Property Ratings at Bradford Commons
I have had a great experience living at Bradford Commons. The property itself is clean, quiet, and safe. Shout out to John, the leasing agent. He is amazing! He is very helpful and reliable! He made my move so much less stressful! I will be renewing my lease for another full year!
This is my first time living on my own and I really like it here. The neighbors are nice, it's really quiet here especially for a busy road, and the maintenance crew is very fast when it snows and when you need something fixed. I'm only a few minutes for everything I need. And my dog loves it here.
This place is horrible, I will not renew my lease. The hot water keeps not working, they never respond to tenant complaints. But they are good at reminding you when your rent is due.
I went to the open house this past Thursday. Tara was very professional and went out of her way to show me a couple different apartments and complexes. She was very thorough and explained all features of the apartment and complex. She was fantastic. I had a pleasant open house tour. Beautiful apartments and grounds. It is a nice area. If I could I would give over 5 stars if that was an option. Christine Camp
The staff and residents of Bradford Commons are very friendly and polite. The staff are very responsive to any concerns and although it is an older complex, the buildings and apartments are well maintained. Pets are welcomed which is the primary reason why I chose to live here. There are some downsides to be aware of though. There are several extra fees such as trash removal and water, and of course monthly pet rents. Lease renewals tend to result in considerably higher monthly rents, actually more per month than offers for new tenants. Although everyone is very friendly, not everyone is as courteous as one might hope with picking up after their dogs in a timely manner.
