The people are nice and I feel welcomed. It is very nice to know that I live in close proximity to a lot of respectable people I can not wait to see what exciting thing are in store for me here

Shatara she made everything easy and super smooth move in she help me every step. The apartment is so nice. From day one of touring the property. I love everything

Has been okey the team is very nice and is always listening to my concerns and they tried to fix any issues at a promptly manner and are always communicating with us

They changed management 5 times since I have been living here the last 2 years it takes them a long time to process any maintenance request and it’s difficult to get in contact with them at the office they don’t return emails or phone calls it’s a quiet neighborhood and is usually maintained nicely

I love our apartment and the 2 leasing agents that have been here. We've had issues with maintenance employees and not getting maintenance done on time. That's not the current maintenance employees problem, it's because they have gone through several property managers. I think we've had 4 in the year we've lived here. Our fan/light needs to be fixed again, we have to screw and unscrew the lightbulbs, there's no pull chain nor hooked to the switch. Our ac wasn't working and they fixed it but now everytime it turns on/off it makes a loud noise. Don't get me wrong I love our apartment. I know maintenance has been working hard to get back on track.

Braxton at Woods Lake Is A Great Place To Live. Very quiet. The Staff Is Amazing. The Neighbors Are Friendly And Very Respectable. And It’s Right Near The Mall. CANT BEAT IT

I love my new apartment! I had a great experience working with Shatara and Natalie in the office. I just have a couple of maintenance issues to get worked out.

Location. Location. Location. This is a hidden gem. So close to everywhere yet not in the middle of town. I get to Uber when I go out for an evening downtown, go to the airport, and when I enjoy too many Margs at my favorite Mexican eatery close by :)

Good neighborhood. Apartments are good too. Maintenance and services could be better. Lots of trees, which is good and bad at the same. Good because you have a serene and quiet environment. Bad if you choose a terrace/1st/2nd floor apartment that is covered by trees and don't get enough sunlight.

Love this place compared to the apartment I was living in Arizona , this place is great!!! I have a tub for bubble baths! I didn’t have that before And I have a view! Love it

It’s kind of hard for residents to get in touch with staff unless you go to the physical office. With my work schedule it can be difficult to see someone at the office

It’s pretty cool staying here so far! Somethings can be improved but so far it’s not issues! This is the first time with me staying on the first floor in an apartment that I don’t hear my neighbours stomping above me!

This community used to be the place to live and worth the money. Over the past couple years it has went Way down hill! Issue after issue with the apartment and the neighborhood which follows with excuse after excuse from the management staff. Do your research is all I have to say.

I’ve been traveling the United States for quite a few years (for work). And I can honestly say that Braxton at Woods Lake has been the best apartment complex I’ve called home. I met with the manager (Natalie M) and I knew that’s where I wanted to be. She was so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns throughout the entire time I stayed. Thanks Natalie !The other office staff and maintenance were always good as well. The apartments are beautiful, clean and close to great restaurants, stores and most anything you could want. I would highly recommend Braxton at woods lake!

I love our staff here at Braxton. Some things could be updated on the grounds but they are beautiful and well kept up otherwise. We just renewed our lease and moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom both apartments are functional and nice but could have used a better deep clean before having new tenets move into them.

Moved in this year in July and my toilet leaks a little when I flush onto the hardwood and put in a ticket to have someone come fix it beginning of August and still no one has come to fix it yet but other than that it’s pretty quiet and chill

The community is nice, however if anything breaks you might as well just write it off as something you no longer have. I have been going without an oven for 9 months.

The place is great! Very good manager and the whole team that works here. But the whole territory is poorly cleaned, in the pool area the territory is not swept from fallen leaves. I have been living in my apartment for the second week and they still haven't fixed the lamp in the kitchen. It is very dark and they haven't changed the damaged blinds on the balcony that don't open, don't close and don't fix in any way.

We are still waiting on several maintenance requests to be taken care of. The electricity in our apartment flickers constantly and the air conditioning cannot keep up with the heat in the back half of our apartment no solution was given when maintenance came to look at it. Not all the windows open.

So far everything is perfect, the people are very friendly, including the workers. The areas are very clean and I'm enjoying being here. I feel like it's a very quiet place and that I have a lot to explore.

Maintenance requests are slow, have to call the office multiple times. Had issues with a check being lost, sent two messages with no response.

Our apartment was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We love the area with all the shopping and food. Also nice pond to walk around or fish.

Good place, fairly quiet, beautiful lake that it has, the aparments are very spacious it has a very good location, i really like the location theme

Other than a minor roach issue when I first moved in my experience has been great! As soon as I told them about the issues with roaches they had an exterminator come out. He is going to be coming to my apartment weekly until they are gone. I really appreciate how on top of things the managers are.

Just moved here and everything seems nice so far! I can’t wait to explore the pool and gym! The apartment managers are nice and I love to thank Shatara for helping me with my move.

