Went there about a week ago to take a look at 1 Bedrooms. Thought the layouts were really good and cozy. Staff was very friendly and neighbors were actually very nice as well and greeted us as we walked toward units. Pet friendly so thats a real plus. Definitely moving in soon!
Don’t live here. Management has a creative definition of what a “renovated” unit is and has no problem lying to you in order to get higher rent for a clearly old, unrenovated unit. They are also very uncooperative in fixing any issues. Despite paying for a renovated unit we are living a unit with an old sink, caulk stained countertops, a leaky dishwasher, and a bathroom the leasing agent “has never seen in any other unit.” Once you’ve signed the lease, they don’t care about anything except your rent check. Additionally, they are just incredibly disorganized, rude, and fairly blatant about screwing tenants over.

I would like to express to you we do offer units non-renovated & renovated within the community at an affordable cost and now its up to your discretion in renting a renovated or non. The issues you mentioned are serious. Please visit the management office to further discuss the issues you're enduring. Sincerely, Management.
The office personnel are very friendly and have been there for me when I need them. If you don't get a quick response from maintenance they will facilitate making things happen. The development is wonderfully maintained with lots of trees and flowers and singing birds. I had the opportunity to move, but decided not to because they care if people don't pick up trash or dog waste and they do something about it.
The renewed apartments are worth the price. It would of made five stars if the maintenance were more timely other than that everything is fine.
