As one of the oldest cities in the United States west of the Appalachians, Cincinnati offers residents contemporary urban living in a historic, distinctive setting. One of the oldest cities in the US houses an influential youth culture. Students, professionals, artists, and musicians of all walks of life come to the southwest corner of Ohio to live and work. College and professional sports are wildly popular, with the Bearcats of the University of Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals enjoying huge fan bases in their hometown.
Renters and visitors alike will delight in attractions like the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Newport Aquarium, and the city’s iconic zoo. The annual Oktoberfest is one of the biggest celebrations of its kind outside of Munich, drawing thousands to the streets to celebrate the city’s German heritage.

Property Ratings at Brandychase Apartments
This place is terrible and the people that run it are extremely rude and lazy. The buildings are really old and rundown. They never clean the hallways so there’s always garbage everywhere and it’s just overall dirty. There are tons of bugs…spiders, pill bugs, ants, beetles, mosquitoes, bees, etc.. They let the worst people move in and anytime something goes wrong with them they don’t care and just tell you to call the cops and the cops are there often honestly especially for domestic violence. The maintenance people are terrible at fixing anything. I can’t believe how much they charge to live here!
Pros- large living space, back in the woods so scenery is nice, a handful of people in the office are nice Cons- literally anything and everything else.
I really like how friendly the managers are, anytime I have ever had a problem they make sure it’s taken care of that same day! Tonya used to be my neighbor and she was wonderful! I still enjoy hearing from her when I call, she’s super sweet and doesn’t make me feel like I’m a bother. They take great care of needs and really make sure the place is nice! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home in the woods setting that wants peace and quiet!
I wish I could buy this place, honestly. The area is lovely, maintenance keeps the grounds kept up well, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Like some other reviewers, I did have critters in my ceiling once but maintenance was quick to come out to trap them. All other maintenance requests have been quickly dealt with too. Overall I’m very happy.
I have been living here at brandychase apartments for a year now and could not be happier! Shelly and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic! I am disabled and they installed a handicap toilet and handrails in my shower for free within the 1st week. I have a newly renovated 1st floor split 2bed2bath unit with washer/dryer. The bedrooms are spacious and the walk-in closets are so big, my daughter uses mine as a playroom. The amenities are fantastic! 2 pools,24 access gym, kids play area, dog park, and the woods surrounding the place add a beautiful seclusion to the place. Overall very pleased. Just signed for 2 more years!
I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE. No secured entrances so we have drunk people sleeping in the hallways, peeing in our mailboxes & trying to break in to our apartment. Secured outdoor light is still waiting to be put in. Flood in our bathroom ceiling due to upstairs toilet & they “fixed” it by painting over the falling ceiling and mold. They won’t do anything because they’re always “waiting on bids”. STAY AWAY
The wooded grounds are a great setting in which to live. The staff was both friendly and very professional. I only had a few maintenance issues (all minor) and they were all taken care of within 24 hours. Nothing but praise for the Brandychase!
Terrible! I have squirrels crawling in my walls and they scratch holes trying to get into my apartment. Would only recommend visiting.
Took almost two months to finally fix our AC, don't seem to think a neighbor constantly running his loud truck for fifteen to twenty minutes at a time right outside my bedroom window is an issue, don't maintain the pools to the point one or both is constantly closed... and they want to raise rent a hundred dollars a month? Yea, no.
I like it here, however they've raised the rent for new residents more than 3 times since I've lived here in less than a year. The 2 bed room models went up by over $100 in total. The utilities are kinda high, and for what theyre now charging I think the appliances should be updated... I've had a great experience living here but if they keep raising the price it's going to make me not resign my lease.
Unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to view the apartment before we signed the leased and moved in. We just moved in on Saturday, but I had to tell everyone how happy I am! Moving to the 3rd floor was a lot of work, but absolutely worth it. Beautiful area surrounded by 42 acres of trees. So much privacy and a quaint balcony to enjoy the crickets and birds. We have a skylight in the middle of the living room so we don't even turn on any lights until the sun goes down. I can't wait to use the fireplace! The whole apartment is just full of surprises and I'm absolutely in love. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Plus, the staff and handy men are super friendly and helpful. If there is an opening, DO NOT PASS IT UP!!!
This a great apartment in a nice complex. Ample size rooms, nice amenities (2 pools, gym, fishing pond, club house). I love that we can take nice long walks and never leave the property.
Nice layout of 2 bdrm 2 bath, large rooms and baths. Quiet building on wood lots. Small kitchen, not enough counter space. 2pools wish was very nice and kept clean. Small gym area not very well kept. Answered quickly on maintenance calls.
I have lived here two years now and it has it's pros and cons. First off The problem is we have here Brandychase are mold growing in the ceilings animals living in the roof/ attic, water damage that doesn't ever seem to be fixed. Not to mention Brandychase also owns another apartment complexes not as nice or is equipped is this one but they seem to be allowed to come over across the street to use our pools and facilities in and it's kind of annoying. The pros are the high ceilings in the top floor apartments and that everyone is equipped with a wood burning fireplace other than those things it's just a place to stay for a time.
We have lived at Brandychase for a little over a year now and absolutely love it! It's quiet back where we live and all of our neighbors are so friendly! The staff does a great job of fixing any problems and maintenance does a fantastic job of showing up quick and fixing the problems in a prompt manner. We love all the amenities brandychase has to offer especially the 24 hour fitness center and the dog park! Our 65lb lab mix loves running free in the bark park!
Not only is Brandychase close to several restaurants and stores but there's plenty to do without even leaving the complex, like swimming in one of the two pools or working out in a gym that's open 24/7. There's even a dog park and a place to wash your car. I've lived here for several years and have yet to meet a neighbor or staff member that wasn't friendly. It's made moving here from Florida so much easier and I'm happy this is now my home.
