Belair is a dynamic area between Interstate 20 and Highway 78 and bounded to the east by Interstate 520. The western side of town consists of peaceful residential areas, while the eastern corner of town, near the I-20 and I-520 junction, features modern amenities. The Doctors Hospital of Augusta along with restaurants, hotels, and other businesses can be found here. Renters will find that Belair’s rental options are also concentrated in the eastern part of town. Renters have their choice of everything from luxury apartments to ranch-style homes.
Outside of town, residents have access to more amenities. A six mile drive east leads to Downtown Augusta, driving a bit north brings you to the trails and parks around the Savannah River, and you’ll find sprawling golf courses throughout the city known for the Masters Tournament.

Property Ratings at Bradford Pointe Apartments
They NEVER answer the phone. I’ve been trying to reach someone for days and I can’t reach anyone or get anyone to reach out to me about a time sensitive matter!
Most ground level Apts have flood issues & smell of mildew is constant outside. A large construction site ripped down the woods & ugly chain link fences surround about 90% of perimeter. The land between apartments & fence is not landscaped or maintained - just gravel, dirt & mud.
Were are going on our 3rd year living at Bradford Pointe Apartments and overall it has been a great place to live. I dont have any problems with my neighbors. These are definitely the nicest apartments Ive lived in since I moved to Georgia. Thank you to the staff at Bradford Pointe Apartments for making us feel so welcomed and really trying to stay on top of things in these trying times.
Bradford Pointe Apartments is overpriced and poorly maintained. The rent price is excessive for what you get. Their updates are not true updates, it is patch work.
Attentive office staff and very helpfull. Maintanance resolve issues fast.
Its a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The staff is amazing!
The location of the apartment complex is in a great location, however the rent for the square footage its not worth it.
I have not recommended Bradford Pointe due to the flooding. Multiple times I asked for sand bags, for tenants who apartments flooded with no response. I fixed many of my issues. I asked for Reimbursement for supplies and. Dehumidifier I had to purchase because no one ever responded during normal business hours, again no reply. You could have developed a temporary fix while waiting on e flooding issues to get resolved but you never did. Sand bags would have helped. Apartments that flood have mold even if you dont smell it. Mine did and nothing was done about it
I had multiple outlets throughout the apartment that did not work and 2 cable connections, I just didn’t use them. Large dogs upstairs the owners do not clean up after. Management did nothing as promised. apartment was on the lower level,Multiple times in a period of 3 weeks moderate heavy rains (3 to be exact) flooded the entire Apartment. according neighbors and maintenance it has always flooded and even before I moved in (this was not disclosed). Did hire water evac crew, but it takes about an hour and a half per Incident. They didn’t call to notify me of one flooding event that occurred while I was out of town. 48 hours later the smell was atrocious and still water in apartment. I had to purchase a dehumidifier (because no one answered a phone or office door during normal business hours to get theirs). Area outside the apartment stays muddy from all the flooding rains. The apartment smells like mold. Office staff do not answer phones or emails and are Very rude. Stay as far away as you can
STAY AWAY Infested with roaches
This apartment complex is amazing! The staff is super nice and the complex is a really safe and secure place!
Very nice and affordable
This is my first apartment and I love it so much! Everyone is so friendly and nice! Staff is so kind and very willing to help. Recommend 100%!
Nice place
The area is pretty with the fountains and the ducks, and youre so close to everything around when you live here. I will say, however, that things arent perfect. A work order was closed without being completed, which I get it, there was/is a pandemic at this time, but we pay for bug control monthly and that seems to be a charge for a joke honestly because there are so many bugs. The walls are quite thin too but that isnt their fault. The front apartments, like the 400s that we are in, do flood. While ours hasnt flooded yet, the whole parking are puddles up quite severely and its only a matter of time before they flood again. The grounds are well maintained and its nice to take a walk with your family/pets but resident fly through the parking lot like they all have someone giving birth in their vehicle. If you choose to live at Bradford Pointe, just know that the people are relatively welcoming and friendly, the area is pretty safe, and the ponds are nice. But youll run into issues.
Very pleased with the community at the moment. Just moved in March 2020. Enjoy the scenic views.
They NEVER answers the phone, no matter what time of day you call! The lady in the office Caressa (not sure of the spelling) is very rude! I called the corporate office last week and left a voicemail and no one has returned my call! They’re definitely not very professional!!!
My wife and moved from NJ to Augusta for a new job opportunity. We've been here almost five months and really like the location and the grounds. Management is prompt in making sure any and all service requests are handled quickly and correctly. The rent is one of the lower ones in the area and includes basic cable. The landscaping isn't bad and the location is great because you are close to pretty much anything in the area. Like I said, the management group is very good at making sure all service requests are handled in a short period of time. The maintenance crews are polite and professional. Parking isn't bad but it's not great either as, depending on where your building is, parking close is limited. There is an issue with millipedes entering the apartments and on the sidewalk but that is more of a surprise than anything else. The pool is available the majority of the year and is clean. Despite how close it is to the main roads, you normally don't hear much of it at all. You can hear the people upstairs and next door if they get a bit loud but that's normal apartment living. The galley kitchen and dining areas are a bit small but the rest of the rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. The inside and outside does look a bit dated but not as dated as some other apartments that we looked at. Overall, we both love this place and are very glad that our first place in Augusta was Bradford Pointe!
Moved from a house into this apartment and it was a great decision. The staff is friendly, amazing and more than willing to help out when real life happens. Out side looks older but the insides are all brand new. The pool area is very nice and often has some form of social happening. Unlike most places in the area, Bradford Pointe allows dogs of all breeds and size the staff only ask that you let them play with them! The location is amazing, it is within walking distance of nice places to eat and only a short drive to the mall and other shopping areas but its tucked away so you feel like you are not surrounded by the hustle and bustle of life.
Great staff, spacious apartments, awesome location in Augusta (close to everything), well- maintained and updated. Service requests handled promptly and satisfactorily, staff is accommodating, pleasant, going above and beyond the norm. I've been here 9.5 years and would have stayed but a work relocation created the need to move. You will love it!!!!
