The area isn’t far from popular museums like the Getty and the Hammer Museum, as well as the University of California’s Los Angeles campus.

Public, charter, and private schools reside in the area, as well as community colleges like Pierce College. With great places to hike, bike, and golf, Woodland Hills is an ideal destination for outdoor recreation and spectacular mountain views. Visit popular community spots like Warner Center Park, Westfield Promenade, or the AMC Theater.

Property Ratings at Boulevard
I don’t recommend this place at all . The worst experience i ever had ,currently dealing with a serious issue and cant wait to move out. If you really care about your peace , your sleep and your health do not move here . tennents above me jump and have crazy fits all the time even during midnight , they move their stuff almost all day . I complained to the office several times but NOTHING changes .This situation is not acceptable at all! We can’t sleep at all . Do not rent here and stay away from this location. you can hear almost everything from the apartment above . Management here do not care about you and your peace and your rights .they ignore the concerns literally.

We are so sorry to hear you're not planning on continuing your stay with us here, Ris. Our residents’ comfort is very important to us and we are sorry to hear that noise from your neighbors has been an issue. Noise pollution can be an unfortunate side effect of living in a multifamily housing situation, but if the noise is excessive or you feel that your neighbors are violating community policies, we would be happy to discuss the matter with you in more detail. Thank you.
Rules and fees are constantly changing here. The security system is annoying. Every couple months the fire alarm system goes off in the middle of the night. It’s so expensive just to be constantly inconvenienced.

We're disappointed to hear that you feel this way about the community, We do have some new changes going on at the community with a new gate call box and fob entry system. This new system should make it easier for all to access the amenities and the gate. We are working to improve the community. I would be happy to discuss your concerns if you have a moment to come to the office to discuss.
Boulvard. Is an excellent place to live in. Staff are friendly and professional.
I loooove this place! Living my best life here! During my application, Ella was helping me, and wow, she went above and beyond to help me achieve my dream! Very professional and caring person! From the bottom of my heart - thank you, Ella! Also, I would love to mention Sara and Jess - responsive and kind people! Security - there are always two security guys at each entrance. They are always awake and patrolling, not like in the previous community our security was sleeping in the car every night. Hallways - never ever smelled any waste of animals and it's a big thing! It always a problem in the big communities, but not here :) Parking - after I got used to going up and down in the loop - I like it, so far didn't see any illegal activity (which was always a problem in the previous community). And there is always guest parking available! Oh, and my apartment - it's just amazing, literally luxurious! Floor, cabinets, countertops, faucets, all appliances - like in the 5-star expensive hotel! I truly love this place and hopefully will stay here for long :)
We wanted to review and express our gratitude for the Leasing Office team. It was a process but it was worth the wait. We wanted to lock in a price point and were hoping to get the keys ASAP. We understood that this timeline put pressure on the move in date. However, the Leasing team accepted the challenge gracefully and worked super diligently with us to make things happen. We were blessed to have worked with both Sara and Ella as both were very attentive, super knowledgeable about the property, extremely organized, and they communicated every update/action item to us. They were such a great team to work with. Thank you Sara and Ella!! Another thing to we noticed was on our tour was ALL the residents greeted Sara. It was clear she had a good rapport with each resident we passed. That was a good sign for me. It was a great indication that this Leasing Office team does their due diligence to help and they have great relationships with their residents. We look forward to living here and eating at these food trucks!
Great place to live with terrific amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. We just moved in and absolutely love it here!
This is an awesome community. The atmosphere is great. The boulevard is a higher quality living community. The staff is amazing. This place takes your breath away.
The best customer service and the best apartment I have ever lived in! I’ve lived in my fair share of apartments and I’ve never dealt with a Leasing Office where everyone is on top of things, responsive, compassionate and can’t forget the best part, friendly! I feel I was welcomed with open arms as soon as I took my first tour (Pre-COVID) and immediately felt at home. Mandy, Penny, Alysha, Kenneth and Sara in the Leasing Office are spectacular at what they do and super attentive. Jim, Luis and Charlie from Maintenance are quick to respond, thorough and are awesome guys! The grounds and general areas are well maintained and are constantly being cleaned by the Porters which is especially important during this time. Very little turn-over among all the staff. That might sound odd to add to a review but that makes a difference when you call the place in which you live, your home and want to be surrounded by familiar faces. I’ve built a rapport with all of them and feel protected, listened to and taken care of. I love my apartment with all stainless steel appliances, flooring, patio, the layout, the view, amount of storage within the apartment, the dog park, the gated entry/parking, security guards at night and I could go on. Plus, the 2-story gym is superb and having a sauna in the locker room is a total bonus! Lastly, I love the convenience of living on Ventura Blvd and how close everything is. I sometimes walk to Target and both Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s are less than a 2 minute drive. I get the city-living feel while living in the Valley but without all the noise of a big city. Love hearing the birds chirp every morning.

