Property Ratings at Bradfield Creek Townhomes
We lived there 7 years. Our rent kept going up until it was more than the place is worth. We had issues that never got fixed. They call linoleum floors wood. Our pipes would freeze every winter. People park on Woodnote Dr and do drugs inside their cars...
I lived there for almost 3 years. In that time, 4 different management companies. Each time the lease was up, the new company would increase the rent at least $200. There was no maintenance on site. I complained more than 5 times the drain behind my washer machine didn’t drain and would dump out on the floor. The last time I complained, someone finally came out to say they needed to cut into the wall and they would be back. No one ever came back. I resulted in putting my hose out the window to do laundry. That is only one of the maintenance issues I had. And did I mention the snakes?!?
There is no property manager on site. We have had 3 in the 1 1/2 years I have been here and all were indifferent. There is no fitness center and I definitely do not have hardwood floors. What we do have are cul de sacs and lots of trees. I love that there are lots of families with kids and they can go outside and play. At least they can right now. Not sure what the application fee is for since they pretty much rent to anybody. Luckily those people are usually only here a few months before they get evicted. If the next tenant is lucky, the previous ones trashed the place so bad they had to put in hardwood flooring. I give them 2 stars because maintenance is non-existent.
