Property Ratings at Brass Building Lofts
Brass Building Lofts is in a great location, the units get lots of natural light, and the hardwood floors are stunning. That's about all that's nice. There is no in-unit laundry, instead you share coin operated washers and dryers with 13 other apartments. The units are old and have shrunken many of my clothes. They advertise a gym, but I'd barely call it that. There is one treadmill and a hodge-podge of dumbells that look like old tenants just left them. The walls are so thin you can hear all of your neighbors conversations, work meetings, TV shows, and EVERY step they take above. Some neighbors even complain that smells permeate from one floor to another.
