Property Ratings at Bradford Place Apartments
I have been a tenant here for 6 years. This apartment has been managed terribly lately. Management don’t respond to e-mails, don’t answer phone calls, voicemail is always full, and if you are lucky to leave a voicemail, be sure that noone will return your call. You have to do several stops to the main office to find the managers. Every 2-3 weeks, the manager changes. There is something really fishy going on here. Maintenance requests are not fulfilled, there are literally a pile of appliances left unattended in front of the mail boxes last 3 months. The lights in front of doors keep blinking like a disco, and never gets fixed. Pool is nasty, it was closed most of the summer as well. YOU will receive wrong water bills. The water company they work with always sends an invoice with water meter numbers not matching your water meter in your apartment. And Bradford place management doesn’t care. As a 6 years tenant here, Not going to renew my lease. I suggest you stay away from this place. Its totally not worth the money anymore
Let me say at the beginning I am angry and frustrated with Bradford Place Apartments for the following reasons: 1. My dryer broke over 3 weeks ago. I left phone message, sent emails, and reported the issue in person to the Manager. I was told a part was being ordered. The last I heard, this week, they have no idea when the part will arrive and my dryer fixed. 2. The grass hasn't been mowed in weeks. The complex look very unkempt and embarrassing. The Manager said the company that had been doing the mowing quit suddenly and they hadn't been able to find a company to do the mowing. 3. In the last year and a half, there have been 3 different managers at the complex. There have been several different Maintenance people. They seem to do a good job, but they don't stay very long. I am concerned the owner, who lives in New Jersey, has lost interest in this property and is not addressing the issues. I found an address for the company that owns the property but no phone number. I don't know if this review will have any impact, but I hope the owner or someone in their office will see this review and address these issues.
As far as I'm concerned - the three most important things at an apartment community are the neighbors, the staff, and the physical, actual stuff. Bradford get 10 out of 10 on all those. The neighbors are nice, classy, upscale. The staff is helpful and courteous. And the apartments themselves - real nice. I have an upgraded one with new cabinets, granite, smart lock, smart thermostat, plank flooring, microwave, ice-maker, the works . . . I recommend!

We have been here for 2 years and are extremely happy with all aspects of living here. From the manager to the maintenance staff, they are all very courteous and professional. We have made many friends here as it is more like a community than an apartment complex.
I recently was able to view this property and I was impressed by its beauty as well as the professionalism of the staff. From booking a tour to the application process, the staff was very detailed and answered all my questions. I’m very excited to move in later this month!
We moved into Bradford Place at the end of June and absolutely love it here! Shala helped us with our lease - she was incredibly helpful and attentive. We moved to Texas from Georgia which made it initially challenging to figure out the logistics of moving into Bradford Place but Shala went above and beyond, I highly recommend her. Even after moving in, Shala has continued to make herself available to answer questions and help us with any problems we encounter. The maintenance supervisor is always available, always has a smile on his face and quickly fixes any problems in the building - the building is very lucky to have him! This is an excellent building with amazing staff. My husband, toddler daughter and I feel very fortunate to be living here.
Toured with Shala - she was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely on the top of our list for our move after the holidays.
I lived here for two years and only had a couple of issues the whole time. Nice apartments inside but could use a little remodel. Nice sized walk in closet in the one bedroom unit. The grounds are nice and kept up. Lots of parking and management is friendly. I would recommend for this area.
My family and I have been living at the Bradford Place Apartments for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. The pool and gym are always well maintained. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the apartments themselves are spacious and homey. I couldn't imagine a better apartment to live in.
It is one of the best apartments in the area. Need to focus on wasps and birds that seem to nest everywhere. I do like the management they are great and very helpful.
