Packages go missing. I received a picture showing that the package was in front of my door. Management said/does nothing about it. They act very nice until you sign the lease. Please think twice before you rent here.

Excellent community to live in very quiet living , management is reliable in responding back to any issues you may need resolved. Amenities are perfect for anyone wanting to just walk, swim or even just enjoy some peace and quiet ! Neighbors are always quiet! Parking has never been a problem . Maintenance is always here when ever you need them and respond in a very timely manner excellent staff all the way around! I would recommend this neighborhood to any of my friends or family its been great living here, overall clean, quiet, great location and most importantly affordable!

As a resident of Brampton Moors for a few years now, I can say I have a really good feel for this place. Great management and maintenance team. Property is safe, quiet and filled with nature. I've had my fishing line snapped fishing on the private pond. I've spotted many types of birds including hawks, woodpeckers and even a humming bird off my patio. The property is well kept. Its not new, with all the shiny appliances, but it is beautiful. I would challenge anyone looking for an apartment to to take a tour for themselves. Ask to see the pool and the walking trails. Take a look at the dog park or notice a resident with a kayak in the water, or someone fishing. Then tour other properties and judge for yourself. Brampton hits way above it's asking price. But don't take my word for it. Check it out for yourself.

We love living at Brampton Moors. Parking is easy and there is always available spots for us and if we have guests. The rent is manageable compared to other apartment communities in the area. Great location to go shopping in Cary, Raleigh, or Apex. You are in the middle of everything and most stores only take 15 min or less to get to. Having access to the trails and Cary Greenway is great too.

The Brampton Moors community is very quiet. The entire staff is very helpful & professional. Being close to popular areas but also kinda out of the way of everything is nice. Having a gas station, grocery store & restaurants within walking distance are all nice. Living here has been great so far. It's excellent if you're looking for your first place. This is my first apartment ever & I've been very happy with the helpfulness of everyone here & the amenities the community offers.

I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes in Cary and it is refreshing to find one without extra tacked on fees for valet trash or mandatory internet/cable packages. I also didn't have to fight to get a non-renovated apartment just to get an affordable monthly rent. Brampton Moors is in a nice location, has the same amentities (pool, fitness, and tennis) as those expensive luxury apartment at an affordable cost, and the outside environment (trails, trees, and water) makes it more than just an apartment to in. Its a rarity in Cary and I hope it stays that way.

The property is beautiful. I walked the grounds on Wednesday along the lake, it was very calming. Devonte in the Leasing Office has been very helpful and understanding from the time I took the tour of the apartments, advising me of apartment availability until present, with the neighbor issue.

Have been at Brampton Moors for 6 weeks now. Moving to Cary, NC from upstate NY, we did much searching and found Bampton Moors to be most affordable for the accommodations and amenities, yet more importantly had many great reviews. Not having an opportunity to see and walk through the community, we were relying on the online pictures and reviews, and have not been disappointed. Our apartment was very clean and relevant to the online pictures we reviewed. The location is beautiful and grounds are well kept. We were worried about bugs and roaches and the extermination processes, however have not seen any roaches (NONE), and am even very pleasantly surprised as to the minimal insects encountered on our outer deck and through walking around the lake and grounds. There were a few minor issues we encountered at/after move in, which were handled and resolved very promptly. The staff has been very courteous and attentive to any concerns. I have had the opportunity to use their beautiful pool and fitness center. They also have a nice laundry facility, yet we have taken advantage of the washer/dryer hookups in our apartment for better convenience. All are well kept. We even have access to tennis courts, that have added setup for pickle ball, which we enjoy playing. Neighbors have been great, and for the most part have been unaware that they are even around. Parking lots seem to get full, but have not had any issues always finding open spots. All in all our expectations have been exceeded, and we are very happy to have found and decided on moving to this location. Can sit by and play in the pool instead of mowing a lawn. Excellent paths for walking or biking around the lake, and trails even lead to the larger Bond Lake with other various trails. Looking forward to friends and family visiting to see this gem of a location we have found. Thank you staff of Brampton Moors!

I love living here in Brampton Moors. It's a quiet community, very peaceful living. I love the lake setting with the greenway running along this complex. Makes for a beautiful afternoon or early morning walk. The grounds are so well kept up and I love all the mature trees. I'm on the third floor, and it's not quite lake-facing, but I can see it off balcony, and the sunlight during the day is just what I needed in my new relocation to Cary home. Staff is so friendly! I just can't say enough. Living here almost a year, my stress level is now a zero, after coming from a stress level of very high. This community is definitely contributing to the way of life I needed, along with easy access to shopping and such. I work from home and my Spectrum internet is superb! I haven't had any glitches or dropped Zoom calls. Haven't lost any power with all the rain we've had. If you need a change in pace, this is the perfect place to call home. If you've always wanted to go out a couple times a day for a walk, but just didn't want to hit the concrete to make that happen, this is the place for you. If you need time to downsize, rebuild, recreate something new for yourself, this apartment could be just the thing. I went from a three-bedroom to one bedroom home and I love now the simplicity of everything. I have one of everything I need, not ten of everything I don't. So everything has a place, and it really does feel like home.

Brampton Moors is a quiet, well serviced community. The location is excellent. The trees, the lake and the proximity to Bond Park make it an ideal place to live as close to nature as can be expected in a suburban area. We are very pleased with it.
