Great apartment in all aspects except one, there’s no grass anywhere for dogs. Even the dog park is full of rocks and hurts my dogs paws really bad

In general, the units meet lofty expectations, but noise from the floor above can be a slight disturbance. The staff and maintenance team deliver outstanding support. Installing additional lighting in the parking lot would boost safety. The snow plowing services are commendable. The amenities are superb, and the year-round pool is a significant advantage.

Great so far. Just moved in. Would appreciate if the parking lot was eventually expanded. And if valet trash operated Fridays too. People seem to mind their own business and things are quiet.

I have loved living here at Bravada 193. The community is very helpful and friendly. The amenities are amazing. (Who doesn't love the hot tub in fall??) Overall a good apartment. I do wish they had a better dog park. No one wants to walk or play with their dog on hot or sharp big rocks. The only grass is by the playground but no dogs allowed.

This place is actually horrible. Not only is the staff rude and disrespectful when you go to them about concerns, but the parking situation is insane. How does a 2 or 3 bedroom only get 1 parking spot? When asked we were told, “We work here and have to find parking just like you.” Over priced and dirty. There was dog poop on the walls in C building for over a week after management was told. The lack of attention kills this place. 10/10 do not recommend!

Each apartment home comes with either an assigned carport or a detached garage. If you choose an apartment with a detached garage you can park one vehicle in the garage and one outside of the garage. The apartments are great, but y’all.. the staff is AMAZING. I have been living here for a while and haven’t had any problems with packages. But yesterday I had issues with a FexEd delivery. LONG story short, Angelina went above and beyond to help me find my package. She had patience and helped problem solve the issue, opening and reregistering locker after locker. I am so grateful for her efforts and attitude through the whole thing! She exemplifies how amazing the staff is here. This girl deserves a raise after everything I put her through! Shout out Angelina !!

Overall I’ve really enjoyed it in the four months I’ve been here. Everything is kept clean, especially the pool and hot tub which I love. The staff are friendly and seem knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaints would be about the residents themselves rather than the complex and it’s staff. I often find trash in the elevator and stairwell, I’ve even found dog poop in the hallway that was there for hours. I also have extremely noisy upstairs neighbors who are often laughing, yelling, running around, etc. until 2 or 3 AM on weeknights. I’ve called the line to file an after hours complaint a couple of times and it seems like nothing is done about it. But again, other than a couple of the residents themselves, which is to be expected in any complex, my stay here has been very enjoyable.

I love being a part of this community. Everyone here is nice and respectful to one another. I honestly haven’t experienced any issues since I signed my lease. Not to mention the cool stuff they do like food trucks and pool parties. The staff does a good job at helping us all feel more involved.

I really enjoy living here in this complex, management are definitely doing everything for the up keep of the facility. I am fortunate that my unit is also very convenient to all amenities like the pool and jacuzzi, the mailroom and my parking.

This is a really nice place to live. Lots to do, swimming, gym and they have nice covered carports. The playground is small. Wish people would stopped having their dog pees and poop in the parking lots. There is a nice doggy park in the back.

Application process was a little lengthy and cumbersome but worth it. Would like to have a one stop site and login for all access, correspondence and payments. Does feel like living in a resort. Quiet and spacious.

The complex is very modern and has amazing rent, it’s very hard to find a complex that is as beautiful and has as good of rent. But what you don’t pay in rent, you pay in inconveniences. For example, what felt like battling with the manager over if $500 needed to be paired or not only to be told by the assistant manager that it didn’t need to be paid. As well as spending 2 hours scraping and mopping dog hair off a new units floor and finding dead bugs inside your new apartment, even after a month of living there. Our first year living there was amazing and we had no problems and even recommended the complex to many family and friends, when we wanted to move to a bigger unit was when many problems arose. Our situation and experience may be unique and many may love living there, but this has been our experience and I hope many have better ones than us.

So far, everything has been smooth. The apartment was as pictured. The only thing, it wasn’t as clean as I expected. Drawers had food stains and the floor was dirty.

