These apartments are not maintained whatsoever. Pretty much everything around here has been broken and they do not respond to maintenence requests. Our AC has been broken for several months through the hot summer and they have not even given an ETA.
Pros: these apartments have a lot of space for an affordable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every time I submit a maintenence request they respond quickly. Cons: in my opinion, this place is nasty. There is an OBVIOUS mold problem and a lot of insects. The bathroom has permanent brown stains in the toilet and tub, brown slime around the faucets and a constant, dingy smell. If you are a neat freak this is NOT the place for you.
Process was pretty easy with Kelsea. Moved in like four or five days later. Apartment is in crappy condition. The ovens tray was burnt and twisted, the counters are really disleveled. The bathtub was jacked up and one wall of the bathtub is rotted and the handle is about to fall out as well as the nozzle. The filters need replaced and there was gray crap all on the carpets. They said they'd come in every time we called them that day and never showed. Wish I never signed the lease
Since the new Property Manager, Stephenie, has taken over there have been so many wonderful improvements. Stephenie and her team are making Breckenridge a fantastic apartment community! Thank you for all of your hardwork and for giving us apartment dwellers a great place to live. It’s time to restore Breckenridge to the classy apartments they once were. I appreciate your diligence in screening new residents to ensure they are the right fit to our little community. Keep up the good work!
If I could give this place a 0, then I would without hesitation. Lived here for 2 years, never had a problem. This weekend we go on vacation and come back and our car is gone. Apparently they towed it because they were doing the parking lots while we were gone. They’re making us pay for it now even though there was no way of us knowing. It’s not like they didn’t have our license plate numbers and PHONE NUMBERS!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Oh, and not only that. They actually towed the car to a lot close to ours and made us pay the office $75 to get it back. They do not care about the people who lease their apartments at all. All they want is your money!
I've lived here for almost two years..I love it here. Candace in the office is so cheerful and wonderful. She's been super helpful with anything I've ever needed. Chelsie the groundskeeper makes sure are hallways stay clean and smelling good. She's very friendly and such a busy little bee! The maintenance guys typically make sure to get my work orders down in good time. Overall a nice property, the laundry facility on site and pool is a definite plus! I will definitely be renewing my lease this year!
The "maintenance" here is non-existent. I filed a maintenance request two weeks ago because my toilet was running continuously, wasting hundreds of gallons of water a week. When I submitted the maintenance request I was emailed: "Dear Resident, We have just received your work order request—thank you! It is currently pending review, and someone from our office will contact you shortly." Again, this was two weeks ago and I have not been "contacted", nor has a maintenance person come to my apartment at any point. After waiting weeks and wasting thousands of gallons of water I finally just went to Home Depot and spent MY own money on the parts to fix a toilet that THEY are responsible for maintaining. You may save some money by living here, but the frustration is not worth the savings. If I was currently looking for a place to live again --My lease isn't up for months yet.-- I would spend a little more money to live somewhere that actually bothers to maintain their apartments.
Do not waste your money!! The worst place I have ever lived at!! There is trash thrown all over the property! Furniture thrown around the dumpsters and there are trash bags that pile up outside the dumpsters! Cars are broken into on a weekly basis! Drugs on the property! Kids are never supervised and they run around the parking lot and throw sticks and rocks at cars! The pool is always trashed and shut down more than it is open because there isn't a pool monitor and people from all over the city of Fairborn use it and NO ONE in the office cares! Roofs are leaking! Termite damage! The hallways in buildings are horrible with trash just littering them! The lights in the hallways are burnt out more than they work! Loud parties on the weekends and fights all the time! The cops are out here almost always during the summer months! There is NEVER any place to park in front of your building because are cars sitting in the parking lots without license plates or they are broke down and the property manager doesn't have them removed. They don't do repairs on the things that need fixing and yet, they will say that they have done them! This place is an absolute JOKE!!
The space is wonderful. Lots of storage and big walk-in closet. Quiet and in an ideal location. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Best place I could have picked for the location and price.

I live here and even i cant wait to get out of here. I mean the maintenance people are awesome and that grounds keeper girl keeps stuff tight around here , but the property manager everytime i walk in the office always has an attitude, extremely rude and just doesnt make you feel comfortable. She makes your living experience a poor one

Omg the hallways smell like drugs . The front office is money hungry . They take advantage of college kids and charge them a arm and leg. The late fee is 125 and they will try to kick you out one day of being late on rent . Worst place in Ohio to live
It is very spacious and a nice floor plan! The apartments are all cleaned and have a personal touch from the staff when you move in!! The leasing agent is very friendly and will help you with what ever you need!! She is very professional but if you're having a problem you can come to her as a friend!
I just moved in and the apartment is wonderful. I can paint my walls, and with it being a pet friendly complex the grounds men are wonderful at keeping the yard clean. When I came in I was wonderfully greeted by the leasing agent and she's really sold me on the apartment and I just love the staff. She took me to see it and I just adore the window open space from the kitchen to the living room and the balcony is perfect!! The stag is so sweet, the community is nice and quiet and I've never had any complaints and I've been here since august!!.
They constantly give excuses for their poor response time for matienence. The main office worker is Unprofessional and openly flirts with male tennants. Often maintenence workers will come into your apartment without notice and they don't care. Also if you have authorized them to be in your home, they rarely leave a note telling you they were there. The entire complex smells like weed. Rent and utilities are cheap, but everything else is terrible.
The apartment is outdated. The apartment was filthy when I moved in. And they charge you two months behind for utilities so that when you move out you won't get your deposit back.
The apt is great two bedrooms and a storage area in apartment where the washer and dryer goes I also have a balcony no other apts in area had these items for the price
