Braeswood Oaks Apartments

Rules: Bbq pits indoor, plants only on the patios then complain the planters are too big, pool is rarely open, and these ridiculous rules come by email not by paper so hopefully people are with the times or you are screwed. 24 hour maintenance isn’t true either. Cinder blocks not speed bumps

the place is good , clean,secure, workers are good. 5 minutes from my work ,my ac got fixed immediately my new dishwasher took only 2 days to be order and installed.need more parking only complaining everything else is good

i relocated from north Carolina about 7 months ago and i have to say i can truly call braeswood my home,the girls in the office are very nice the maintenance is always on time and the complex is always kept clean. In happy about my choice

It is one of the nicest apartments in the area and affordable.i highly recommend the flex pay .I have the largest 2 bedroom and i honestly love the layout and i have washer and dryer connections.The staff is helpful.Older apartments but nice.

I use to live here before with my mother ,i moved out for personal reasons .But after some time i decided to come back because i really enjoy living here ,the property is really nice and clean and the people that work here are very nice and understanding .I always compliment the ladies in the office and the maintenance staff is amazing as well .thank you braeswood oaks.

I have been here 6 years and transferred to a larger apartment with connections. Maintenance staff are so helpful they take there time to complete the orders and when they need more time they notify you. Last week I came home & the cool thing was there was a door hanger stating maintenance is inside. The girls in the office are very sweet I just signed a renewal and when I got home they left me a renewal gift. Love my apartments

I am a current resident in braes wood oaks and i love it .The rent is very affordable I even signed up for the flex program and my kids love to spend the afternoon in the kids club that its actually free the leader is very nice and good with the kids i also enjoy the the swimming pools in the summer and the staff is very nice .I will renew my lease.

I have lived here for 6 months i love it here the staff is awsome its a beautiful floor plan and maintenance comes right away when you call them for a problem. I love Braeswood oaks apt me and my kids get to swim there are 2 pools and they are clean and safe i can wash my clothes here i dont have to leave the property its a great place to live.

I am 8 months into my lease and i will very likely stay here until i buy my own house .i love it so far i love the flex pay option which i take full advantage of even if rent if pretty affordable .i love how big the units are and walk in closets ,maintenance is pretty good they fixed all my issues in very pretty reasonable time unlike my previous apts which is why i moved from there. Staff in front office are nice and so far helpful. I did read the reviews before moving here and at First i was hesitant but I'm glad i live here now .its very cozy.

since my 6 years the management staff has been very professional in helping me on situations ,great place to live management needs increase in pay, great place to live.

I called to get prices and the Person I talked to was so helpful and nice, so I decided to go look at a apt. I meet with the assistant manager Monica and she showed me apt after apt she is wonderful! she told me about all that they offer and I'm totally impressed.

Braeswood oaks apartment is a great comfortable place of living the staff is very friendly we have nice quite neighbor we don't have no problems the maintenance get the job done.

I've lived here for about 1 year and I can't complain about much they have a kids club that's cool for the kids mine always have a blast. They also have a flex payment so I pay half of my rent on the 1st and the other half of the rent on the15th. the maintenance staff is good and so is the office staff. no worries.

we moved in at the beginning of october and since we've been there urea been horrible first the maintenance is ridiculous since we moved in our drawers were broken lightbulbs were burnt out shower didn't work anew guest toilet didn't work and it took a month for them to fix and they tried saying it was our fault that they checked the apt before we moved in and everything was fine smh and if we called the office for an update on the maintenance tickets they had no clue and would just give us attitude and there is a serious infestation with bugs roaches bed bugs and rats and they don't even take care of the issue they try and make us pay the 680 fee even tho by law they are obligated to handle any pest issues and the parking its rediculous the website shows on price but when you move in they tell you different i would not recommend anybody live here it is a constant headache

I pay too much for a one bedroom, I have a new born baby and is only my partner working

This is the perfect place to live , near great restaurants and shopping. this place is also great for being close to work , if you work in Meyerland or Fondren southwest. Close to bus and freeways. I love the security of gated entry and onsite maintence.