If youre looking for a fabulous place to live in the valley with impeccable staff and beautiful amenities, look no further!
There are three main complaints I have from my time at the Boulevard: 1. Bats: Despite flagging with maintenance the issue of bats on my porch (and their confirmation), nothing was done to prevent the animals from coming back and I spent the majority of my lease with continuous bat droppings on my porch— which in turn attracted numerous flies and made the porch unusable. 2: Theft: I had multiple packages stolen (over $1000 worth), despite flagging with the front office and the office claiming no packages would be left at my front door. Why did I pay for a storage box if nobody ever placed my packages in it? 2.Neighbors or other residents mistreating the property: Residents continuously allowed their pets to use my front mat as a bathroom and never once cleaned it up or left a note. Multiple times residents also left their trash bags by my front door.
Based on current circumstances and condition of the Boulevard one can get much better deal in other apartment building with better and more qualified management.
This is a great place to live.
Clean and calm residential building at the heart of woodland hills
Boulevard is a nice gated community with nice amenities. It is in a great location very close to shops a eateries. The community is usually quiet most of the time. Security is visible on the property in the evening and at night patrolling the area.
I love that my apartment is so well isolated that I rarely hear my neighbors :) The Boulevard is a quiet and relaxing place to live at with a great gym and pool area.
The staff at The Boulevard is wonderful and the amenities are great! I really enjoy living here and hope my residency here continues for a long time. :)
Great apartment and community. Love the amenities and location. A little pricey.
I love living here!
This is a great apartment complex with everything that you need to relax. The apartments are well insulated so no noise from your neighbors and a very quiet community at night. Great staff. I recommend it warmly.
Leasing office assistance is bad dont move here!

I love the Boulevard the staff are amazing the building phenomenal amenities superb I am So happy to be a tenant here.
A beautiful, quiet, clean, well maintained apartment complex
Great staff, great ammenities, close to everything, very safe environment
I've enjoyed staying at the Blvd. The facility is always clean and the tenants are respectful almost all the time. It's quiet and the staff has alway been cordial. It's family friendly and great place to live as a bachelor.
Since living at The Boulevards, management has taken a strong stance on in-place rules, such as, parking, along with providing immediate response to concerns. Maintenance is always readily available upon request, with good knowledge about the unit components and how to correct what is required. Security always on-site to respond to complaints about noise levels and other related issues with regards to the amenities.
Nice location, facility looks like an Italian village , and the exercise facilities an other outside community spaces are outstanding .
Dont rent here, its a free for all , unlivable and not worth the money
Stay away. Constructiion is horrible, you can hear everything. Everything looks nice but is very cheap. Security is non existant
I did not have a good experience with this place. While everything may seem shiny and new, its cheap. The management does not seem willing to enforce any of their own rules. It is supposed to be non smoking but there are cigarette butts everywhere and you can spell pot constantly. You can hear every move your neighbors aside and above you make. The property is not secure at all and cars are getting stolen and broken into. I only worked out at the gym once because I realized how filthy it is.
This "Luxury Apartment" is very basic. There are no lights in the bedroom, no ceiling fans. Way overpriced for such a basic apartment.
Walking up to the Boulevard one can already see that this is a place of luxury, a place to call home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from amazing restaurants and places to shop, with new developments constantly being opened up. The Boulevard has beautiful courtyards, a great pool, fireplaces, BBQs and lounging areas all around that make it convenient to host friends and family. A business center that is free to use is incredibly convenient for those who work from home with free wi-fi and coffee and meeting spaces to hold conferences with clients. It’s a great place to live with amazing management who are responsive, understanding and on top of requests and incredibly helpful.
PROs: brand new apartment complex. Nice amenities (pool, many relaxing areas), good appliances, apartment is spacious, lots of natural light (if you are in the right room), separate packaging area, easy access to the 101 freeway, and close to shopping places. overall it is quiet. CONs: the construction is still going on, alarm often goes off due to the construction, allocated parking spaces aren't convenient, management doesn't actively enforce the rules (Dogs walking without leash, smoking, parties/bbq after 10pm, plants on balcony, etc)
The apartment is in a great location, freeway is close, shops and everything is new.
