Tucked away on the south end of town. Typically very quiet and the units are well maintained. The managing staff, Mary & Katie, were friendly and helpful.
Love these apartments. These are in a perfect location. To the north, townhouses; to the west, a church; to the south, the city garage; to the east, a field for fire training and the fire station. I just wish they allowed dogs here...then it would absolutely be 5 stars

I absolutely LOVE living here. I probably will not move out until i purchase a house. During the summer, the landscaping is so pretty- lots of trees and grass. Its a dead end road, so there is not a lot of traffic- especially at night. My apartment is so cozy and quiet, and i love my neighbors. The location is perfect- right in the middle of Oshkosh and Appleton. The staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. :)
Apartment is very nice for the price range. Only a couple of downsides: 1. lots of potholes in the roads between apartments. 2. put in a work request about a month ago and it still has not been fixed.

Thank you so much for your honest input. As of this summer, we have established a new maintenance crew. This has been addressed- we strive on attending to our tenants needs with maintenance issues and currently now have an outstanding crew. The new crew has established new protocols as well to provide maximum efficiency. We want to make sure that this will no longer be a concern for any new prospective applicants.
Pictures do not do the complex justice. Very nice 2 BDs with laundry included. Great kitchen with lots of storage! Quiet but friendly. On site managers are great! Very helpful!
I did not see any of the units. We found a place before we made an appointment to see apartments. The manager contacted me after my email enquiry. He was really informative and positive.
