I’ve been in the apartments several months now and have literally zero complaints. I love my neighbors, love the amenities, parking is always easy and the proximity to things is great.
Great location and amenities, definitely some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and a little dated but otherwise very nice. The amenities are worth it.

Bracket has been great so far! I’ve only been in unit for a few weeks but the neighborhood is quiet, maintenance/office extremely responsive and helpful, and the apt is cozy.

It is a very nice, pretty place, but sound travels very far and it doesn't feel very private. Parking is quite frustrating - if you have to leave for any reason, do not expect to get your spot back.

Brackett community is a good place to live in. The amenities are well maintained and I enjoyed most of it. But, I feel it's getting a bit pricy these times.

Not enough parking lot for the resident. If you come past 8pm , you may end up spending more than 1h looking for an empty parking spot. Also the gym should be at least 24/7 access

Overall one of the better places I’ve lived in while in the Seattle area. The space is a bit small and it’s obvious they use cheap materials for carpets, cabinets and bathtubs, and that they rely on paint to cover up any manner of sins. But it’s relatively quiet and private, the trees make an incredible “backyard” and the closeness to amenities like groceries and the Edmonds marina make it worth it.

The recent parking lot construction has been a mess ?? The unit I’m in is great but some of the amenities we’ve been equipped with has not been the best leading to us needing a lot of repairs. However, the staff here is responsive, professional and kind.

Parking is awful, even though we pay for our spot. Gets taken more often than it should and the office doesn’t do anything. Really don’t want to tow someone else because Brackett can’t get the parking under control.

Resurfacing notification map unreadable. No workable plans for resident parking it consideration for disabled residents. Residents are furious. I did not receive notice of parking in neighborhood area accessed through fire road which is not a street but private & owner hostile to its use.

The complex is great and the staff is friendly. The work done in our unit seems slapped together though and not like it was done with care which is surprising since it took a month to complete. A little bit of a clunky start but I think that’s just something that’ll be ironed out over time

Overall experience is pretty good, nice work out and pool facilities.. It is also convenient having washer and dryer in the units. the only thing I can think of that is pretty annoying is some people car mufflers are really loud and it would be nice if there were some restrictive regulations on that..

Brackett is a great apartment complex, the move in process was a little hectic, but it was faulted on both sides. The complex is nice, definitely feel like it used to be two different apartment complexes, but then just merged into one big complex. The pool and hot tub are nice, wish the gym was a little bit bigger. The staff is nice and responsive to any issues, for the most part. Recommend Brackett.

I am coming on here to write this while actively living here because I am so confused and frustrated on what else we can do at this point. There is a major mold issue in our ceiling. We have had it checked out and verified its mold because our apartment complex’s maintenance man is rude and demeaning and was trying to convince us it was not mold so that they don’t have to deal with it. Currently they are supposed to be in our crawlspace checking it out but instead there are three of the maintenance workers in the trash area loudly talking and using foul language at their workplace. If you want to live somewhere that is safe and will keep you healthy DON’T move here. There is also a huge issue with homeless people on the property and property management does nothing to address this. If you’re looking for a grimy, moldy, overpriced apartment this is the place for you.

If you have a (pre-approved breed) dog, then this place is well equipped to take care of them. The grass is green and free of dog waste as there are several stations with bags and cans to dispose.

Excellent facilities and grounds that are well-maintained by the staff. The doorman app is great too -- maintenance requests are answered immediately and handled almost as instantly. It's a great complex and I will miss it whenever I manage to leave ;).

I like all the open open park space with the mature trees. The main problem is the Himalayan blackberries. They grow to fast and are dangerous on the path by bldgs J through I.

My apartment home is wonderful. At this time in my life I need a cozy and homey living arrangement. My apartment fits this perfectly. I look out over beautiful green spaces with established trees and other plants. It is lovely to walk sround the grounds.

I like living here at Brakett apartments. I'd like to see more available parking or the ability to purchase more parking if possible. The grounds are kept up well and I find it quiet and peaceful. The manager Eric is very professional, kind and helpful when any issues arise or just to chat. The staff is helpful, especially Jordan who is exemplary, his customer services skills are second to none, I'm impressed.

Brackett overall has been a great place to live and we have continued to renew our lease a few years in a row. Definitely miss the availability of amenities pre-COVID, but understand the CDC guidelines limiting this. Really wish parking was al covered, but it is free if needed which was a big perk over other locations.

A beautiful community in the Firdale Village area. Great amenities, neighbors, and staff. Located in a great area for walks, jogging, biking etc. A close drive to beautiful downtown Edmonds.

Brackett is a great pet-friendly community and the staff is always very friendly, accommodating and professional. Brackett has great amenities and nice landscaped areas. I've lived in apartments for more than 12 years and Brackett is, by far, the best!