Apartment is overall good and the rooms provide a comfortable experience. Soundproofing the floors is lacking a bit but is manageable (depending on the neighbors). Quiet hrs is my favorite so I can get some sleep before work knowing that residents know they shouldn't be partying late at night.

Bravada 193 is an excellent place to live, I love the silence and general security of the building. The amenities look great, the apartment is well distributed and has all the conditions to live comfortably.

Bravada 193 is by far one of the best apartment complexes that I’ve ever experienced! From the luxury apartments to the professional and friendly staff. The area inside and out is kept cleaned. I would recommend to anyone. Gia made that experience worth the while and was my final decision in living here!

Hello, the walls here are so thin they're like paper resulting in you being able to hear everything from your neighbors apartments to the hall and pool. Specifically the neighbor I share my bedroom wall with is always sawing and running a machine that sounds like they have a woodworking shop in their apartment. I and others have complained about the machine and saw many times to both the building managers as well as the security. Nothing has been done despite the managers saying they've spoken to the neighbor and gone into their apartment, but th machine still goes almost every night. The main building manager also seems to not care about safety. I say this because I recently stepped on a stair and it was slanted, so I informed and showed the main building manager the stair. Their reaction was "I will have maintenance look at it, but they can't fix it because it's a construction thing". This statement tells me that the managers do not care about safety and that Bravada is not constructed well. I have had so many issues with deliveries here. Delivery drivers will deliver things to random spots around the complex, and there is even a note on some delivery apps saying we have had many issues delivering to your address. I have told the office that I've had issues with deliveries and they don't seem to care. Also, the staff lie.

This nearby residential area, despite its proximity to the base, has drawbacks. Apart from rent, tenants face extra costs like a $100 community fee and a $135 technology package, plus utilities. A notable concern is the management's lack of cooperation and efficiency. Despite evidence of disruptive activities, such as a neighbor using a saw machine, resolutions have been inadequate. The persistent noise issues, coupled with loud music akin to a nightclub atmosphere, diminish the overall residential experience.

We were moving out of state and I had everything filled out and ready to go, lease not signed just ready for move in on Monday. We arrived a day earlier and decided to drive through. It seems like this place is more for partying, not really family friendly from what we saw. We also have a dog and there wasn’t any grass near the apartment where we would be living. Also was told it would have a view of the mountains, it didn’t. We just had a really bad feeling. We ended up looking elsewhere and found the perfect place. We had already paid the application fee. They then sent a message saying the admin fee of 250 needed to be brought in asap to avoid being sent to collections.. WHEN WE NEVER MOVED IN. Or even stepped foot in their office. Bad vibes all around. We dodged a bullet on this one.

Incredible staff! I would rate 10 stars if I could! The apartments and amenities are top-notch. My only complaint is that there isn't recycling but if you are motivated there are places you can take it. Highly recommend this complex!

Best place to live by far. I love every year my contract is up. I finally have found a place to call home. The application process was easy. We were approved fast, management helped with all my questions. Easy move in. Hardest part is the unpacking. By far the easiest and best decision for me and my family.

I would recommend Bravada 193 to anyone. I honestly believe moving to Bravada 193 is one of the best decisions we’ve made, and we couldn’t be happier. The community is kind and quiet, well taken care of, with easy access to everything nearby. The staff has been so wonderful and informative. We are thrilled with the amenities and our beautiful apartment home. The price may be a little steeper, but I believe every cent is worth it. You won’t find anything as worth it as Bravada 193!

The most important part of moving in is having a plan executed to make it as easy and efficient as possible. I on the other hand did not have a plan . The office staff there saved me and made the whole move-in experience amazing . They are very helpful and welcoming. Never experienced a staff as compassionate and caring as they are. Without a doubt would recommend moving here . The facilities and apartments clean and amazing. Everyone in our “community” are really friendly and welcoming as well makes you feel proud to be living at Bravada 193.

It’s a great place to live and feels like home. It’s located well right by the freeway yet far enough away that you can’t hear it. The pool and hot tube are large and look amazing. The apartment itself is spacious and amazing. We love it.
