Only good to save for your Dream Apartment
He breaches contracts and still sends eviction when you catch up. Infested with fleas from cats downstairs they poop everywhere. Infested with Roches and mold. The bathroom floor sinks in as well by kitchen sink due to past people who lived there. The bathtub constantly pour water also yu can't yu the bottom shower without the water coming out the top shower head. Dose not offer freee internet! Laundry dryers don't work.
