There is no management here and no one will try to resolve your issues
This place has no management. It overcharges, Only has one maintenance man and one office clerk. They have bad hours and they never try to resolve any issue in a timely manner and most of the time they don't at all. The property overall is very poorly kept inside and out. Living here can teach you why apartment living should be a temporary situation and all the negatives that come along with it. Easily the worst managed complex I have ever lived. I hope this review helps.
Very dusty Apts bad place if you suffer from allergies bad service ,lots of car thefts they do not like helping residents. and the maintenence guy do not trust him likes to go in apartment when you are not home.they like to raise rent every year there are other better friendly places then this horrible place.....
My wife and I took a tour through one of the homes and were very pleased with what we saw. Out intentions are to move out of current location and because of Rosemary, our tour guide, Ridgewood Apartments are at the top of the list. The location is perfect for us and we are hoping to take over a ranch style home in the Ridgewood community.
Great layouts, high ceilings really make these apartments appear larger than they are while creating distinct living eating and sleeping areas. All appears in very good condition and upkeep. The great interior impression is let down a little bit by a bland, loveless landscaping - you will have to be creative on your own to make it look nice around your unit. Location is great with walking distance to all shopping.
Great tour-Excellent apt-homes.The lady left you feeling that you had a chance and they would call me when it became my turn.
