Beloved for its proximity to both the Jersey Shore and New York City, the central region of Middlesex County sits about 40 miles southwest of Midtown Manhattan. Nearby New Brunswick, home to Rutgers University, provides access to a rich, local arts and culture hub. This neighborhood is ideal for those seeking a quiet, suburban setting not far removed from nearby entertainment and amenities. Mid- and low-rise apartment communities in the northern section of the neighborhood give way to more single-family homes fit for a variety of renters. Interstate 95 and a host of other thoroughfares make commuting around the area a breeze.

Property Ratings at Brentwood Gardens
This says smoke free yet every single day the whole building smells like smoke. It's 4 in the morning and I caught smoking smoking right next to my door. If u want a smoke free place this isn't one.
Just moved in and I have to say this had been the best experience ever... office is amazing people and help you with all the questions you have ... the maintenance is amazing and gets to things right away and the neighbors are very nice and quiet and no one bothers ! Highly recommended!
My boyfriend and I are going on our second year of living here. Aside from being affordable to live here, the maintenance and office are terrific. All repairs (all things broken or damaged by us..) were done beyond my expectation. It was stress free, little to no cost, and no judgement as to why something needed to be fixed. Maintenance come in the same day and shortly after you call. The staff are always friendly and professional. The community is quiet, even on the basement level.
I am only here since September and I have to say best maintenance workers and office workers happy new year
The brynwood gardens is amazing they are very nice. Our rent is 895. Its the cheapest I've had I along time. Me and my family are struggling tho. So the apartments don't allow dogs but allow cats the hallways are always clean it's very quite here. Its a perfect kid friendly inviorment. There are school bus stops for them. And the apartments are on top of the maitence
