If you’re looking for a residential community near the heart of Las Vegas, the Section Seven has you covered. This neighborhood is full of mission-style homes less than 10 miles west of the Vegas Strip and just east of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. While there aren’t many restaurants or shops directly inside of the neighborhood, there are a plethora of shops and eateries on the neighborhood’s northern border, West Sahara Avenue. The northern border of town is also where you’ll find Section Seven’s rental options. There are a few choices of low-rise apartments available.

Property Ratings at Breakers
I have been here for 5 years and have always had a positive experience. Big shout out to Tiffani. I came in and she help place a work order in for me. You can always place it in online as well, I was just swinging by the office and picking up my package at the lockers they have on property.
Property Manager at Breakers, Responded To This Review
Hello, Thank you for the 5-star rating! We value your feedback and appreciate your time. We are grateful for your continued support over the past 5 years. Thank you for allowing us to serve you and choosing to call the Breakers Apartments your home. Best regards, Breakers Apartments
I have lived here for over a year. if you care about the safety of yourself, your family, your children or your animals, please DO NOT move here. My dog (10 lbs) was attacked by two 100+ lb dogs that were running free and I was injured while defending my animal and myself. The mangement provided no assistance and has known that the owner of these animals cannot control them for months. There are a myriad of other issues, as others have mentioned, including common areas/pools being unusable, trash, dog waste, broken glass, abandoned automobiles, open drug use, etc. There are numerous other developments in the area worth your hard earned money...this place is not.
IF YOU CAN DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Police are in the community every week. There are so many people on drugs that frequent late night, looking in cars and trash cans. It’s overpriced for what you get. The office staff is horrible. When moving in take pictures of EVERYTHING they will claim renters fault in whatever they can when you move out. Area is great but the complex is ran horribly and unprofessionally. It’s more of a headache then anything.
Management is nice but no one picks up after their dogs so if youre running out of your apartment make sure to take extra shows you will step in dog crap. You will find needles with blood in the parking areas and by the dumpsters. Everything breaks easily. And people here love to smoke 24/7 so if you have children or at least care for them you dont want them here. The smoke comes through the vents and you cannot escape it.
Just wait until you leave, they rip up the carpet and charge you for “stains”. That’s reasonable until they do it to a room that you never used once. You might as well expect the pools not to be working. When you do your initial visit just look at the hot tub and ask about the pools. They were down for most of the summer.
Moving into the Breakers Apartments has been one of the easiest experiences I have had apartment shopping in Las Vegas. The leasing office, Trevor specifically, is amazing. Trevor was there from the start to answer all of my questions, concerns, and any other little answers that I needed. When we went to the leasing office, they were very kind and we were helped immediately. When we toured the apartment, it was BEAUTIFUL. They have upgraded units and they are affordable, modern, and spacious. When we were doing the tour, Trevor, was very helpful in telling us about the features of the apartment, what they fixed, and if we saw anything that may need to be touched up, Trevor wrote it down and kept up with it. For the reviews that mention maintenance, at my old apartment it took them weeks. At the Breakers, it took them, I am not kidding, a few hours. I emailed Trevor (because the office was closed) and the nice gentleman was at our apartment within the next two hours and EVERYTHING on the list was fixed. If you are looking for a nice, spacious, affordable apartment. HERE IT IS. The counters, flooring, and appliances are updated and nice. Our friends & family that have visited the apartment have given us many compliments on the place and are looking to move here as well!
I moved into the Breakers at the Lakes approximately 2-3 years ago. I even referred future tenants. During the time of my tenancy, the lack of upkeep on the "beautiful" grounds has been deplorable. In addition, there are exterior lighting fixtures that have not worked for approximately 2 years. Despite numerous requests to have the issues addressed, nothing has been done. One of the lights has actually lying on the ground with the pole and electrical components exposed to a broken sprinkler head (that also hasn't been addressed) for over two days. The property tells tenants that there is 24 hour maintenance available, yet nothing has been done to fix the issue. Even though presented as a small storage space off of the patio, which contains the heating/air conditioning unit, the hot water heater and the CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX) has been determined to be a hot water heater area only and all locks have been changed, prohibiting the tenant from access to the CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX. The "solution" is the 24 hour emergency service that is not really available. The property has become poorly (at best) maintained and has fallen into disarray, especially in the rear of the complex. I would never recommend this property to anyone and when my lease is up, I have every intention of relocating. The only thing that has "improved" is the amount of rent that goes up every time it is lease renewal time. RENEWING MY LEASE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE REGARDING WHERE MY HOME WOULD BE. BEWARE!! AVOID THE BREAKERS AT ALL COSTS.
I moved into the Breakers Apartment Community a few months ago and this has been the best experience I've ever had in an apartment community! Whenever I need maintanence they are at my apartment in 24 hours or less. The grounds are very well maintaned and as a dog friendly community, I couldn't have asked for more as I have service dogs. A new dog park has just been bulit and all of us who own dogs are excited about it! Again, this has been the very best experience for me.
I just moved from Michigan. My sister picked me the best apt.around the staff and maintenance is great never hasitates to make me feel welcome the workers are wonderful and fast when something needs done they instantly are right there for you since I moved in just a month ago they have totally trmansformed them landscape it is brautiful
