Great place to live! The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management is friendly and quick to respond. I feel safe and comfortable here highly recommend!
Everything has been fantastic! Our move in has been a smooth transition and our apartment has been a great fit for us! It met our expectations and now we are working on making it feel like home by adding touches of decor slowly but surely!
I have enjoyed living at Bowman Point. Great apartment commmunity. Great amenities & responsive customer service. Parking is not bad. I appreciate the community is gated. What I would change is bring some light to the apartment. For example, Everything in the apartment is dark (grey walls, grey carpet, dark brown cabinets & pecan brown wood flooring). Kitchen cabinets should be white to lighten up the space & add some openness. Find the right size burners for the stove - mine don’t fit. And better lighting in the ceiling fans. Small updates can go a long way.
The staff is excellent and on top of it! Clean apartment complex, love the amenities, and never had any issues living here. Highly recommend
I am very impressed with the facilities that you guys have to offer! From the amazing pools, the gym, the theatre room, the list goes on! I love how it’s a dog friendly community and the dog park that you guys have is super awesome! You keep the premises very cleaned and maintained . I think your maintenance requests are done pretty quickly. I appreciate that we have a gated community and that it requires extra security access after a certain time at night, this makes me feel more safe at night!
I have lived here for 3 years . The experience has been wonderful. Incredible staff, prompt response, neat community and lots of fun stuff every Tuesday. I love being a part of this community. My favorite place is the pool.

Very clean and safe environment. There are a lot of facilities you can use all day long. A lot a parking places for your car. The staff quickly respond to any maintenance request.

Love it here, it’s been a great. Amenities are great, pool is awesome. Fun party’s, food trucks almost every week. And it’s close to some fun stuff around town
I enjoyed the time my wife and I spent here, and the amenities are a really great bang for your buck. My only real complaint is that depending on where you stayed, some neighbors could be really loud and obnoxious, but that’s with most apartment living.

It is hands-down one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in so far. The amenities are state of the art and the administration is so kind and helpful. The complex is very tidy. I could not have asked for a better place to call my home.
The property is clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities that meet expectations. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The location is convenient, with access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Noise levels are reasonable, and the community feels relatively safe.
Maintenance has been on top of it! They respond in a timely manner. House keeping keeps the amenities and complex super clean! Happy about everything so far.
So far everything is really nice I’ve only been a resident for a month and I have to say the campus is very well maintained and really nice. Staff in the office are the best and are very friendly. If an issue arises it’s resolved the next day. Overall I’m very happy with being a bowman point resident.

Bowman Pointe continues to be a comfortable place to call home. I’ve made a lot of new friends living here. I would love to have the stairs inside cleaned. As well as monitoring the trash left on the property.
The staff here are extremely friendly. I haven’t met anyone that doesn’t mind helping me out if I need it. They go out of their way to check on me when they see me and just make sure I’ve been doing okay.
Great community of people here. Always quiet and respectful when needs to be but can also have fun. Love it here if I ever have a maintenance issue they are always on top of it.

Great! I’ve had nothing but good things to say, it is a good experience. The staff is nice and friendly, the utilities are great, I haven’t gotten a chance to use the pool as yet but I know it will be worth the wait.

This is a wonderful place to live. I like it here. I love the easy access to Walmart and the restaurants of my choice. I like the pet- friendly. I have a dog back home.Dogs are truly a person's best friend.
I love living here! Staff is so helpful, and they facilities are well maintained and CLEAN. I fell in love with my unit the first time I saw it. I was happy to be able to see my unit before I was locked into a lease. The quiet hours make it great even if you face poolside. I have rarely heard my neighbors and am able to get rest without wondering if someone will keep me up. They also have dog DNA tests to encourage tenants to pick-up after their dogs. I appreciate the thought that goes into the little things! It keeps the quality of living high for all. The gate give me a lot of comfort. They also keep a watch on who enters the pools, not just anyone can come in. Also, I have had packages sit by my door while I am at work and have never had anything stolen or even touched. I don't personally have a ring camera at my door, but the level of care they take with safety makes me feel like it's not necessary. Honestly the price is worth it for all of the perks that come with living here.

I was very excited to move here but it is even nicer than I thought it would be! I am so excited to start my post grad school life here. I was nervous moving (4 hours away from home) but the amenities make it worth it.
I truly enjoy living here. We have fun getting together for our weekly turn ups and special events. My neighbors are friendly, helpful and quiet. My only complaint is they used to do a much better job with pest control. Sometimes there are times when certain bugs are in abundance. It’s terrible when they’re swarming all around the entrance to the building and getting into the hallway.
So far I am loving my apartment! I have been here for about 3 months. No maintenance issues. The only thing is that I'm finding dead bugs all around the apartment everyday. I never see any crawling around, just dead or on their backs about to die. I guess that's a good thing. Hopefully we can get to the point where I don't see them. Overall I enjoy the staff and community
Very nice and neighborly I don’t have any problems with my tenants lovely atmosphere nice place to stay the builder managers and staff are lovely. I’ll let you know about upcoming events even though we already have the app love the view.
only been a resident for 1 month but I have enjoyed been a resident at bowman. Only complaint is that there was minor prior damage that should have been took care of before I moved in.
I love the way the apartment is designed. All the appliances are great! It has been home for 3 years and doesn't disappoint. It has been great living here
Our experience at Bowman Pointe Apartment was alright. More of an inconvenience most of the time. As a dog owner whose pup sniffs out all food items, it was not great when residents would throw chicken bones on the ground.
Thank for the opportunity to be a part of this amazing community. The people in this community are very welcoming, friendly, and supportive of each other. Nevertheless, the staff are very organized and professional. I love this community. I am safe and called this my home.

I just moved in and the staff has been SO helpful with my transition to my new home! Everything was processed quickly and efficiently, and aside from a few minor work orders which were made prior to my move-in, the apartment was ready for me! Looking forward to all the experiences this property has to offer!
I love all the amenities! Super fun place to live! There is something for everybody. Gym, putting course, fire pits, and a dog park! Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a total package!
My experience the last few months have been terrible. Pros: Gorgeous property with minimal bugs. Cons: Dog poop is everywhere outside. The residential portal allows for communication however, comments are screened and often not approved without explanation. Bldg 14 is out of control after 5pm and on the weekends, similar to a dorm. The noise is outrageous near the stairways and outside windows in the hall. There are loud parties often. Clubhouse visitors leave the doors open without considering surrounding units. Quiet hours do not exist! Lastly, there are no alarms in the bldg 14 units and the entry doors are NEVER locked. Strangers roam the building all hours of the night. LRPD is dispatched often per reports. Bowman Pointe has a lot of potential with a good process improvement plan. Residents want to feel safe, heard and respected which is not being reflected. Staff members are the priority only.
Upscale clean community with so many amenities you will never need to leave. The residents are always friendly this is a cool environment for people of all backgrounds
These apartments are great and they have all the amenities that I was looking for. The only downfall it has is that it didn't come with a washer or dryer in unit. You can pay a monthly fee for one but I'll rather pass on that one. Other than that everything is great and the staff and neighbors are cool.
For a person who wants to severely use the amenities and events, this place is for you! Besides that, the apartment is alright, isn’t worth the rent price. First impressions it feels luxury, but living in it for first few months really shows how it isn’t luxurious enough for the price of rent.
