I have loved my experience so far at Bowman Pointe! The staff have been so friendly and helpful. The community is clean and quiet. The staff hold really fun weekly events that have made the experience even better! The apartments are really nice and clean. For the price of rent, you get such a great value. The property has so many great amenities in addition to the beautiful apartments.

The Bowman Pointe Community has been an absolute pleasure and privilege to be apart of a great community. The neighbors are very friendly and supportive. The community is also very clean and safe for single household or a family. Nevertheless , the staff are very warm and welcoming. You will always get a response in a timely manner if you have concerns or a problem with anything. As well, the community is not far from the local stores and freeway. 5 Stars . Thanks for the opportunity and support during my stay. It’s home.

Great place to live. Recently attended Mardi Gras party, we had a blast music was awesome and the food and refreshments capped off the night perfectly!
It’s been amazing living here. I’ve lived here about 2 years now and Ive had the call maintenance a hand full of times and they came same day or next. I LOVE the cyber lounge and getting hot chocolate in the mornings.
Upon moving in our apartment was spotless! I love all of the amenities and features of the apartment. The bathrooms are spacious, and the rooms are cozy.
I absolutely love it here! Just wish parking had more spots available, other than that I love living here. There’s hardly ever any parking available. Happy camper.

I love the floor plan and the view I have. So far everything is great and they are really quick to fix a problem for you. I have small things I don’t like about the unit but I can fix them with some DIYing

We love our apartment! So far our neighbors are quite and respectful. Maintenence is quick to respond to a work order. The staff is very friendly.
Loved my apartment and community for the time I was here. Dog poop is insane though everywhere you walk. My building 12 isn’t always the cleanest either. Dogs bark 24/7 in my building as well. But love the amenities even though I used like 2-3 of them. Also parking is ridiculous it’s so many people that live here. Overall about a 7/10 if you don’t move in on a special your rent will be overpriced for sure.
I had the best time looking at the apartments and being showed around the property. I chose Bowman Pointe for the staff being great, amenities, and the amazing apartment space!

It has been great living here, pool is great. Gym is nice to use and I feel comfortable where I am. This has been a good experience for us and we look forward to another year
Perfect and great but too much dog poop on property that never gets cleaned up. Dogs also bark often inside during early and late hours which is not fun.
I’ve been here since December 2022 and have no plans to relocate any time soon! It’s the perfect place for my pug and I, and is very safe! I appreciate the extra activities the complex puts on and how they care about their residents. Best apartment complex in Little Rock!
So far our move.in was not pleasant. Dirty apartment and a lot of broken items. I will say that everything was fixed and cleaned promptly though
We love it here! Very nice people , great atmosphere, great amenities, very close to certain stores we go to daily, and it’s very community based.
My husband and I are HAPPY and pleased with Bowman Pointe like anyplace and everything there is ALWAYS Room for Improvements and Overall Better service. The Office Staff Is Always Very FRIENDLY and INVITING!! We Think That Is Very Important Especially NowADays when it’s so hard to find… The Maintenance staff is Always PROMPT And RESPONSIVE In A Timely Manner!

Ive lived here for 2 years and jusy renewed my lease for a 3rd year. My experience has been overall great! A quiet and safe community. Everyone seems to keep to themselves and there are plenty of amenities for the community.

Love everything about Bowman Point! Super peaceful like a resort, great amenities, so many different areas to hangout, super fun. No complaints!!
Tenants are quiet and courteous. I haven’t had any issues with anyone here as of now. There are plenty of things to do, and special events are planned by staff on a regular basis.
Wonderful maintenance crew, safe residential area with great amenities . I like the community and being so close to shopping centers makes it a convenient location

everything is good except some material parts broken in the gym. people at the office are amazing, they permit to renew my lease for 6 months wihtout increasing the rental price
I love where I am, I have lived here for 4 years and the only problem I have is that my rent goes up every year. I'm sorry but I don't understand that. If I move out, it will not be listed for what I'm paying now.
Living here is great! My apartment is very nice. However the parking is often so full I have to park far away, not always bad but not fun when it’s raining or carrying stuff in. However we do have a lot of car break-ins; and you would hope that with how much residents pay in rent we could have a cop on duty. But this does not happen, we are just told to lock our cars and not leave anything in them. That doesn’t stop the breaking of windows. Overall it is nice. It has a lot of potential, it just needs to be held to a higher standard to really achieve the “luxury” living

I have now been here for 3 months and I really like it here. The swimming pool is so big, the gym isn’t overcrowded and the apartments feel really good. I recommend!
Overall the team in the office is what keeps us here ! Destin and Meaghan are always ready and to jump and help us. I love our place. The view from our balcony is priceless.

I have enjoyed this community. I love my apartment and all the space I have. I also love how friendly and helpful everyone is. I’ve recently renewed my lease and see myself staying here indefinitely.
Overall 5 stars thank you for the white glove service. Communication is key for me and any time I had a question they there to answer my question with ease.
