I’m going to make this as short as possible, but whew this has been the worst apartment experience I ever had. The management doesn’t care about its residents. My quality of life has tremendously declined after moving in here due to being on edge because of safety concerns, constant weed / cigarette smell (even though it’s a smoke free property. People still smoke on the property), and noise from other units. Please read this review in its entirety and truly look for other options in the area.

All the staff were friendly. Any issues I had maintenance was there rather quickly to fix it. My neighbors are very nice. For the most part it is very quiet and clean. People pick up after their dog which is a huge plus! It's only been a couple weeks but I'm glad I chose this complex.

They do not care about their tenants at all that is why they offer short leases they know nobody in their right mind would renew with them. Warning the amenities are not well taken care of so before you think the rent is decent price because it comes with amenities think again. The gym is never cleaned. The AC in the gym was broken for 9 months. The pools are gross. The washing room only very few machine actually work. They need to work on changing management to provide their tenants a more pleasurable living experience. Then they would see a larger amount of tenants renewing their lease rather than leaving.

If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. Amelia-leasing consultant is the best. I relocated from Atlanta, GA to Nashville, TN and and she made the transition as smooth as possible. I completed the application process online, paid my fees and zoom call my walk thru of the unit I was leasing. She took to time to reach out to me immediately if I had any questions or concerns. I was definitely not expecting to have the experience I had with relocated from 1 state to another. When I arrived, everything was PUUUR FECT. 5 things that blew my mind living in this community; 1. Peace, quiet and serenity 2. Valet door step trash pickup, like YOOO, they pick up all the trash from the door, can you say "AMAZING" 3. Package deliveries are not just left at your door for people to steal, they are put in lockers to keep them safe. And only you have the code to retrieve the packages from the locker. 4. The units come with keyless entry using a code to get into the door and ADT already installed that can be controlled thru an app, now that is KOOL. 5. KUDOS to Amelia for being soooo professional, having exceptional customer service and going over and beyond the call of duty. I was a nervous wreck and she made sure it was painless as possible. I love my community.
MOST IMPORTANT: The units come equipped with a smart home package (door lock, thermostat, and security). When I moved out, my access to the smart devices was not revoked. I contacted management three months later once I found out I still had access. This is a huge security risk, and I highly advise everyone to triple-check that management has adequately removed all prior tenants from the smart home. To make it even worse, the smart home keeps a log of events and details who did them. Anyone with access to this smart home can view this log. I'm disgusted by this huge security risk. There were a lot of issues from the start. The person I was in contact with regarding my application ghosted me for about a month and was very hard to reach by email. I also specifically asked to see the apartment before I signed anything. But the soonest they could even show me the inside was the night before my scheduled move-in date. By then, it was too late for me to consider any other options. I also applied for a 1 bed, 1 bath. It was actually a studio apartment. On my first day I was not told anything. The only guidance I was given was a small piece of paper with a bunch of number written on it and a map. There was no effort on management's part to explain anything about their complex (until I reached out to them personally). I was in building 17, which is right next to the dog park, tennis court, and an open grass field. Every evening a group played volleyball on the field. The dog park was always filled with dogs, and sometimes people brought their dogs out late at night. So it is not a quiet apartment. The complex as a whole is quiet, but just not that area. Maintenance was responsive the few times I had to use them. However, each time I requested that they contact me first, but they never did. Management is almost impossible to reach over email. I resorted to using the website's online "contact us" to reach them. The only road access to the apartment complex has a really bad left turn across busy traffic. There is no dedicated turn lane. As a result, many times people were rear-ended. The workout room was shut down the entire time I rented here. Parcel Pending is a nice service to have when the carrier actually uses it. Which I understand this is a fault of the carrier and not management. But it is annoying to pay for a service that isn't utilized half the time. On the positive side, I did get my deposit back without any issues.
Staff is friendly for the most part like any business, everyone is friendly when they want your money. Move in date was 2 weeks after the month started supposedly to ready apartment and fix things that need to be done. Moved in to an unclean unkept apartment. Cob webs in every corner with living baby spiders, old cabinets, dishwasher not cleaned. Ac unit not in working condition. When expressed to property manager was met with cold non caring attitude and told nothing could be done cause it was a Saturday. Why would you have a move in date for the weekend knowing nothing can be done on those days, that needs to be done? I won’t be renewing my lease and I’m very disappointed. Next apartment I will make sure isn’t managed by bhmanagement they obviously don’t care about their tenants just that that money is in.
I like Brandywine. The location is very nice, I like that there are no through streets and I've met several very nice neighbors. I do hope that all 3 pools will be open this season as well as the gym. These things are reasons people choose Brandywine & should be able to use them. Laundry rooms are too small & very inconvenient to get into with the long walk from where parking is and the one has a bunch of steps. Not easy to navigate with a bunch of laundry. The laundry rooms are very hot in summer and there needs to be more carts with places to hang clothes. Besides that, I enjoy the community, love that it is dog-friendly & I like what Brandywine has to offer & maintenance has been very good overall.

