Property Ratings at Boutique Apartments
This is the worst leasing agency I have ever worked with. I live at Trivium apartments (do not live there) and have had to call corporate in order to get any issues addressed. However, corporate does not do anything, makes excuses, and lies to me constantly. It makes sense that they would hire a horrible leasing manager for Trivium as well, and it makes sense why Trivium is so poorly taken care of and managed. Since I moved into Trivium in July I have been without AC twice for longer than a week at a time in 90 degree weather. I have consistently had my water turned off without notice for "emergency repairs" that are not actually emergencies. Also, I did not have hot water in my shower for the first two weeks I lived at Trivium, which I might remind you I did not have air conditioning in 90+ degree heat and could not shower. I was not given any reimbursement for my rent because the Trivium management said they felt as though they handled it in an ample amount of time (TWO WEEKS OF NO HOT WATER). I did not have heat during Christmas/Christmas Eve and did not have it for multiple days. Management shut off the air conditioning in October when the temperatures were still high and living on the top floor was unbearable. The complex and hallways smell like dirty socks and rotting trash constantly. Speaking of trash, there is trash all over the grounds, in the halls, and the dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing. The laundry machine has been broken for months with an out of order sign. My personal items were thrown across my room by the maintenance men, even though these items were not obstructing their repair at all. This is the short short list of the issues I have ran into for the past 7 months that corporate says are not issues at all.
