Bowen River Oaks

I’ve been pleased with the building, staff and community in the few months since living here at The Bowen. Thanks for what you all do. Keep up the great job.

Nice apartment and friendly staff, I seldomly have any issues here. particularly the maintenance staff is very efficient, and fixes problems usually on the same day or next working day! concierges are also super friendly and helpful.

Every month it’s either the elevator is bad or the garage door, other than that all good. But the door owners need to do better pick after their pets and the hall way needs a biweekly shampooing, always smells of dogs

Garage door has been broken for a while now. Was never informed about valet trash. Didn’t receive a sink stopper. Hallways smell like pet urine.

Great place to live, very clean, well maintained, staffs are great, beautiful views, nice amenities, my favorite qualities: the interior aesthetic, color scheme and layout of the units.

All residents constantly receive rage text from management , they pass out lease violations like candy, and the entire management office, valet, security and maintenance have a false superiority complex. The apartments are very poorly designed. Pipes crack, internal electrical boxes shake when you pull plugs out of the wall, maintenance fixes things with spray paint. Save your money on this please. All the 5 star reviews on google have been heavily incentivized.

Very nice and clean place. Enjoy the location and I’m very happy with my decision to live here thus far. Looking forward to meeting the community at the upcoming events.

Still the most beautiful apartment have lived in, Mark, Mia, and the new Manager are the best there is, always ready and willing to help, ample parking all the way to the 9th floor, two electric car chargers on each floor all the way to the 6th floor

Bowen has been amazing! The staff is very helpful, sweet and everything has been wonderful! Super prompt response to service requests. Also, concierge are very nice!

Nice community close to everything! Well kept, quiet, and engaging. The amenities are amazing and the stafff is very accommodating. One of the best things about being here is that it is close to the frwy, close to great restaurants, and there are so many places you can walk to!

Overall my experience with the property and property management team has been good. One thing that would give this property and experience a better rating is the gym. At best the gym provides bare essentials and I wouldn't recommend more than 3 to 4 people in there at one time. The appeal is really in its location. It is centrally located. I don't drive to any outing as ride share services are readily available and distance to my destinations fluctuate within 5minute to 15 minutes, 15minutes.

Just moved in about a week ago and so far my experience here has been great! I'm looking forward to the next year or more living here! Mia is so great and helpful!

The Bowen has exceptional staff from the valet to concierge. The amenities are very nice as well. This is the best apartment I have stayed at and it is not close.

Not too bad, a few things can be worked on like expanding the gym, making sure the elevators are working fast. Better quality stuff in apartment for the price we’re paying (paint, walls sinks)

Community is always clean and well kept. Staff are always welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Hopefully there are more community events in the future.

My only complaint is that the walls are thin. Everything else is great. The people who work here are super nice. Maintenance is prompt. The amenities are well kept.

The weren’t storm prepared or ready, there was no socket placed or the generator for people to charge their phones, the new valet still has no way of calling/ requesting for you car.

Enjoyed living at Bowen River Oaks. The only issue was the garage pretty much never works. In our 17 months of living here, I would say it’s worked for 3 months total..

Great location in River Oaks with access to shops, restaurants, and parks. Great amenities and an added bonus concierge and valet service …my home sweet home

The maintenance staff is ON it... but for the price I pay... I wouldn't think it's worth it. There are plenty of other luxury apartments in the area that offer more. The gym is small. The garage gate is constantly broken. The locks? Have a mind of its own.

The location is great, the entire staff is helpful and amazing. From day one of my move-in until now I have had no complaints. I feel very secure with the concierge being available 24/7. I haven’t had any issues with my deliveries. I can’t put into the words how much the valet has accommodated anything I have needed from them beyond parking my car. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apt. It is quiet and comfortable.

Concierge and valet have been helpful and nice since my move in. However, I have been concerned with safety all around. The main garage to the building does not work. It is difficult to find parking for self and guest(s). Speeding in the garage needs to be regulated because I almost got into several accidents. There is entirely too much traffic around the property to have security as an issue. There is a lot of potential for this property, but that is a serious pain point.

Great apartment. You don’t hear any noise from neighbors. The staff is friendly and helpful. The parking for guests and gym could be better but overall living here is nice.

