Maintenance is definitely and issue. Had electrical issue where I was without power for about 5 days due to some sort of damaged electrical equipment or wires. Having 2 small children at home made the situation that much more stressful. Apartments agreed to pay for our hotel stay due to them having to cut the power to fix it, but then refused to pay unless I sign a confidentiality agreement not telling anyone about what happened. I had to pay for my stay upfront and then would be reimbursed with my rental account being credited for the amount. I have yet to receive any credit or reimbursement of any kind.

This is a great place to live! Very quiet and convenient location. The amount of units they have with different floor plans is great because you can really pick the one that is best for your needs. The parking areas are well lit and very safe at night. The property manager and leasing agent are by far the best. They will do anything they can to be sure you are taken care of. Diana is always so welcoming when you stop by to visit and she makes sure to ask you if there is anything you need, and gets it done! Titus is the best leasing agent on this side of Carrollton. He’s very knowledgeable and will help you find the unit you love. They are a great team. The property also has a great maintenance team that will stay till the late hours of the day to make sure every job is done. Lead maintenance is a jack of all trades and was able to find solutions to minor issues just by listening to us and took care of them. If I had my own property I’d definitely try to steal him. There is a dog park that our dogs love and would stay out at all night if they could. All in all, this is your new home. You’ll love the brick fireplace in the winter and you will love the open concept any time of the year! I highly suggest you check out the property and see for yourself. You will want to move in immediately. We looked at a lot of units and stopped once we made a visit here. Have not regretted anything since we moved in. They do not price gouge and the rent is very affordable. We plan on renewing our lease and we just moved in a few months ago. Love this place!

I moved in November 2019 from out of state. My initial thoughts of the property was good but they had some hangups with maintenance guys and front office management. However the new management team Titus and Christine along with Andy the maintenance guy and supervisor have met my expectations. This was a great change for the property. The new team always ask what they can do to make things better and are proving they want to have longevity with us over and over.

This apartment has horrible customer service. The apartments itself is very old and half of the time the amenities do not work. Been living here for a year and they have just gotten so run down. I am very unhappy and can not wait until I move.

I had the pleasure of leasing with mrs. Fields she really heloed me alot and made sure i was comfortable apon moving in. The office staff is very supportive and accommodating. Very pleased
I can't speak on everything else that's going on the in these apartments, how ever, what I can say is that Jeziel and Robert always come through with my maintenance request. .. I never have a problem with them taken care of anything that is within their control. I put in work orders this morning and everything was completed within hours. Im definitely impressed with the work ethic of the maintenance staff as they continue to increase in efficiency. competency, and speed.
I am really satisfied with the apartments here, i could never get anything fixed, when I first came. I would have a lot of trouble getting what I needed done. But thank God we got new management and Ms. Shana is really getting maintenance on track and we have been getting our problems fixed in the same day. Maintenance is really quick and doing the job correctly... I would recommend these apartments and everything is close by.

We have been living here for a few years. And have seen management change a lot and didn't care about the place. I am finally glad to see a new manager who cares about the property being clean and making sure we get everything fixed. Its the first time I ever saw any manager cleaning up the dog park and picking up any trash. I think her name is Shona. But its great to see everyone getting there needs met. Living in this apartments has been a really bad decision. There ir always a problem, the people in the office is changing constantly, they do not provide a good service. They normally do not answer the phone. No one care about the problems in the apartments. They take to much time to solve the maintenance requests and you have to go every day to the office and ask them to solve the problems, other way the do not do anything about it. In the time that we have lived there we have had problems with bedbugs, spiders, roaches, likings from the upstairs apartment, clogged sewage that flooded the apartment.

