Property Ratings at Bradley Court
This place is beyond awful. Everything is old and maintenance never actually fixes anything. They just do the bare minimum. Rent goes up every year. Heat and hot water randomly go out, especially in winter. And they are constantly shutting the water off with little to no notice for hours. Not worth the amount they charge for rent. Stay away and look elsewhere.
The management here is quite hostile and will go out of their way to ignore you. You could be calling for weeks because you have no heat or running water and they won't do anything. Even most of the exterior of these buildings are busted and won't ever be fixed. A couple of the main doors won't close or lock, so anyone can get inside the complexes. These are all issues that they have been given plenty of time to fix. If you have a guest even a minute past 10PM, they will tow their car and charge you quite a bit to get it back. They do not care for the safety or well being of their tenants at all, they just want money. Everything else about this place is broken or hardly working, but they charge you as if you're living somewhere nice. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.
Do not live here if you have an expectation of believing this will make you feel at home. The property manager here is by far the worst. She will not answer the phone for things like the water being cut off at night, throttling the heat to the point where the coldest nights during winter are felt in your home, and the entire complex is given 5 visitor parking spots where any cars parked not in one will be towed to deter you from having guest and them profiting off your guests
The environment is beautiful . Nice rooms courteous and friendly management.
A very nice place to live .Friendly staff.great management.quiet neighour.
Very nice apartment. Clean and safe community grounds. Spacious interior living area with modern appliances. Professional and friendly staff. Reasonably priced and would recommend renting here.
Lived here for over 20 years. Complex is clean. Buildings are safe, and maintained as well. Management and maintenance are reliable and prompt. Close to the airport and businesses. Less than 10 driving mins away from grocery and Target store in Windsor.
Maintenance and management are great and friendly. Quiet area not a lot of road noises.
Nice quiet area with comfortable apartments and nice people in the management team.
I've been here since 2014 and have had zero complaints. Management is great, and maintenance is very speedy.
Quiet area, with great managment. Also great place for families with kids. Lovely pool.
The location is within walking distance of some great places to eat and a 2.5 minute drive to the highway. But it's still at enough distance to have no traffic noise to bother you at night.
Reliable management. Pool as amenity is a plus. Cheap electric bill Quiet neighborhood
Well kept apartments. Management and maintenance are always helpful and friendly.
You can hear every sound from the neighbors upstairs and they don’t care who they rent to. Lincoln Tech was renting out a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 teenage boys with zero supervision. Constant noise all times of day. For two years they promised to pave the pot holes and never did. As soon as we move out they pave. Raises rent prices every year but immensities like the pool were closed. Maintenance never came in a timely fashion. While working from home with the pandemic they would shut the water off in the middle of the day with zero notice. However the worst is trying to get the security deposit back. Moved out 3 months ago and after multiple phone calls and emails management is still ignoring now that we are moved out. Would not recommend at all. We are currently contacting the CT Department of Banking to file a complaint due to lack of communication getting security deposit back.
My son and I can't ask for a better place to live, with respect to our current needs, since I moved back to Connecticut! This location has multiple ways to get to Interstate 91, and is near alternate routes that can get you to various other towns and cities. On one end of Elm Street, where this property is located, it intersects with Ella Grasso Turnpike where the Bradley International Airport is located, making a trip to pick up any visiting family VERY convenient. On the end of the street it intersects with South Main Street and Route 159, going north on this route will lead you to Six Flags New England in less than 20 minutes! Other conveniences are easy access to to dining, goods/services, and shopping, it’s also central to multiple entrances to Interstate 91, which serves as a corridor to various parts of the New England area. In all, for convenience and access, Bradley Court offers a lot to a prospective tenant, and the ownerships desire to modernize and renovate is to be commended.
Great value, heat and hot water included. Great manager, maintenance addresses any issues and they have been making improvements on the property. My 3rd year here
Friendly and helpful staff and super spacious apartments
This is my first apartment and everything has been so easy going. I had 1 little issue and the maintenance guy was there the same day to fix it. Very great experience for my first apartment. Also Susan, the apartment manager, was very patient and helpful in guiding me with this whole process.
Great apartment and the people are really nice ????
