Bradbury Apartments

Bradbury is a great location, it's a little bit quieter which I like. The staff at bradbury are really nice and helpful.

Overall satisfaction with my apartment, location and maintenance has been good.

My experience with Bradbury community is very good, I like the layout of my apartment. The community management is very kind and helpful. I’m glad to be part of this beautiful community.

My experience here was honestly awful from the start. It is so hard to contact anyone who works here and there’s been several times where I’ve questioned my safety from the people who live in these buildings. We have gotten unexplained charges that we were never notified about and have not been notified about since. Maintenance has not come to finish any of my work orders from the day I moved in forward. I would not recommend living here to anyone unfortunately.

I love my new home. It's clean and fresh. The staff are kind and welcoming. It is a quiet place to live, which I very much appreciate.

It's a great location and great apartment. The price is great too. Just has bugs, which the management is trying to solve, but it's still an ongoing issues.

I love that they take security seriously. The secure doors are always in working in order, if there is an issue they are working on it immediately. I really like the newly installed cameras that face the security doors. Feels like my safety is cared about but not an invasion of privacy.

Apartment is clean and secured, would recommend it anytime.

With not being located in Bismarck while I was applying the management team was extremely helpful and helped me troubleshoot any problems I had during the process. During move in inspection it was quick and thorough while making me feel welcomed and excited to be apart of this community!

Overall this location, the apartment and cost is the best fit for me as a college student. The apartment is roomy and I love the floor plan. Would recommend to others.

Bradbury is a great place located in a good location of Bismarck close to both the North and South sides of town and quick access to the interstate.

Living in an apartment complex can have its ups and downs, but one thing I particularly like about Goldmark is the exceptional service I get anytime I have an issue that needs addressing. The Goldmark team is always courteous and willing to help me, and that means a lot. I trust them and know my questions and needs will be taken seriously and will be handled in a timely fashion.

This is a safe and affordable place to live. The walk in closets are wonderful for people with a lot of clothing or shoes, and the open lay out of the living room and dining room are really nice. Highly recommend these apartments for beginner apartments because of the layout and affordability.

This isn't just my apartment. This is my home. I've lived here for 2 years now, and it's been a blessing. I recommend Bradbury for anyone, just based on their customer service alone.

I would definitely recommend Bradbury apartments to everyone, the staff is friendly and upbeat, and answer all and any questions you have quickly. They made it so easy to get an apartment! The apartments are great, very spacious, and so clean, all I had to do was move in! It was great! It's also close to the interstate, gas stations and stores, but without all the noise and traffic.

My children love the playground area. Sometimes there is garbage around but we have no problems picking up and helping out. The days can be windy in North Dakota. Management is great and very respectful. I am very appreciative for our cat getting to stay with us.

Bradbury apartments are a very nice place to live at a reasonable price. Biggest complaint is the poorly maintained laundry facilities.

I would not recommend Bradbury. The grounds are poorly maintained and look very dingy. I've lived here since July and the hallways have only been vacuumed once. The laundry facilities aren't cleaned at all, and they don't fix broken machines. The dryers don't work well, and you have the run them twice in order to actually dry the clothes, which adds up when you pay $1.25/load. The carpeting in the apartments are awful. We were told the carpets were professionally cleaned before moved in, and I hope they weren't because they are disgusting. I vacuum everyday and it doesn't matter. When management did the walkthrough, they walked through every room and only marked one thing off which was the bathtub which is badly stained. When my father-in-law and I went through and took pictures, we found numerous wear and tear damage that they will probably try to charge us for. There are some positives. We do have a storage room which holds the boiler. It's fairly spacious and it's nice to have the extra storage. We have a three bedroom and all of them have a full length closet, along with another one in the dining room. (Make sure to check the closet doors to make sure they close! My husband and I will have to replace the rails on the door because we didn't put it on the list we had management sign!) The kitchen is also nice as it's a little bit more than just a "hallway kitchen". It has a decent amount of counter space. I do wish they had more drawers, but there is also good storage in the kitchen. Though there are some positives, in general, I would not recommend these apartments. We will probably move out when our lease runs up.
