesn't always finish repairs and complains about not getting a tip. The in unit laundry and dryers are cheap and constantly shake and don't do a good job of washing clothes. The water pressure is pretty much a light drizzle. The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations thru the wall like you were right next to your neighbors. And the daily 1am freight train filled with gasoline shakes the building enough that you feel the vibrations in bed or on the couch. And half the buildings parking spots are usually taken by people going to the many bars in the area. All in all this building should not be called a luxury building.