Bradley Court is a very nice place to live. It's super close to the airport which is great. They're currently repaving all of the roadways, which, while temporarily inconvenient, is awesome and there will hopefully be no more potholes! The maintenance guy, Ralph, is incredible. He cares a lot about my living space and comfort, respects my opinions, and does his best to help out. He even helped me carried my mattress upstairs because I was moving in alone! Susan, who I believe is the property manager, handled my lease on very short noticed and ensured that everything was all set up for me to move in. The neighbors are very courteous and seem like pretty cool people, and the swimming pool gets good use by the community (as opposed to some places where it's gross and neglected, or always closed).
I have been living at Bradley court for several years and find it very peaceful and safe with a responsible management team that keeps the place running smooth and responds fast and effectively. Overall I like the environment and ease of living in here that allows peaceful setting with ease of access to laundry machines and near by convenient store.
Been here a couple years now if I ever needed anything looked at they are on top of it
I have been a resident for nearly 4 years. Quiet, safe and friendly neighbors. A great place to call home.
Great place for cheap near the Hartford Area. Management is great and work promptly to ensure anyones needs are met.
I live in this apartment more then 4 year. The management is excellent . They understand what we want from them .when we need any help from them they help us.
Good place to live good amount of parking Call is very nice are any departments have plenty of space for families and single home
Management is very responsive to any issue that you may have. Even the very minor ones. It is very quite and peaceful in my apartment. The have an awesome swimming pool that is crystal clear. The hallways are freshly painted with new flooring. Also, the parking lot just got repaved. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place.
The property manager is very sweet and accommodating! Very willing to work with people to get things done as timely as possible!
I’ve been living here since 2 years and I love it. From environment to management everything is great.
The pool is nice to have. If there is an issue maintenance is right on it.
Good value for money. Good services and maintenance.
Nice quiet place to live, ive lived for 3 years and just renewed for my fourth
Love living here! It is clean, quiet, and affordable. There is a pool, laundry in basement, heat and hot water included, what more can one ask for? Also - super close to stores and the airport with 20 mins to hartford & springfield. Perfect commute for the working professional! Cats are also welcome which is a huge plus for me! This is a overall great place to live that stays affordable. There are cameras in parking lots and building for added safety with locked entrances!
Will be going on staying here for 3years. I haven't had an issue. Every time i call the office and need maintenance they are there the next day. . the area is quiet and i have no issues. love that there is a convenience store right in the complex. the only one issue i have is the apartment is not updated and could use some updating inside especially the bathrooms and windows/screens. there is plenty of space in the apartments.
The customer service is really great. The communication with the main office is second to none. Plus the have a swimming pool.
Bradley Apartments is a great Complex! Not just if you work around Windsor Locks but if you come to Windsor Locks for a few days a month for business in CT and need an apartment, this complex offers you great Value for Money. And Susan is a great Manager! She is very personable and well-liked.
I have been happy at the Bradley Apartments going on three years now!! I have never had had any issues whatsoever while living here and everything about my apartment and the whole complex has been perfect for me! Management is friendly and easy to talk to and my apartment has been ideal for me! I am glad to be here and in no rush to move!!
Great neighborhood and quiet. Spacious apartment with plenty of parking. Timely repairs by on premises maintenance. Going on my 3rd year and management is making more and more improvements.
I’ve been calling this place for a month now and they never pick up the phone
The apartment is very nice and quiet. The management does a nice job maintain the apartments. I have lived here for one year and very pleased with my place and planning to stay longer. I am very pleased with management. They are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I highly Recommend this place for easy nice living
Living for a month so far has been absolutely amazing. Susan was absolutely amazing during the application process and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless upon move in with a few hiccups from previous tenant. Susan was very helpful and quick action with repairing what needed to be repaired. We are already considering staying for many years to come. Just the pot holes in the parking lot and the upstairs door hasn't yet been fixed but would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and friendly neighborhood!
Bradley Court Apartments in Windsor Locks is nothing too fancy, but it's not a terrible place to live either. It is a very quiet residential area in the small town of Windsor Locks. I found the management and maintenance to be very responsive whenever I needed them. There were never any serious problems or disturbances while I lived here and they were helpful when I was trying to learn more about the area. The apartment it self has A/C (THANK GOD) and the apartments on the inside are pretty up to date which is nice.
