The Apartment complex is very well-maintained and provides with a secure, safe and comfortable living environment. One of the major highlights of the apartment complex is the friendly and helpful staff, right from the property manager Ms.Vanessa to to the maintenance staff Mr.Jose and Mr.Chris, everyone in the team are extremely helpful and any issue is resolved on priority. I would highly recommend Bradbury Park Apartments to anyone looking for a secured, safe, convenient, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live in Duarte.

Rents will increase every year. The rate of increase is not worth the standard of the apartments. It is noisy on the outside apartments. Fire truck passes every day can cost a nice sleep. Only 3 laundries that are overloaded. Same is with the trash area.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our 1.5 years (still continuing ) at Bradbury park..apart from the spacious apartments, Bradbury stands out in terms of amenities provided to kids, the monthly pool parties and a very understanding, cooperative and prompt management. Apartment manager Miriam is very good at her job and resolves the resident issues at the earliest possible. It's a pleasure staying here. Just check it out.
This apartment has the greatest managers, amazing amenities, such as: a pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, and plenty of laundry rooms and gazebos, and an added bonus; great neighbors! Bradbury Park Apartments are extremely family friendly and has so much to offer. This is a great place to live if you want quick access to everything because Duarte offers so much. Grocery stores, recreational parks, shopping malls, everything is so close!!
