Pretty surprised to see some of the reviews on here. I have lived in the 800 building now for a year and it has been pretty good. I have had a couple requests for maintenance, which one was addressed the same day. It is pretty quiet and clean building. Management is good at getting back with in same day, or the next. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good priced apartment.
Ive lived here for around six years, the place has defiantly has seen better days, if you move in it depends where you move in some sections of the the apartments are pretty old with old carpets, old appliances, old bathrooms, old AC, Basically . But in others its either new or in between. The management has improved over the years for sure but is still a bit slow, they are very friendly though. The pool at first was pretty old and very cold or just closed for many months, right now they are what i'm guessing improving it right now. The laundromats on the second floor is ok, the ventilation is pretty bad so most of the time it is pretty hot in there, and there aren't many dryers and washing machines, and the one in the third floor barely works. Other than those flaws like i described management is friendly and so are the neighbors it is also very spacious and is in a good spot near gas stations, parks, restaurants, etc. and the rent is decent.
I have lived at Bramantes apartments for ten years. I have never had any problems with management or the apartments. The location is very convenient; as it is close to I-35W to downtown Minneapolis and Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul. Rosedale Mall is nearby and restaurants are within walking distance. I always a positive interaction with Mary and Indi from management.

I have rented with bramantes for about 8 years. They have been nothing but good people to me. I love their spacious rooms, specially the living room. They are very understanding folks who do a great job keeping the building clean. I will definitely miss living here. It is a great place if your with children too. Great schools nearby. They even have an indoor pool. Can't beat that.
So far, the process of moving in has been great. The manager is friendly and understanding to different schedules that tenants may have. I love that it's close to the many stores around Rosedale. The rooms are all spacious for storage. Love it so far!
The apartments are a good size, the 2 beds have 2 and a half bath, the half bathroom is in the master bedroom. There is an AC in the living room and in the master bedroom as well. The down side is that the apartments are not the best of shape. There are missing blinds in all the rooms in my apt, the AC is broken and really loud, the floors are not tiled in either bathroom, the hallways are awful, the carpet looks like it hasn't been replaced in years big staines all over. If there is anything wrong in your apartment you cannot count on it being fixed, there is no maitnence. Lastly half the washers and dryers do not work in the laundry rooms. This is a good place if you don't mind all of that and the rent is cheap.

I'm sorry you feel that the apartments are not in good shape. We have been renovating units with new cupboards and kitchen back splash, new vanities in the bathrooms and have removed the carpet in the halls. We have a company that maintains the laundry equipment. Our maintenance team does their best to follow up on work orders in a timely manner.

There has been a lot of renovations done in and outside of the building. Several apartments have been renovated with new hardwood floors, new kitchen cupboards and bathroom vanities. There is now an online portal to pay rent and put in maintenance requests which we do our best to respond to within 48 hours.
