Box Board Lofts

Apartment was clean and easy to move into. Love having all the amenities in my apartment while keeping the apartment at a cheap and affordable price.

I love living at Box Board Lofts! The property staff are warm, welcoming, and easy to work with when needing assistance. I love the amenities and proximity to downtown!

I moved in sight-unseen and the building is as advertised... for the most part. The unit is clean and the appliances are up-to-date. The floors are in good shape in the unit, but the stains in the hallway NEED to be addressed ASAP. I had several phone conversations with the leasing office before signing. I asked: "How noticeable is the train?" And, I was told: "You will hear it, but the windows are thick and it runs 9am-5pm." Now that I live here, my 9-5 train often blows the horn outside my window at 2am. I will get used to the train (and maybe even like it), however, it will take longer to get over the frustration about being misled. This is a great building and tenants have been nice to me, just know the train comes by at ALL hours.

So far it’s been great! Everyone in the building has been so nice and helpful. I love the gym so much. Just need better communication with the leasing office, maybe not email, and the hallways/elevators/stairwells need cleaning. $1,400 for 400 sq ft so this building should be spotless haha

So far the community is quiet, clean, and responsive. There could be more storage space (and things tend to be built upwards, so having a step stool is a must), but otherwise the layout is great. Bathroom is large and has one of the deepest tubs I've used. Hot water tends to disappear right about when it fills. Kitchen is decent for a galley-style, although I'm not fond of the freezer-on-the-bottom style refrigerator. Love the huge windows and the ceiling fan in the bedroom, plus having a washer and dryer in unit. Looking forward to a long stay!

Love it so far, very clean and quiet place to live. Everyone in the community seems to respect each other. Love that all the appliances and amenities feel new and clean.

Staff here is great, always friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. Traffic nearby can be a bit tough sometimes, but that's no fault of the apartment company, just somewhat annoying time to time. Maintenance always quick to resolve any issues, though only ever had one and it was just a clogged drain, but they resolved in within the hour I had said something. Noise is far less than other apartment setups. The train does span over three locations around the building vicinity and runs all hours of the day, but it honestly becomes like background noise and you don't notice it after living here for some time. But the office/leasing staff is really top notch here, they genuinely care and will do everything they can to make your experience here great and quickly resolve any concerns.

Moving in was such a breeze! The community here is very kind and supportive. Appliances in unit are up to date and the whole complex is very clean!

So far so good! Box board has been easy to work with and very informational. I’m excited to live here! My favorite thing so far about box board is how clean everything is.

Really great place to live the staff is wonderful and very understanding. I haven’t had any problems with neighbors just a really nice place to live very close to downtown Grand Rapids !

They have been great and help anytime i have asked. Josh and Adam are great. The maintenence crew is also always helpful. I have locked myself out before and they made a terrible situation better.

New clean apartments, very professional management team, they’re always on top of everything, any issues or concerns are always taken care of in a timely manner. Hands-down one of the best places to stay in the Grand Rapids area.

The staff here are all very friendly and super helpful. They are always willing to answer questions or assist with setting up deliveries for large items, such as furniture. Box Board Lofts also has many nice amenities like a dog wash station, mail room, lounge community areas, gym, and a sound proof room for studies or important meetings. Aside from all that, it is pet friendly and the average costs are rather affordable for the area. Our space is set up nicely and the appliances are newer with little ware to them. Market Ave SW is also a rather quiet street, the only real noise is from the train that goes by a few times but it isn't super noticeable. The community that lives here is for the most part younger BUT they're all friendly and for the most part quite. Only ever had one noise complaint and it was resolved quickly between the 2 of us, they didn't realize it was that loud (easy compromise). It's location is also perfect for hanging out or groceries. 10/10 great living space.

Everything and everyone has been great to work with. The apartment is beautiful!! I love the industrial windows and high ceilings. I'm so happy to be part of this community. Can't wait for this year of living here.

Boxboard lofts has been a great place to live. I enjoy being close to downtown GR and getting to walk. Great location, tall ceilings, great staff!

Have not liked some people leaving there trash in the hallway and throwing up in the elevator. Other than that everything else has been great.

