This place is old, ran down and smells. Put lipstick on a pig it’s still a pig. Overpriced and so many hidden fees if u don’t read the contract. Honestly there’s a lot of new Apt popping up in Nashville with better club house, newer amenities that are 100$-200 more than this trash place. For me it was a no brainer after my lease was up. Run run run and thank me later.

The worst living experience I've ever dealt with. Don't even bother with this place, there are much better ran properties around for the same rent. -filthy grounds...trash is always scattered around. A rained on (and probably) moldy mattress sat on the ground in front of my dumpster for over a month before it was removed. -irresponsible maintenance...I was out of town and had a work order active while I was gone. They failed to lock the door behind them when it was complete. I could have been robbed clean! -no on-site management...good luck getting to speak with someone if you have a concern. And if you're lucky enough to get a response, it'll probably be them pushing the problem onto someone else. I had a problem at the end of my lease and I'm still waiting for a response...been 2.5 weeks. -loud neighbors and paper thin walls. Drugs and thugs a-plenty. Having no gates or security doesn't help this problem. They're more concerned about you wearing your pool bracelet than your personal safety. -also, be aware you will be paying for pest control every month, but they don't provide the service. They didn't once while I was there. And your water bill will fluctuate each month. And I'm not talking about a few dollars difference. My bill was sky high one month when I was out of town for a week and a half...how does that make sense?! Unless you like these kinds of problems...don't lease here!!! Been a nonstop headache for the last 14 months.

I am writing this review because I had a virtual tour scheduled. Not only did I arrive early, but completed the requirements to start the your. Well, the tour NEVER started and I texted and called the management office with no RESPONSE or REPLY. I wasted my time, my lunch hour, and my gas and even as I type this review 2 hours later I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD from ANYONE at the office. Aside from the bad reviews that I read just this 1st impression lets me know that BUSINESS is faulty. So, no worries and don't worry about it I wont be coming back or referring.
Tacked on a hefty charge for a complete new carpet after move-out. Replacing a perfectly in tact rug. I paid pet rent but due to their thirst for stealing your money, I paid for a rug replacement that didn’t even need to be replaced. This is extremely unethical and shows you the sham of a company UDR really is! Save yourself the nightmare of being charged exorbitant amounts of money for non-existent problems.

The apartments have thin walls, are incredibly cheap feeling, and have many minor issues that will not fit within the character limit. The only action against car break-ins and shooting the property manager has been posting signs throughout the complex warning people to lock their cars/ remove valuables, this is something that any resident who lives in this complex for more than 3 months will learn one way or another. DO NOT RENT HERE
The lack of attention to the community when it comes to car break-ins is ridiculous. This has been an ongoing problem with no solutions provided. No cameras, no notifications to all residents, an anyone can enter and exit freely. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I first moved to Breckenridge in 2018. Since then, I have had my car broken into. There have been multiple gunshots. My neighbor had his home broken into. My upstairs neighbor plays music at all hours of the day and it is impossible to drown out the sound of him stomping on the ceiling. Breckenridge refuses to acknowledge the problems or even install better lighting or security cameras. Don't walk away from this place, RUN!

I have lived in this apartment complex for 3 years now. It originally was a nice place to live. It is currently one of the worst places in nashville. Bad neighbors, cars broken into consistently, and 2 major gun crimes have happened recently. A lady had her car stolen at gun point. They apartment refuses to put in decent lighting, security, or cameras. They know they have more units than parking, and so they try to get you to buy a reserved spot.. it's a painful place the live, and the maintenance is abysmal. They are in such a great location, and they have so much potential, but as long as they treat residents like dirt, they wont have my business.
After a divorce and having lived in a home for more than 15 years I was reluctant to moving into an apartment until I found Breckenridge. My spacious 2 bedroom apartment has 2 baths, fireplace, screened in patio, upgraded appliances, washer & dryer hookups, 2 large walk in closets and a great storage space. I also take full advantage for their state of the art work out room equipped with elliptical, treadmills and many other new workout machines. I also enjoy the relaxation of their pool and have yet to experience the fun I can have on their tennis courts. These apartments have the most beautiful scenery and lovely trees are definitely Madison’s best kept secret. E. J. Neal
Living in a house for 21 years and then divorcing, I was very uneasy with the thought of moving into an apartment. Breckenridge however has made that transition very easy. These apartments are wonderful. They have upgraded black appliances, track lighting, two bedrooms with two full baths, a fireplace and a screened in patio with the most beautiful view. Breckenridge apartments are truly Madison's best kept secret as they are creatively tucked away and carved into beautiful hills making the scenery absolutely amazing. In walking distance to Ceder Hill Park and minutes from the Rivergate Mall area this peaceful place is one that anyone can call home.
