Property Ratings at Brandemere Apartments
My wife and I moved here when we were 18 and 20. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing and we are honestly a little sad about moving (we just need a bigger place). Kelly (Office Manager), Rob (Property Manager) and the maintenance staff have been an A+ model for how to run apartment properties since I've lived here. If you are looking for you first or future apartment, Brandemere is the place to go. They helped me get my start in life and they can help you too.
We love it... I’ve been here for about a 6 months. It’s really nice well mannered people and I’m glad I moved here
Lived here for almost 2 years and I am not sure how my boyfriend and I made it that long. Property looks great in all the pictures and in their show unit, but actual apartments for rent are sub par. Carpet was filthy, snagged, and covered in burn holes. Seems like the owner could care less about his tennants. Had numerous problems and each time the maintenance man came out seemed to not have a clue how to actually fix the issue. All he seemed to do was put a band-aid on the real problem. The landloard also owns Mogadore Square, so I think he has a little too much on his plate to care about spending money to make some much needed upgrades and proper repairs. The windows were so drafty that our electric bill was through the roof in the winter. The screens in the windows did not stay in worth a darn so we could never have them open on the cooler days. There was plenty of parking, though both my car and my boyfriend's car were damaged due to careless other tennants. Could get kind of roudy and loud due to some interesting neighbors. I would really look into other options as far as living arrangements go, this place is a waste of your time and money.
Well maintained, clean, safe, love the pool, and it's Home. We live here with my wife for 2 years. Loved everything about it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Didn't even have to change a light bulb! just called maintenance and let them, done that day!
This place was so bad, i tried to get out of my lease early. Neighbors throw trash all over the place, in your bushes, etc. Maintenance is terrible. It took 3 weeks in the middle of the winter to fix my hot water. The place is full of leaks, bad mold problem, and mice. It's over priced for what you get, they make it look nice when you move in, but not long after, everything starts falling apart.
I lived here in the past, in 2012. I recently moved back in, this time single. Upon moving in, the carpet had burn holes and stains. The kitchen floor has been cracking. The trash disposable did not work. My cold water knob was stripped. The apartment place fixed all of these things, but not on time. Its 800 sq. feet and being a single father, its a good size for me and my daughter but it would be nice if it were a little bigger. I also will say the rent is a little expensive for where its located and the size of the apartment. $669 a month. 2 bedroom. Everything is electric which is good and bad. Electric bills are pretty high. I give 2/5. There improvements they can make for sure.
Has a mold and water leak problem. Maintenance department is slow on work orders. Nothing is updated at all and paying way to much for what I have being a single father of one.
