Don't move here. Save yourself the time.

The foundation is horrible and causes cracks in the walls. They have a rodent issue. Noticed the holes in the side of the building which is how they are getting in the walls. They will come into your apartment without you knowing. I've come home a few times to the maintience man in my apartment fixing things I had no idea was broken. Things get fixed when they have an inspection coming up. It's impossible to get ahold of the office. If it wasn't for the office management, it would be a decent place since it's always quiet and nobody bothers you.
