Property Ratings at Brewers Station
Living at Brewers Station is a place you come a transition not for long term rental. The community is very underdeveloped. In the 2.5 years I was there we had no amenities. The priority was getting units in but amenities were not going to be in the horizon. You are paying for a home with granite counters and floors that popped up when walked on. While I was there many of the residents wood floors poppped up and were buldging. There is no on call maintenance. The property manager comes and looks herself and will gaslight you when you have problems. A light fixture went out (not your traditional light bulb) in my apartment and I was expected to pay for the contractor’s to come out and change the bulb since the items are “under warranty” and should last the duration. The property manager Coz will say if and anything to get you in the unit and posses some unconscious biases. Some micro aggressive comments were made to me from her on multiple occasions as I was a young professional who could actually afford live there (over priced I might add) but her comments was questioning ability to live to be able to afford it. She is very selective about who can live there and will treat you accordingly if she thinks you can’t afford it. Please read your lease thoroughly, the lease has a lot of gray areas and it not clear. When you sign your lease you are agreeing to maintaining a home with no assistance from brewer station. You will be expected to change air filters in hard to reach places and all the air filters are not accessible and they are not given to you to change. When moving out you are expected to restore the unit to perfect condition painting will be required. Cleaning will be required and carpet cleaning will be required. If these conditions are not met to pristine conditions you will be charged For each service. The property manager charged me cleaning fee for my unit being dusty as she considered it not clean. Normal wear and tear is not considered. Parking is very limited, lighting is limited at night. If you consider living here please be prepared to face the following conditions. No amenities, false advertising, over priced unit and limited liability of brewers station. Also a passive aggressive property manger.