Management has been somewhat kind when I have had very few issues. They resolved a major issue I had very quickly and effectively. However, they leave the office early a LOT, so it is hard to catch them in person if I'm lucky to get off of work early. There was also the issue of a hole underneath one of my kitchen cupboards that maintenance refused to service due to it not being, "A high priority." I explained that the only reason I found it is because my cat stuck its head in it and nearly got trapped. I've had to have it blocked up with a cardboard box for months. I guess my pet getting trapped and hurt inside of the underneath of my cabinets is not a "high priority." I also told management that our door buzzer doesn't work (since we're in a "gated" community, ha), to which the office replied, "Yes, they've never worked, and we're not going to fix them." Because our buzzer didn't work when the post arrived, one of our packages was stolen from the apartment foyer, and management still will not install a camera in said foyer for surveillance nor safety. But speaking with a neighbor in my building confirms that her buzzer has always worked? So I don't know what's going on. The buildings are absolutely disgusting and atrocious. They smell awful. I fear the one I've been in for several months hasn't been cleaned since I moved in. People leave their trash all over the halls and in the foyers. Literal bags of trash. The apartments themselves are nice, though. There are more and more potholes thanks to the nonstop plowing, and they are never fixed. My boyfriend has already lost one tire to these holes. It feels like this complex falls more and more into ruins every month. And heaven forbid you have to go wash clothes. It's like a horror movie setting down in the laundry rooms. (Which they also raised the price of by a quarter without warning ANYBODY.) Lastly, I cannot, CANNOT grasp the fact that we have air conditioning systems in our building, but we have ZERO air conditioning. [Too long, didn't read: Good enough management. Nice apartment rooms. NASTY complex. Consider at your own risk.]
I'm not one to bother management much, but when I need maintenance they were very responsive, and friendly. The apartment itself looks renovated with a modern looking kitchen. The grounds are clean, and the other residents are also friendly, working professionals. There's a convenience store at the edge of the property - just another level of convenience.
Since I've come to Bradley with my spouse and kids we have become a part of the Legendary Management crew. We have improved in lots of projects and there are more to come. I've been painting and cleaning the units. My work is important to me. It's important to me that new residents are happy with their apartments upon move-in. Legendary Management maintenance is also responsive with a great work ethic. Office management is great as well. Overall, a nice, quiet place to be.
I've been leaving here for quite some time now, Susan is great and does the best she can with a smile on her face. There's always ice out put out, parking lots shoveled and plowed during the winter months and I find that maintenance is quick to respond when you file an issue with something. I would agree that a plays ape would be great if possible, but the updated pool during the summer months is always great! They always keep it as clean as possible! I would recommend any of my friends to live here!
The staff here including Susan and Ed our maintenance guy have been awesome Ed is very quick about getting to your concerns and Susan for dealing with any issues anyone has here apartments are very nice and neighbors are great only one thing we would want is some sort of playscape for all the kids here at Bradley court I would recommend living here to anyone i know.
THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS AWFUL! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! The management is absolutely absurd and unavailable to the people who live here. I just recently moved out and they kept over 700$ of my security deposit wrongfully. I called for weeks and weeks and nobody would return my calls. I showed up multiple times to no avail. They charged me 330$ to clean and oven and fridge when the oven was disgusting when I moved in with pictures to prove it. I am taking it to court as they have robbed me of my money. Management are a bunch of crooks! Unbelievable to rob innocent people of the money that they rightfully deserve back. I WOULD NEVER MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS AGAIN EVEN IF SOMEBODY PAID ME!!! STAY FAR AWAY! My friend recently moved out and they also did the same to her. Management could care less about you or your money. It is terrible business and everyone needs to know!
We have lived here for almost 3 years now. We love our 2bedroom apartment, there is ample room for my husband, our two young girls & I. We live in one of the mid-size buildings, 16 units total. We have come to know most of our neighbors who are truly wonderful & we look out for each other. The Owners' installed a new boiler system in our building not too long ago, which was a very seamless transition for us tenants for something so big. We did not have lack of heat/ hot water issues in our building prior to this so it was a pleasant surprise to have such an update. The Property Manager that was here when we moved in is back and we are all truly grateful because she is a true people person and happily gets things done in a reasonable time frame. Thank you!!!
