Braunfels Place

Braunfels Place is a very quiet and clean community. The office personnel is very friendly and extremely helpful. Maintenance is quick to adress any issues you may have. A really nice and peaceful place to live.

Pretty quiet and very kind people at the office. We haven’t had any issues so far, and the location is great. H-E-B is right around the corner.

This community is really quiet and everyone tends to keep to themselves but are friendly when you talk to them and that’s nice and I think this place is located in the most convenient location

I like that I’m left alone and my kids are safe to ride their bikes that’s all I ask of an apartment complex, and they deliver nicely. They are also very helpful.

Everyone was so friendly & nice even with the 100 questions we had. They also treated my daughter like their own when she was wild and crazy. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I’m so happy with this move!

Happy with my choice to live at Braunfels Place! Roxann is amazing and made the application and move in process so easy for me. She was also super sweet, you can tell she takes pride in providing quality care to residents! The complex is well kept and safe and maintenance requests are resolved promptly. I love my apartment itself. Since living here, some of the neighbors have been quite annoying. The maintenance is quick, friendly, reliable and the front office staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful to us. We have dogs as it is pet friendly establishment, however, I would like to see more neighbors picking up after their animals. I rarely walk in the grass in order to avoid stepping in anything.

Office staff is great! Living here itself is not the best. But could be worse. No pool. No playground. No anything extra around the complex. I haven’t seen pest control once, even though we pay for it.

I've had friends live at this complex before, and I really enjoyed the more townhouse feel of the apartments. The location is great for access to anything New Braunfels has to offer as well!

Roxann was so amazing to work with. She made the leasing process/application approval process seamless for me during a a difficult time in my life. 10/10 recommend!

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The Leasing Team is AMAZING - so helpful (no matter how many times you 'bug' them - and I did A LOT the first couple of days after moving here!) Overall, everything is clean, quiet and can't beat the location.

Staff are kind and understanding. If you have a problem within the unit (rarely happens) chances are it will get fixed in the same day! They are so ontop of this it makes it easy for everyone.

Quiet neighborhood with various stores in the community to meet all your needs. HEB Walgreens Walmart CVS all within walking distance. Nearby restaurants Applebees Olive Garden several family owned restaurants.

Love Braunfels Place apartments! Lived here twice and the management is amazing!!! The grounds are always immaculate and everyone who works here is so nice. Also, very quiet and comfortable living. I highly recommend!

I really like living here. It’s a quiet community. It’s pet friendly. The location is perfect for me. It’s close to IH 35, and very close to grocery stores, downtown, two parks to choose from and several restaurants to choose from.

Moved down from Connecticut and all the arrangements for the lease was done online. Roxanne and Bridget made the process very easy. Apt. is very nice. Love it here so far.

I’ve lived here for almost 10 years. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. I’ve been totally taken care of during that time. At my age, 82, I find this to be the answer to my prayers. I can get help if I need it. My neighbors have been here awhile, too! We’re good good friends. We check on each other. Just like home!!

When my husband and I moved in seven years ago we felt very fortunate to be here. We started in an apartment with a loft to get in the loop to get a onebedroom with no stairs. We were happy with the space and experiences that we shared with everyone here.

Braunfels Place is excellent. Responsive to issues as they arrive and always alert to keeping the complex in great condition.

I love the quiet and safe environment living provides me. Being new to the area, the location has proven to be very important. Everything is nearby. Management and maintenance take care of everything ..... including changing a light bulb because ceilings are high. Plan to be here for a while.

I really love living at Braunfels Place. The response from office staff is excellent and I love the community feel here. Little touches like food trucks etc and efforts to keep residents happy. Life here is very enjoyable!