The move in was really nice and easy. The property manager Josh is extremely welcoming, he gave me a full tour and answered all my questions. I love the apartment set up.

Everyone is just so nice and happy to be here. It’s a nice friendly little neighborhood. The opportunities we get to communicate with each other in the main lobby really is fun!

Have been living here for more than a year. This apartment is amazing—spacious and well-maintained, with friendly neighbors and a prime location that's close to everything you need!

Amenities constantly down including the garage door for close to three weeks, windows to fitness center still broken after months. For a building which claims closed access as a windows, the garage door issues and the windows close to discard this at all since you can still access the building from the garage stairs. Smaller amenities like the coffee maker, trash compactor, and printer usually go down and have taken days/weeks to fix. The building is rarely ever clean. The carpets continue to deteriorate with no sign of slowing. The team is great and the individual units are nice but the building is not up to how it should be.

I love my new home! They helped to make move in a breeze. I love that maintenance is on staff and always willing to help. The community here is so nice.

I had an excellent experience with box board lofts. We loved the high ceilings and amenities and the proximity to downtown. The maintenance team was extremely professional and helpful.

Great location, street parking is available albeit not without some negatives as my car was broken into once using the street parking. The amenities are top of the line and the staff and maintenance staff are do a great job. Would recommend to anyone looking for a first apartment in the city!

Ive only been here a short time, however Ive loved every minute Ive been here. The community is beautiful and everyone is respectful and kind. My apartment is so cute and its affordable so thats always a plus.

A great place to live so far, location and staffing are great and everyone is very friendly. The train going by takes some getting use to with the loudness of it but it passes very quickly and does not run at night.

Walls are super thin. There seems to be a slow response to fixing up the amenities on site. Parking is a bit hard, but manageable. Windows are amazing but can get cold a bit!

Very relaxing and community friendly. Enjoy the overall concept of the living space and its simple designs, make the living area very homy. I love the updated tech for the apartment complex, modern day appointments are out of this world expensive and here it’s affordable.

Great location. Very short distance to downtown Grand Rapids which has an amazing night life. Right on the river as well which provides some great morning sits. The interior is made to look unfinished which I think is really cool, especially knowing the history of this building.

I have loved and found so much comfort in my home at box board lofts, especially since it is my boyfriend and i’s first home together. It is warm, welcoming, friendly, and feels like home.

Overall living here has been great! My one complaint is not hearing back from management when reaching out. I have had to go to the office when I need something because weeks will go by without getting a message back.

I love my apartment, but there was a hassle of getting my lease started and getting ready for move in date. The leasing office did mess up my lease time and apartment # twice. I was then promised a free wifi router on move in day and did not receive the router till the next week.

I really enjoyed living at Box Board Lofts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Common areas and the units are beautiful and in great condition. There is a nice on-site fitness center and yoga room as well. It is in a great location close to downtown GR with easy access to US-131. I would highly recommend living here!

Love the place just wish the boxboard website ran better. The complex is clean and quiet. The managment is friendly and helped greatly with the Internet issues id had after moving.

Box Board Lofts has been amazing thus far! Always quiet, secure, and homey. We feel so safe and welcomed here. The underground parking, bike storage, mailroom, and trash compactor have been great amenities that we use all the time.

So happy to call Box Board home! The office staff go out of their way to make sure resident needs are met and foster a sense of community. There are monthly activities for residents to meet. The staff cares about maintaining the visual appeal of the property. Residents are welcoming. Location is fantastic. I couldn't be happier here!

Very nice. Love the high ceilings and the common areas. And I can walk to work. The people are friendly. The indoor parking is nice, a little tight, but hey, it's indoors.

Incredible smooth transition into this practically brand new apartment. This unit comes with very nice amenities that include washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and double freezer! Box board lofts checked everything off of my want list plus more!

Appliances are brand new, great building security. It’s about a half mile from planet fitness and a mile from downtown Grand Rapids, it’s a great place to be

I love boxboard! It’s clean, I never hear my neighbors, it’s safe, and beautiful spacious apartments! Even my studio feels big. I would recommend this apartment to all, it’s very worth the price.
