There are too many cars for the few parking spaces, I have trouble finding a parking spot when I come back from work. I see people working on mechanics every day in the parking lot, I think they leave their clients' cars in the parking lots.

My building is quiet. Building has a lot of cobwebbs on the doors, windows, stairwells. When it rains I have high puddles of water in front of my door and through out the breezeway..

The apartment need more cleaning and renovation after it’s a place to live everyone seems to be happy ??. Just need renovation that’s all ,I have been living there going on two years everything is old model in my unit it’s time for renovation,it is very hard to find a parking and you live there ,it will be better if everybody apartment number is written on the parking is very hard

It’s been good. I’ve been here almost 4 years The noise complaint I had wasn’t at the apartment, the cars with loud mufflers. I wish there was more lights in the parking area or motion sensor lights by the dumpster

Maintenance is slow at coming to fix anything, cobwebbs everywhere outside the door, building, stairs. A resident parks his huge work truck in front of my window to where I can't see outside, also the truck is huge so I cannot get in my car nor can the person on the other side.

Parking is my only complaint. Cars that park in the no parking space and I can't get through, without walking through the muddy grass. And Broke down cars in the spots I could be parking in but there aren't any left at night, when I get home.

I love the neighborhood, I love the office staff. they are amazing in keeping everything well organized and clean. Maintenance does a great job! every time that I have an issue in my home they repaired fast!!. I'm not planning to go anywhere else. Amazing place to call home. Thank you! guys.

No parking , trash everywhere , office never answers the phone, old units , water leaks from roof and sinks, drains are always clogged. This place is so beyond terrible! There has been 3 shootings here in the last 3 years. Cars get broken into often. People have 10 adults to one unit, party drink and smoke all night and the office doesn’t care about anything but getting rent money. Don’t waste your time and money here it’s horrible!!! Worst place I’ve ever lived

There was a shooting last night right outside my door. The complex wasn't too bad a few years ago but now it's terrible. There have been 3 management companies in 2 years. It's always overcrowded. Too many people in an apt. People park wherever they want and always play loud music and mgmt does nothing about it. People BBQ with propane tanks right next to buildings and are always working on their cars in the parking lot. The rent has also be raised twice with zero renovations. So if you like crime at an expensive price I guess live here.

I have lived in my home for a little over a year. The staff is always attentive to my needs whether is a work order or simply to tell me I have received a package in the office. With the new addition of the fire pit area and grilling stations, I enjoy getting to meet my neighbors. If you are looking for an attentive apartment staff and a perfect location, you have found it!

I moved in about 5 months ago and could not be happier! The staff is AWESOME. The one complaint would just be how old the buildings look. The inside of my apartment is nice but the outside does not show that. I am happy for now because it is only a rental!

There are many issues with this place but the biggest in my opinion is their lack of knowledge for who is residing in their apartments. (Or maybe they just don’t care how many people live in one apartment) There are several apartments around me that have just an incredible amount of people In each. Not children. All adults. So this issue causes parking problems because there are so many cars everywhere. Apartment A and B are the worst for parking from what I can tell. The newest people to move in building B have 8 cars. EIGHT! Which takes up nearly half of the parking spots. You end up having to park parallel to the road and people back into your car. It’s happened to me, my husband and our neighbor. The maintenance took 3 months to fix a huge water leak in our daughters room. We Never got a fixed rate while the room was unavailable either which was crap to me honestly. I eventually walked to the office to ask when they would be finished and she told me it was complete and was so sure of herself and rude about dealing with the situation. Which isn’t entirely her fault because clearly the maintenance guy lacked brains when he left a message saying it was done ,but still. Also The laundry room they have available is absolutely disgusting. Maintenance will visit regularly as this place is old and consistently needs fixing. We get knocks out of the blue from downstairs having a leak from our bathroom. And They will just walk right in like it’s their home after only knocking once. Very disrespectful of privacy every time and they are gross and never clean up their messes. Walls are VERY thin. I can hear our neighbors snore at night among other things. You can even hear people talking below you. Getting a noise complaint here would be irrelevant because of this. I could go on and on but I’ll stop. You should just look elsewhere!

the best thing about the apartment is the staff. always helpful and fast to fix anything the biggest complaint I have is the walls are super thin. you hear everything upstairs and downstairs. so not good for light sleeper

The place used to be a good deal for the price, however; earlier this year CF Lane became the property managers. It has been downhill ever since. The laundry room is dirty, the pool has not been opened and it is late July, online maintenance requests receive no response, they lie and say they fixed something when they did not, the office hours are not conducive if you have a full time normal hours job, and the dishwasher does a fair to middlin' job of actually cleaning the dishes. I could go on, but who really wants to read more? It is not worth the stress of a lying and non-caring management company to pay the lower price. You are better off moving closer to Antioch if you want a comparable price, or paying more to stay in the area.