Everything was really great when I was moving. Kay was very helpful and patient with all my questions. First impressions are really good and hope it will stay this way. I haven’t had a chance to check all amenities yet, but will do that shortly.

Just moved in last month. So far so good. Had a few minor maintenance requests that were completed within 24 days. The community grounds are well kept, and once I close my apartment door I hear no outside noise which is a plus to me.

So far Bowen has been a great experience. The valet, leasing, and security team have been professional, polite and helpful. I'm looking forward to a wonderful experience

Love my home ! Clean property that welcomes my sweet pup and I to live here in peace. I will definitely be renewing in November when it’s time for a new lease ! I may even upgrade

Building is clean and the staff is very kind and always helpful. It’s only been 3 months for me but so far I am enjoying the amenities and location.

Love my apartment! Beautiful white cabinets and gold finishes. Really spacious bathrooms and great closet space. The living space is fairly small which is the main reason for us moving out. The staff are great, valet in particular are really nice. Great maintenance team

I couldn't be happier with my apartment! The space is modern and beautifully designed, with high ceilings and large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The kitchen is featuring a good enough appliances and ample storage. The amenities are nice —there's a gym, a rooftop sparkling pool, and a rooftop lounge with stunning city views. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, and the management team is friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile. The neighborhood is vibrant and convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. Security is top-notch, providing peace of mind. Overall, this apartment has exceeded all my expectations and truly feels like home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable living experience. Five stars!

Lived here since 2022 of June and couldn't have been happier. Thinking on renewing for a third year...the entire staff is amazing; from valet to concierge, you can't ask for a better team.

Still enjoy living here, although it seems the standard is dropping. Amenities keep shrinking such as no more free electric car charging, no more free printing, it was only 10pages a month free! Also I have asked and complained about the new valet company, we shouldn’t have to come downstairs before I can request my car, miss the old company that had a messaging system in place to request your car!!!

My only issues so far is that the apartment was not as clean as I would’ve hoped they would be up on moving in. For the amount that I pay in rent, the least I should expect is that fully clean apartment Also, my fob does not work properly, and it is a struggle to get the elevator to work most of the time. If someone else has already chosen their floor, my fob doesn’t work at all I have to choose Other than that, I love my unit SOOOO much, and the building is amazing

The Bowen is an amazing property with a great location. Although the application process is very extensive, I am enjoying the property. The building is a very safe.

Love the apartment itself - high rise and floor to ceiling windows. Only bad thing is the parking gate is always broken and they don’t tow non resident cars

Great apartment complex. Safe, good neighborhood, nice and new apartments. Just renewed my lease and can’t see a reason to regret my decision

LOVE residing at Bowen! Great community with beautiful units. Mgmt and staff are top touch. Very pleased and happy to be here! (I am in the 1 bdrm AT7 model).

I’ve had the most amazing time living here so far! Leasing agents, concierge, and valet have been outstanding!! I love how close we are to the River Oaks District :)

Love it here so far! The people are nice and it is generally quiet. The leasing office and service team have been extremely responsive. The concierge team is also very friendly. I feel like you get what you pay for and more. I wish the parking situation was better though as if you get home past a certain time, you’re stuck on 7 or up.

Horrible manager, and a horrible maintenance department(since Abraham left) the last service request I had the guy left muddy shoe prints all over my apartment, and used my face towel to clean the floor and put it back on the hanger like nothing happened, I almost wiped my face with it, stepped on my white bathroom mats with muddy shoes, I had to start mopping my bathroom and living room and used carpet cleaner to wipe my bedroom carpet, I called and asked to talk to the maintenance dept supervisor, I was told he would call me back which he never did.

This apartment community is awesome! I’d recommend living here to anybody. The location is undeniably great with the walking distance to the River Oaks District

So Chill and comfortable, Clean and the amenities are good Decoration. Our Second year here and the location is amazing for all activities in the city

Haven’t had much complaints, everything is great. Very clean and the neighbors are nice. Only one thing, when my boyfriend (who is also a lease holder here) goes through the lobby to come home, a concierge stops him and questions him if he lives here and asks him which apartment. It’s kinda frustrating.
