Property Ratings at Brassy Cove Apartments

Pretty poor
Low quality units with even lower quality appliances. Carpet will be destroyed when you move in and will stay that way when you move out. Dumpsters are a rare item, and will be overflowing 24/5. Mailboxes are very small and inconvenient. You must pay a 50$ inspection fee every 6 months. And you must pay every month for an air filter you only get every 3 months. Pet deposits are insanely expensive. 350$ per pet.

Ok but not for long term
First of all, their mailboxes don't and the office will not accept packages to hold. so throughout the winter expect to drive to post office on a daily basis, if you shop online. Also, you don't always get the storage. There are many apartments storages that are used by management but you're still changed the same amount of rent as if you had it available for your use. The appliances often have issues. I will say that the staff is polite and respectful.
