Property Ratings at Branchwater Apartments
I’ve lived here for 6 months and our first night moved in the roof leaked, then the dishwasher broke, now the garbage disposal is broke. Everything is outdated here. The bathroom looks nothing like the pictures. Super old and outdated.
I’ve only lived in JTI property apartments and I’ve had really good experiences with them. Branchwater staff is very friendly, maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently. Overall a great area with free covered parking as well! -Nick D
I currently live in this apartment and I satisfied the overall living here, so far. The staffs are always welcoming and helpful, also I like those events from the apartment like Christmas decoration contest, which make the neighborhood more cheerful and cozy. The apartment is newly painted and equipped with the new kitchen and laundry appliance which is my favorite part. The front garden and the surroundings are well-maintained, very neat and clean. The location is great, easy to approach to the street. It is really convenient to commute and go shopping, but the community is very quiet enough to take rest.
This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! The management are extremely helpful and friendly! They are always having fun little decorating competitions with prizes. Also, always welcoming everyone into the office for treats. We haven’t had an major issues with anything here, and all small issues have been resolved very quickly. I love the feel of the complex. This is definitely a dog friendly place. Almost everyone here has dogs. Everyone has been very friendly.
We have lived here for about 6 months and have had no problems. The office staff is very responsive and they try to foster a community atmosphere. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and all requests are followed up on. We have enjoyed renting here and would recommend to anyone.
The staff are so courteous, very prompt and very very helpful. It is a safe location and everyone looks out for one another. Maintenance is always on top of things and very prompt. The property is very well maintained and the BEST PART OF ALL THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY not just say they are pet friendly but they love pets as much as the tenants.
These are old apartments but have modern upgrades. We love the flooring. Maintenance has fixed almost everything we've asked about the same day. We had a problem with leaking pipes, but that's to be expected with older neighborhoods and it was well repaired. The grounds are always beautiful. It's occasionally noisy but it really depends on the neighbors. Also, we get free internet, and if that's not fast enough you can upgrade for a small fee. It's a really good deal.
This is my first ever apartment and I like it. I don’t have anything to compare it to but I like it! I live in 30 and it’s adorable. It’s also really small which is nice to navigate
So i currently live at these apartments and it hasn't been the best experience the free Wifi sucks, and the office management and maintenance are extreme lazy. They keep saying the pool will be open but when? it still looks the same.
