Property Ratings at Boynton Place Apartments
This place is not worth living here. The building has roaches, it’s an old building so everything break or leaks, and if you think maintenance will address your issue you’re wrong. The only thing positive about this place is most of the neighbors are nice but a younger crowd is moving in and they like to hang outside and smoke. Trust me when I say this, you will hate your decision to move here. Do t let the pictures fool you, the unit you will get is not like the model. For the price they want you can chose much better options. I hope this helps someone from making a huge mistake.

Our community was built in 1988 and while the buildings are indeed older we make every effort to guarantee all maintenance request are handled in a timely and professional manner by our service team and contractors and that our residents have a comfortable living environment. We can certainly address any issues regarding smoking in the community if you would like to speak to us in more detail in the office on the offenders as we do not permit smoking inside of our apartment homes. Applicants at our community are not qualified by age, however if they are over the age of 18 and meet our qualifications and would like to live at our community we are happy to have them as a part of our community. All I will say is my life was MISERABLE when I lived here. Administration is HORRIBLE, employees, HORRIBLE. Parking lot is crowded . My first night living here their was a man in the middle of the parking lot holding a blunt while peeing!! I can’t make this up, do yourself a favor & go somewhere else. The only thing that is good are the maintenance people.

20+ cars broken into in my parking lot, multiple burglaries. NOW someone was calling pizza deliveries to my door at midnight and planning to rob the pizza guy. SO UNSAFE and They won’t let me out of my lease.
I’ve called/emailed this community several times and have yet to receive a response on my request for a 1 bedroom. I’m moving from out of town and can not get to the community. If this is any indication of living conditions or their customer service , I’ll pass.
They drag about a gym, a pool, tennis court and a kids playground but I lived here over a year now and the gym is still close, tennis court had never been set up for us to enjoy (I love playing tennis), pool doesn't look too clean, and since hurricane Irma a huge tree is still on top of the kids play ground. Honestly rent is tooo high for not being able to enjoy the amenities that are supposed to be included
The new management company is the WORST that I have ever had the displeasure of which to deal. The garbage containers are constantly overflowing. The "gym facilities" are dirty and laughable at best. The pool area is misused by residents and vagrants alike at all hours. It is constantly dirty and littered with used prophylactics, food, and clothing. Nothing has been done to address the problem. The entire community smells of marijuana and the parking is terrible. Maybe if the unmovable / wrecked vehicles were removed there may be enough parking for residents that actually pay rent, but that too is doubtful. The maintenance department is wonderful as people and they really do try to fix things, but usually are unable to or don't have the proper tools or replacement equipment to properly maintain the units. My rent has been increased 28% since I moved in 2 years ago. The $$ that they charge is ridiculous for what you get. It has gotten so terrible I will be paying to break my lease and move. Stay away!!!!
This complex is too old for the price they asking, nothing working in the house, the wall outlet doesn't work and they have bed bugs all over the house and they rent goes up on u every months, stay away from this place
Living here is very convenient close to schools, restaurants, shopping , and entertainment. It is well kept the staff is very polite and helpful. Everyone here is very accommodating. It has a pool, gym, and a playground so it's very family friendly and pets are welcomed ??. And one of the things that I like about living where I am is that if I need to I can walk where ever it is I want to go. Your practically in the middle of everything.
Herion pointe is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The second I walked into the leasing office I was greeted by wonderful people who listened and made renting easy. The location is perfect you are located by wonderful businesses and great schools. Besides the pool and weight room,and park the community has get togethers from back to school parties with cotton candy and hamburgers, and hot dogs. We all look forward to these events. I feel it is important to get to know your neighbors. The office has always made sure that any concerns or problems I have had have been dealt with immediately. The price is the best I have ever seen and when I tell people how much I am paying they are always amazed at how low it is and yet how great the apartment truly is.
