Box Board Lofts

I gave Box Board Lofts a Five Star rating because of Adam, the leasing agent at this community is absolutely phenomenal! They gave me an exceptional experience. Adam was very professional while presenting Box Board Lofts to me. I was impressed with the building and what the community had to offer. Not to mention the location. It’s conveniently located downtown!

I absolutely love my apartment! The design and layout are perfect, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. It’s always clean and well-maintained, making it a wonderful place to call home!

I absolutely love this place so far! I moved in and the process was so easy. My apartment and all of the amenities here are great. Definitely would recommend living here to anyone.

Ive only been here a short time, however Ive loved every minute Ive been here. The community is beautiful and everyone is respectful and kind. My apartment is so cute and its affordable so thats always a plus.

A great place to live so far, location and staffing are great and everyone is very friendly. The train going by takes some getting use to with the loudness of it but it passes very quickly and does not run at night.

Walls are super thin. There seems to be a slow response to fixing up the amenities on site. Parking is a bit hard, but manageable. Windows are amazing but can get cold a bit!

I love my new apartment!! It has everything I need. It is very clean and updated. I only wish I could park in the garage for free. I really enjoy having having my own washer and dryer!

Very relaxing and community friendly. Enjoy the overall concept of the living space and its simple designs, make the living area very homy. I love the updated tech for the apartment complex, modern day appointments are out of this world expensive and here it’s affordable.

Great location. Very short distance to downtown Grand Rapids which has an amazing night life. Right on the river as well which provides some great morning sits. The interior is made to look unfinished which I think is really cool, especially knowing the history of this building.

I have loved and found so much comfort in my home at box board lofts, especially since it is my boyfriend and i’s first home together. It is warm, welcoming, friendly, and feels like home.

Overall living here has been great! My one complaint is not hearing back from management when reaching out. I have had to go to the office when I need something because weeks will go by without getting a message back.

I love my apartment, but there was a hassle of getting my lease started and getting ready for move in date. The leasing office did mess up my lease time and apartment # twice. I was then promised a free wifi router on move in day and did not receive the router till the next week.

I really enjoyed living at Box Board Lofts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Common areas and the units are beautiful and in great condition. There is a nice on-site fitness center and yoga room as well. It is in a great location close to downtown GR with easy access to US-131. I would highly recommend living here!

Love the place just wish the boxboard website ran better. The complex is clean and quiet. The managment is friendly and helped greatly with the Internet issues id had after moving.

Box Board Lofts has been amazing thus far! Always quiet, secure, and homey. We feel so safe and welcomed here. The underground parking, bike storage, mailroom, and trash compactor have been great amenities that we use all the time.

So happy to call Box Board home! The office staff go out of their way to make sure resident needs are met and foster a sense of community. There are monthly activities for residents to meet. The staff cares about maintaining the visual appeal of the property. Residents are welcoming. Location is fantastic. I couldn't be happier here!

Very nice. Love the high ceilings and the common areas. And I can walk to work. The people are friendly. The indoor parking is nice, a little tight, but hey, it's indoors.

Incredible smooth transition into this practically brand new apartment. This unit comes with very nice amenities that include washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and double freezer! Box board lofts checked everything off of my want list plus more!

We have recently moved in to Box Board Lofts and the experience has been nothing but great. Everybody here is so welcoming and nice, Adam has made the move in process so easy and the communication is what has made this whole process even easier.

Appliances are brand new, great building security. It’s about a half mile from planet fitness and a mile from downtown Grand Rapids, it’s a great place to be

I love boxboard! It’s clean, I never hear my neighbors, it’s safe, and beautiful spacious apartments! Even my studio feels big. I would recommend this apartment to all, it’s very worth the price.

The staff are amazing! Hands down the best part of living at Box Board Lofts. The units are cute and trendy and the location is close to most things downtown.