Great walking community, can walk across the street at Ag Center. Close to shops, banks, and grocery stores. Bus stop out front, if needed.
It's a wonderful place to live if the below can be ignored.. 1) Feel comfort with fungus odor in the water half of the month and rest too much of chlorine (Hair fall/Skin related health issues are 100% free). 2) Lack of sun light in most of the units. 3) Not ALL the units, but most.. Interior walls become wet in winter.. that make the unbearable odor in the carpet and fungus on walls/dresses and what not. Also, not to be surprised if you are charged for the carpet odor. 4) If you are in 1st floor, the second floor unit might have leakage that make the damage in your ceiling and don't expect that to be fixed for year(s).. Also, not to be surprised if you are charged for repairs in this regard. 5) The kitchen/bathroom shelves might keep give you trouble. But, the good part is service team ,they will fix it with many patches.. Not to expect the good appearance. 6) if it's non-renovated unit, the condition of carpet might annoy you and be generous to pay for renovation when you move out. 7) Unsure what type of walls and floors are here. But, the neighbors could hear - everything...EVERYTHING. And the neighbor might complaint if you talk/walk/do anything in your unit and ALL the units in the block would get a warning from the office. So, Talk but don't talk. Walk but don't walk... 8) The play area is very limited space considering the Few hundreds of families with children. Either the children wouldn't get an option or play in parking lots & path. 9) If your work does not allow you to be at home between 7 & 9 PM, don't plan to enjoy the valet trash. Otherwise, you would get the notice if you miss to move the trash box for unavoidable reasons, you would get a notice/be ready for penalty. Timing is not helpful. 10) Planning to use the common laundry ? I might lose all your clothes every so often. 11) No sidewalk.. Have kids or pets? don't expect the mercy from drivers. 12) Every so often there would new monthly fee added. Have to accept.
Im very happy I leased from Brandywine. No bugs, great amenities, and maintenance is usually able to respond same day to even non-emergency issues. Great value!
We have lived here for the third year now. Nice and quiet place on top of the hill fresh mornings breeze every day(even on summer mornings). Very centered location for groceries or commodities and transportation. Experiencing a Brentwood lifestyle in Nashville area.
Brandywine has been cozy and feels like home at price you can afford!

I am very particular and well trained in providing excellent customer service. After my original apt lease was up and on a month to month. I began searching but was disappointed in the terrible reviews complexes had. Most reasons were customer service related. The few I found with great reviews were out of my price range. Then I stumbled on Brandywine Apts. The various floor plans give renters options. Many community amenities to use and enjoy. Very well lit complex throughout the night. Great mix of families and individual renters. The staff, especially Jennifer and Brianna provided Excellent customer service. I've already spoken to a couple residents and they love living here and that the staff is attentive and quick to respond to the renters' needs. Definitely, worth your time to check this apartment complex out in person. Very convenient to Hwy 65, yet the apt complex is nestled among single home residential areas and very quiet.
I wouldnt recommend moving to this community without touring your specific apartment. Office will switch you for one with lower quality finishes than promised. Communication from office is very poor and slow.
Rules aren't inforced. Lights on car park broken and never fixed. Bugs, and smells.