So far so good. Communication was a little slow but the information was correct and well worded. People were helpful once phone calls were returned.

such a mess from what it once was. Grounds are in a mess, trash and bugs everywhere. Broken facilities from the vacuma and car wash to outdoor umbrellas and seating. Units are in need of serious updating and building needs powerwashing. Mosquitoes everywhere because trash lays around.Palmetto bugs are a big problem Speeding in the parking lot, no longer a safe sense of community. Office staff unresponsive to needs.

If you’re looking to rent here, don’t. Huge “Palmetto bugs” EVERYWHERE, we’ve had them treated and they still manage to end up everywhere in our cabinets,pantries, wash room, living room, kitchen, and rooms… they’re literally EVERYWHERE. Leasing office is terrible with communication, they don’t answers phones, don’t respond to emails, and will evict you/give you a written notice based on a neighbors complaint without actual proof. Maintenance is a JOKE, tell them to come after a 1pm? They’ll be there at 11 and not fix your issue. The model unit may sway you but in all reality their “available” units have cracked tubs, uneven flooring, roaches, paper thin walls to hear what your neighbors are doing, leaking sinks, broken toilets, mold,etc. Oh, and if you’re into nosey neighbors who will complain in a second this is the place to be ! They’ll even charge you $7 a month to rent a garbage can and $25 a month to get trash service… if you’re lucky. All in all don’t move here if you want to have to constantly worry about either upsetting your neighbors, getting evicted, or if you take frequent trips to run errands… because yea you can get evicted for having “heavy foot traffic” to and from your unit.

Excelente maintenance! Quick to respond! The leasing office is amazing! The property is quiet and well maintained. Apartments have tons of closet space.

Braxton at Woods lake is a friendly neighborhood. Awesome place for dog owners. (2 dog parks and a trail around the lake). Valet trash is a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Close to most everything you need. Walking distance to restaurants,shopping,and doctors. Natural setting nice trees enjoyable views. Hoping for more improvements with the units and grounds now that management has changed.

First of all, don't trust this website -- they have this complex at 5.0?? No way at all. Here are the basics that this community & company cannot seem to handle professionally: ~ we pay an extra charge for "Valet Services" trash pick-up and it is never picked up -- and they refuse to take the $20/month off ~ I have lived there for over 2 months and yet to receive a water bill --- that they manage and do not let us see the source of the bill ~ lighting within hallways and stairwells is completely out and has not been replaced -- security issues ~ cars are parked that are non-operational ~ instead of investigating issues on their own, they want you to tell them everything -- unit numbers, etc. ~ a "business center" that only one computer works and it cannot print to the printer and one of the computers has files on it from the previous management company with renter information, repair issues and costs ~ the mail center is always full of trash, there is clear tape across the top of the mailboxes that is drooping and trashy looking ~ the staff refuses to provide email addresses or names of anyone within their company (i.e. their bosses)

They can’t take care of the property! The grounds look horrible, my apartment was disgusting at move in, none of the amenities work (try to use to grills or fire pit), the courtesy officer doesn’t respond even when there are shots in the parking lot and gun shells in the parking lot (nothing sent to residents), they allow crack heads to move in and walk around the property with their strung out family/friends, the office staff has no idea what they are doing, and they can’t keep a manager (can’t imagine why)! This is horrible stay away!

I was a resident of the Preserve at Woods Lake for the last 3 years. Like most of the resident reviews before me, my major complaints are with the management, facilities and maintenance. The management and the entire staff rotated out constantly (3 times during my residence at least) making it very difficult to get problems resolved and impossible to talk to someone that knew the right way to handle things. I ended up with a lot of empty promises that were shot down by the leasing company after communicated to me by the staff. The "amenities" that were provided and sold to me when I made my lease agreement like the pool, car wash, fire pit, and grills were out of service 80% of the time and were not cleaned or maintained the remaining 20%.

This place is an absolute dump with incompetent management. More specifically, the management has changed 3 times in the year that we have lived here. Putting in a maintenance request is a total crap shoot. Sometimes they'll get to it, and sometimes they won't. Several times, we have had to have them re-do things because it wasn't right the first time. Also, the rent bill is never right, so you have to physically go to the office every month, wait in line, and have them tell you the amount. The staff is rude and acts annoyed when you go in to ask them a question. We are so unhappy with it that we are willingly paying the $2,200 that it takes to break the lease to move into a house. I would avoid this place at all costs. You can find places in Greenville with comparable prices and a much better experience.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience living here! The new Management team is top notch . I would recommend any family or friend to check out and move here!

What a great apartment! I just moved in and everything is perfect. When I've had a maintenance request, they come the next day handle the request and leave a note telling me they entered my apartment. The grounds are lovely and well maintained as are the apartment buildings, walkways, etc. The staff is awesome - friendly, professional, helpful, etc. The location is perfect for me - near a mall, a bank and a Starbucks - Perfect!

As a recent college graduate, the Preserve at Woods Lake in Greenville is the ideal getaway for a young professional looking to live in the lap of luxury in an affordable way.