Really nice place with really nice staff. The location is great as it’s a short walk to downtown. The gym is surprisingly nice for an apartment gym. I’m also a big fan of the lounge areas in the lobby. It’s a great spot to bring friends

It’s a great apartment complex that offer great amenities such as in unit, washer, and dryer. It’s really quiet for the most part but you are in an apartment building so you do hear them time to time. You are close to downtown and you can use the scooters to get around, which is nice. The only complaint that I have is the garage. It’s super tight and hard to get around if you have a bigger vehicle.

Great living space! We are enjoying the amenities and location! The staff is very nice and supportive, and they made the move-in process easy.

I have lived at Box Board for almost 2 years and recommend it to almost everyone looking for an apartment in Grand Rapids. The location sits right outside of downtown so you avoid city noise but still have the convenience of walking and the DASH. Staff is incredibly friendly and if there are any issues they handle it quickly and professionally. I will truly miss living at Box Board and hope someone else finds as much joy in the community as I have.

My brick wall is falling apart and it’s not suitable living. Very enclosed and the key doesn’t work much. Parking garage has small spots and still is over $100. Live elsewhere.

Love the atmosphere, amenities, the management is amazing and accommodating. Everyone that lives here is nice as well! Couldn’t have picked a better spot to be my new home :)

I have lived here for almost a year and I don’t have a lot of bass thing to say about this apartment. It’s quite, clean, staff is great and feels very safe, only bad thing I have to say is I wish I had a better view outside my window due to having and court yard view. Other then that it’s a great apartment!!

Box Board Lofts is a nice place to live. I am a female student and I feel that it is a very safe building and I have no concerns about security. Management is awesome, they have always been super helpful and friendly, and any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly. The main issue I've run into is the internet here; it's paid as part of rent but has periods when it is super glitchy and frequently disconnects which is very frustrating. As a renovated factory, the apartments do tend to get pretty dusty (I think there may just be dust trapped between the boards of the ceiling or something) which can be frustrating if you're someone that tends to clean a lot. Guest parking is also a bit limited. There used to be an empty lot right by the building that guests could use but it got converted by the city to hourly paid parking. Overall, I think that it's a nice place to live but you should definitely be aware of those shortcomings.

The staff has been super friendly and helpful! I was struggling with all the online paperwork and staff was more than willing to help with great service at that. My stay has been wonderful so far !

Love it so far, people are nice, gym is nice and location is convenient. Coffee in the morning is a plus as well. This place is always kept very clean.

It’s a wonderful community here and everyone is so nice and the staff is so helpful and friendly. They are always there for when you need them for assistance and are willing to help in any way they can within reason.

Nice apartments, only thing is for me at least that the keys have a tendency to not work. Maintenance is very helpful with that though. Very thin walls so pray you have decent neighbors

I absolutely adore my loft apartment! It's a cozy haven with a stylish interior that never fails to impress. Living here is pure bliss. Can’t wait to see what this place has in store.

After a year of living at Box Board Lofts I still absolutely love it! The staff continues to be helpful and nice, the building is kept tidy, and all issues are handled in a timely manner.

My experience at box board lofts has been very good. It is really nice to live so close to downtown. I deducted one point because one of the bedrooms in my apartment does not have a full wall to the living room because of the HVAC system, which makes it really loud.

I love the place and people here are so friendly it's an awesome place to call home! I would advise anyone one who is thinking about moving in to do it if you have a chance.

An amazing experience as far as now. Great amenities, people, maintenance personnel and office staff. The location is perfect since we are walking distance from everything.

Moved in about a month ago and have really enjoyed the living space so far. The units are spacious and have great character. I especially love the big windows. Happy with my decision to live here!

Great Apartment Complex. The front office was responsive and Maintenance was amazing. Zero complaints on my end. The amenities were always clean and overall noise around the complex was low.

Maintenance is quick and super nice. Hallways are regularly cleaned. Everyone keeps the noise low and I’ve never had to make a complaint. Heat and ac work
