My company had employees staying in an apartment here and between the black mold, truck being broke into, and incompetent management handling the property I highly suggest staying away from here. We had them move out early and to avoid the costly legal fees decided to pay the remaining balance on our lease and be done. That was not the end though, just today they were sending emails regarding the occupancy of the apartment several months after leaving. The keys left on the counter and the door locked back in Oct. of 2020 and now in March telling us the keys were not submitted so we must still be occupying the space. Not only did they fail to address the Black mold issue they blamed us for not properly notifying them when in fact we had. Incompetence to the extreme.
No maintenance. The people they have are not qualified to do the work they are doing. They don’t know how to professionally finish anything. Was told by one that fans are by law supposed to be in bathrooms but they don’t follow that if tenants don’t care. Had a kid who’s not an electrician try to do electrical work and the job never got done because he did not know how to finish job. Have had multiple problems with the front doors not closing and locking as well as baseboards not nailed in the wall, heat makes noise from not being installed correctly and the thermostat can be turned off but heat will still be on, which cost money. Have had multiple leaks in the hall and one in our apartment itself recently. Save your money and search somewhere else.
Moved in a few months ago from a neighboring property. Units are nice and maintenance staff is way more responsive than my last complex. Def renewing my lease.
Been living in this complex for a while. New management has made things much better. The townhomes are the largest apartments in the area and word is their upgrading them.
Been living here a few years. New management seems to be quick to respond to issues and the units are massive. Good place to live
The maintenance here is the worst I've ever seen. You call in something to be fixed and it takes them forever to come. Even when THEY classify something as an EMERGENCY they take their sweet time. Have heard multiple complaints from my neighbors and experienced myself that the thermostats don't work so it's always either really hot or really cold (not fun in the summer or winter). My air conditioner that is installed into the wall also does not work so I had to buy my own which does not fit in the window. Overall I hate this place and can't wait to be out in August.

We have lived here for about a year and a half. We thought it seemed like a decent place. We were soooooo wrong. From the syringes found in the yard to the homeless heroin addicts shooting up and living in the storage areas. When we moved in at least the 1 maintenance guy did everything he could to fix all the outdated stuff in the apartment that broke now it's numerous calls before anyone shows up. It took weeks for them to even pick up broken glass from the broken window. ( by the way months later the window still has not been fixed). There is definitely a reason why people call this place brokenridge. The girl at the front office does what she can but you can only do so much when the property always seems to be in limbo. Don't even get me started about the lack of parking. They don't plow in a timely manner in the winter. There is always garbage all over the place by the dumpster. The place just keeps getting worse not better

We apologize that your experience at Breckenridge has been anything but stellar. Since Vintage Management took over the property in January, we have made several improvements related to safety. We've installed a new fence along the back of the property to prevent foot traffic cutting through to Rt 57, we've installed locks on the doors to all buildings, and we've installed several security cameras throughout the property. We have seen a reduction in unauthorized traffic in the past few months. We're also looking into service contracts for things like plowing and trash removal, that were in place before 2017. We have an open door policy for any resident to discuss their concerns. We encourage you to reach out to the On-site Manager or Regional Manager.
I have lived here for two plus years and we have had three different property managers. The playground is not in use due to neglected for years, during the winter (16-17) the snow removal and walkways are not tended to until after work/school has gone.
