We love it here! Very nice people , great atmosphere, great amenities, very close to certain stores we go to daily, and it’s very community based.
My husband and I are HAPPY and pleased with Bowman Pointe like anyplace and everything there is ALWAYS Room for Improvements and Overall Better service. The Office Staff Is Always Very FRIENDLY and INVITING!! We Think That Is Very Important Especially NowADays when it’s so hard to find… The Maintenance staff is Always PROMPT And RESPONSIVE In A Timely Manner!

Ive lived here for 2 years and jusy renewed my lease for a 3rd year. My experience has been overall great! A quiet and safe community. Everyone seems to keep to themselves and there are plenty of amenities for the community.

Tenants are quiet and courteous. I haven’t had any issues with anyone here as of now. There are plenty of things to do, and special events are planned by staff on a regular basis.

everything is good except some material parts broken in the gym. people at the office are amazing, they permit to renew my lease for 6 months wihtout increasing the rental price
I love where I am, I have lived here for 4 years and the only problem I have is that my rent goes up every year. I'm sorry but I don't understand that. If I move out, it will not be listed for what I'm paying now.
Living here is great! My apartment is very nice. However the parking is often so full I have to park far away, not always bad but not fun when it’s raining or carrying stuff in. However we do have a lot of car break-ins; and you would hope that with how much residents pay in rent we could have a cop on duty. But this does not happen, we are just told to lock our cars and not leave anything in them. That doesn’t stop the breaking of windows. Overall it is nice. It has a lot of potential, it just needs to be held to a higher standard to really achieve the “luxury” living

For the most part it’s nice, the pool is shallow, maintance does come quickly for the most part but depending on who you get you may get everything fixed or you may be told they don’t have it it will be fixed once they do or told that the appliances are cheap and you will have to wash dishes before you use the dish’s washer. will you can’t hear the neighbors beside or below you you can hear the people above you and always hear if they flush or shower

I LOVE it here. Maintenance comes same day, but I rarely have to call them. Everybody minds their business. Staff is friendly. I love amazon hub. I just wish people would clean up after their dogs.
My experience with this property was extremely unforgettable because I felt like home. The staff are very friendly , knowledgable, and professional . Nevertheless , the property is very quiet and clean. The area is very assessable to the local restaurants and shops. It was more like a small village. Because, the neighbors made it such a safe and clean place to stay as well. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of the Bowman Community while going through my transition of cancer. ??
It is awesome! As a senior tenant with limited tech experience…Angelica, Kierra and Marcus has been patient, polite and very professional whenever I need concierge assistance in any way...Mailbox key request to garbage disposal repair to amenity reservation… the staff has been excellent and all request has been completed in a timely manner!!!
The team here does a phenomenal job at ensuring that the residents are an actual community!! They plan awesome events for us. I love living here!!
I've had an apartment here since May 2018. The amenities are great and the pool by far is the best. I have met a lot of great people who live there throughout the years. Keep up the good work!
I absolutely love this apartment complex! It is such a great place to live. There are always great things going on that gets the community together and involved.
My appt is very nice couldnt ask for more. Maint req were handled in a fast manor. The staff at the main clubhouse is very helpful. The only negatives is how trashy the halls, buildings, sidewalks, parkinglots, flowerbeds and even more so around the dumsters. From my door down 3 floors across the lot and to the dumpsters its trash everywhere. I try my best to clean everything in my path
Wonderful place to live. I do recommend trying to get into building 14 though. It’s just better than the other buildings in my opinion. Friendly staff and residents.

I love living at Bowman Pointe. It’s a great community! There are activities to keep me engaged and the maintenance department responds quickly!
I’ve been happy to live here, it’s been almost a year now and this whole time things have been good! The amenities are great, and having two dogs I’ve appreciated the easy access to dog amenities as well