When I moved into this apartment, I was in a rush. I was looking for a job and my last lease had almost expired. I knew I was going to move, so I hadn't renewed it. When I found a new position, I needed an apartment fast. Branch Creek was the first complex that I went to that had affordable rents and an opening. Should have set off some alarms, but I was in a hurry. My issues started right away. They weren't finished with my apartment when I was supposed to move in. Kitchen wasn't finished - stove didn't work. Bathroom wasn't finished - bathtub didn't work. And, so on. I was in a bind and I had signed a lease, so I put up with it and just complained at the office every day at lunch. Eventually, enough was fixed so that it was livable. Of course, I never got any sort of refund. Office staff has changed twice that I know about. Current staff doesn't do much. I rent a carport. One day, I found that maintenance had parked their equipment in my carport and then left for the weekend. It was a holiday weekend as well, so I couldn't use the carport that I had paid for for 5 days. I complained to the woman in the office that Saturday and she just shrugged and said I'd have to wait until Tuesday. Let's not forget the amenities. For instance, there's supposed to be a gym. I've never actually seen it since you have to go through the office to get to it. The office closes at 6 pm and I work until 6 pm. They're supposed to have a pool. Ok, I can see the pool. But, it's the last day of June and it's empty of water. It hasn't been open yet this year despite the 100 degree plus heat index. Security is another matter entirely. When I moved in, the gates were always opened. They eventually fixed them to need a code to open. Of course, they didn't actually tell anyone the code before they did it. To get the code, you had to go into the office. Fortunately, it was on a Saturday, so I was able to get it. Since then, one gate or the other is broken on an almost weekly basis. In addition, the walk in gate is always unlocked. So, it's a semi-regular annoyance rather than security. I could go on, but I think you get the point. You pay for a gym that you may not be able to use. You pay for a pool that might not be available. You pay for security that you don't get. You get an apartment that may or may not be livable. On the plus side, it is (or was, I haven't checked recently) slightly cheaper than the other apartments. You have to decide if that's enough.
So, why am I writing a review? Because I feel that Ms. Clea in the front office went above and beyond to answer my questions, and make sure that we felt welcome there, should we have chosen to make this place our home. You see, our residence that we were moving from (A Townhome) had burst a water pipe between our floors, flooding out our entire 1st floor. So time was of the essence in the move, because management wanted to re-construct the entire unit. Ms. Clea understood this, and immediately went to work trying to find what she could. She mentioned that if we chose these apartments, that she would try and work on all the paperwork ASAP. She kept in contact with me via phone and text (She did ask permission for the latter, which was very appreciated). Even after informing her that we had ultimately ended up on a different place (That was just built), she was kind and courteous, letting us know that if we ever needed anything in the future, she will always be glad to help. I toured a remodeled Townhome, and you can tell they definitely did a good job on the remodels. The space was nice, clean, and bug free (No matter how much you spray, you’ll always find some type of trace if there are bugs, and I couldn’t find any traces). The resident grounds were nice and kept up. Fellow residents were welcoming and friendly. I was hesitant at first to stop here due to some of the reviews, but I noticed many of the reviews are old. It’s apparent to me that the new management, and Ms. Clea, are doing a great job addressing the issues, and making this an excellent community to live in. As with all business, change takes time. And it is apparent to me, that as time goes on, this company seems to be making the proper changes (Such as keeping the pool clean, making sure the security gates are working, and addressing a few other concerns I saw in the reviews). Although me and my wife did not end up moving here, we would not hesitate to look at it again in the future, should we ever need to move again. The value of the unit vs. the price of rent was exceptional (And I toured about 10 different locations, so I had a lot to compare to). The fact that I’m willing to write a review about this community, despite not living here, should show how much a great impression they left on me.
Management is rude and unhelpful. I have mold that has been growing in my apartment that they refuse to fix. They say updated but all they did was put cheap stainless/black appliances and spray painted the countertops which are tile. My infant daughter has been sick since she was born. I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been a nightmare. The prices that they are charging are not worth what they offer. My sinks are constantly backed up and the water bill is outrageous. Now they have move in some questionable people and they are living 6-7 adults in a 2 bedroom. This will cause your water bill to increase significantly. Many people are moving out because they have raised the rent by more than $200 from last year.
I have to say: KEEP OUT of this crazyness!!! Besides the fact that the management company is a complete JOKE (never solve your problems) The towing company is a complete mess too. The place still has no pools , they fixed one of the pools after reading the google reviews for about two weeks and it was still dirty, it was not completely clean. After the two weeks past by (and this beig at the end of the summer, we were the whole summer without both pools) both of the pools went back to green water. It is so gross and discussting. After they lock you into the contract they dont care about you or your concerns. The gates they keep saying it was a cortesy even though when we moved in it was one of the main things we liked about the place, NOW this new management is saying they will completely remove them because they are not fixing it. Ha!! Like they have actually fixes something in this place since they got here. THE MARIHUANA SMELL o m g! You have t be kidding me, it stinks like weed, morning, evening and night time... when you call the so called "courtesy officer" they never answer you leave a mesaage and after two hours the police shows up to tell you that there is nothing they can do about the smell. I have two police reports and it has been the same twice. The other day I saw two young guys sittinf at the pool tables smoking it. It is out of control in this place. The place is not very well lit, it was completely not lit for over a month, no lights, no gate, people smoking weed... really? This is like a freaking bad neighborhood zone inside a good neighborhood. IF YOU DID NOT READ ALL THESE REASONS AND YOU ARE JUST FLASH READING THE MAIN THING IS KEEP OUT OF HERE IF YOU ARE A NORMAL PERSON... THERE IS NO LIGHTS, WEEDS SMELL, NO SECURITY AT ALL....KEEP OUT!
The apts are old and constantly break down then you have to deal with unprofessional maintenance workers. Office staff us nonexistent no one answers the phone and the office is closed during business hours. Worse apt I have ever lived. I was a fool to ignore the other reviews because of the cheap rent. You truly get what you pay for. I HATE THIS PLACE Rated one star because I had to select something to submit. ZERO FREAKING STARS
TwentyTwo50Marsh has just been bought by a new management company, the Busboom Group. So far I am excited about the changes they are making to our place! They have cleaned up the area so much, getting rid of trash and overgrown brush in the back. They have repainted the decks of the pool and are working to make our gym accessible 24 hours. I have never had a big problem with the complex, just maybe a noise complaint or two from unruly neighbors, in which they addressed quickly. You can't beat the price! And as long as they keep going the way they are, I would definitely recommend them to other people.
the paint on the tile peels all the time they respray it and it peels more. The paint in the bathroom peels horrible place to live, dog feces ALL over. Maintenance is the only good thing about this complex they try with what they have to work with. Office staff way below par, my lease is up in a few months and I am out of here.