Brandywine is where home is once you move. The staff is always very helpful and polite. The location is great. Package delivery services are good. This is the place to be whether you're an experienced apartment renter or a newcomer.
After my long search of a rental property, Brandywines office support walked me through their rental process during the middle of the Covid pandemic. I havent rented in over 27 months, and I was able to obtain a place with ease. The staff have been friendly through the entire process. I enjoy coming home to a quiet place where I see my neighbors walking their pooches and greet me with a smile! The price that Im paying is way less than other apartments that I visited during my search. I would recommend Brandywine to anyone that is searching for a place to call home!

This apt complex is very awesome as far as I can tell very quiet and everyone is super friendly. I even have great neighbors already thinking of renewing my lease just for a bigger space!
It is a bit older but very well-kept and feels pretty safe. It's in a great location with many stores and access to the interstate so on and so forth.
I appreciate their help with using the portal, etc , as I am not that computer savvy.
It is a very safe, quiet community where neighbors are friendly and rent is reasonable. Appliances are up-to-date and very good quality. Maintenance is excellent and prompt. Guidelines are emailed to us and any concerns are emailed to us as well.
I love living at Brandywine. It's beautiful and convenient . Very nice updated features in all apartments , even the ones that aren't completely renovated. The neighbors are friendly and so is everyone in the office. They made the leasing and move-in process simple. The maintenance staff is professional and fast!

I love it here. I applied for the apartment online and moved from out-of-state. The apartment was much cuter and had more storage than I expected. I had visited before and loved the pools! I love the dog park & residents are friendly. Very nice grounds and things are well kept. Maintenance does a fantastic job & is very responsive. My son has lived here for a few years and always says, "I love where I live." That says it all!
I have been extremely disappointed in this apartment complex since the first day I moved in, but I worked way too hard to actually get here. My apartment wasn't even cleaned when I first moved in. I had so many issues with the appliances that I had to fix myself. My countertop is STILL warped and I put in a work order 3 days after I moved in(I've been here about 6 months now). My kitchen is terribly outdated for the amount I pay in rent and the front office/maintenance has been absolutely no help in my transition to move here. I will be staying out the length of my lease and the leaving as soon as possible.

I love staying at Brandywine, it is very homely and well managed. The people in the brandywine office are very nice and helpful. Overall it is good but the rent is a bit too high, which makes a lot of people to rethink before moving in. A lot of my colleagues have chosen other communities over Brandywine because of high rent. Also few of my friends have left because of high rent.

Extremely POOR AND PATHETIC service. Maintenance team don’t care about request and closes request without visiting your place. My dishwasher water leak is there for more than a month , so far 4 times request has been raised and every time without visiting place request has been closed saying dishwater detergent has been changed by resident which cause water leak. Unwanted charges without notification getting applied many times. Extremely Poor service and Huge charges.
Love my little hide away from the hustle and bustle at Brandywine apartments!! I couldn't ask for more as I have nearby access to restaurants, grocery stores three to be exact and even within walking distance. A very nice area of town with close by interstate access. I have lived at Brandywine for 5 years and I am very happy with all the amenities that are offered to include 3 pools, tennis courts, exercise rooms and clubhouse too. Come on and check it out! You'll be very glad you did!!
That's it in a nutshell for me! My cute, cozy and comfortable apartment at Brandywine apartments in Nashville, TN!! You couldn't ask for more than what is given here. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, bank, cleaners, nail salons and gas stations too. If you don't have a car walking would not be an issue. Brandywine offers three swimming pools, an exercise facility and a lovely clubhouse. I love it here and so would you!!
I love the location of my apartments!! Very centralized with easy access to Interstates and highways. Restaurants, grocery stores and many other amenties are within walking distance. It is accross the street from a beautiful walking park which allows one to also enjoy the beauty of nature. My apartment complex, Brandywine apartments has not one, not two but three pools, a great exercise room and clubhouse and several tennis courts too. What more could you ask for? Very peaceful neighborhood. I love my inside upstairs loft apartment with a small deck for enjoying my morning coffee outside if I so desire. I don't really know what could be done to improve upon perfection. A very quicke response is always obtained when maintainence or repairs are needed to might i not forget to mention! I just love my Brandywine Apartments!!
