Branchester Lakes is a good place for single people, and those who are concerned about safety. The grounds are kept beautiful, and I never saw doggie pooh on the grounds. The residents are good about keeping their animals leashed and clean. Also the managers allow you to make the apartment your home. My husband was able to elevate the microwave over the stove to make more room on the counters. Thanks Branchester Lakes! They also have a reasonable early-termination clause if you have to break your lease. Keep up the good work, Branchester Lakes!

Rather than repair or replace the air conditioner, they gave me a portable air conditioning unit that only cools the living room of a two bedroom, two bath apartment!

Community seems nice and welcoming. Besides a few minor problems upon move in which were fixed timely everything seems good.

My husband and I have been at Branchester Lake for almost a year and have had a great experience. The area is beautiful, mostly quiet, well maintained and they allow us to make it home. The nearby neighborhood is also a good place to walk and feel safe.

We love living here at Branchester Lakes. It's quiet and tucked away but yet close to everything you need. The office could do better with answering their phone but once you do get through issues are addressed. Maintenance is great. Updates to apartments are being done when people move out but it would be nice for updates to be done for those who have lived here for years. Rent price is ok but definitely shouldn't go up anymore!

The community is here is quiet and I never have trouble with theft of packages which I was worried about I found out we were moving to an apartment. Management is kind, easy to work with, and they honor the Military clause so moving due to PCS orders is simple. Maintenance responds quickly and does a nice job on repairs and is courteous/respectful. The elementary school is top notch, the grounds are well kept and I like the space between apartment buildings. It has been a nice place for our family of 6 to live.

Branchester Lakes is a great place to live. Kayla who is the supervisor makes sure that it's a great place to live full up hospitality. Kayla also make sure that if there is any emergencies she makes it her duty to take care emergency and a timely manner. That is good to know from a supervisor who cares for her tenants and who is willing to do all she can to tend to their needs. Kayla deserve special recognition for what she do they are very few people like her in that position who gives they care about their tenants. I thank her for her service and I have enjoy living at branchester Lakes Apartments.
Expect to wait months for a response, whether it's concerning a bill adjustment or a maintenance request.
This apartment complex used to be very well run. Now, the new management company matrix has taken over and they are horrible. The trash will build up at time, and spill over into the streets. They will come and pick it up, when the tenant levels are low. The prices are luxury, but the property is public housing. Don't even bother complaining, it will fall on death ears. I watch across the street and there looks to be criminal activity due to volume of people rotating in and out. I make noise complaints and they fall on death ears. My lease is up soon, and I can't wait to move. Its like they don't value their tenants. Its most unfortunate, as this tends to be a community serving the military. However, with the amount of rentals in the area, you can very much call it a declining neighborhood. They have two new subdivisions that would be a better fit.
You receive your monthly rental bill in the mail. This bill includes your water and sewer charges, this charge fluctuates according to your water usage. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. I've lived here for 3 months. One month, I received my bill one day before rent was due. Another month, I received my bill on the first-the same day rent was due. Second floor door entry is very tight. Mail packages have been stolen.
Quiet, best environment for a teenage daughter to be raised and excellent high school!
This place is pricey for the quality. Everything in the apartment is cheap or really outdated. For the price you can rent a house. The management is okay. The main manager is nice to you, but only to get you to rent. The rest of the staff is great.
I really liked the homes and the location , I have not made a decision to move there as yet but would love to move in by the first of the year . The staff was very informative when I went to see the place and it was clean.
