Located off the western shore of the Delaware River is the quaint family-friendly town of Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. This small borough gives its residents a quiet small-town escape from the surrounding larger cities. Thanks to being located near Interstate 95 and Interstate 476, travelling in and out of town is accessible. There is also access to railways that lead to both Philadelphia and Washington DC making Ridley Park a great area for commuters.
Adding to the borough’s “homey” atmosphere is the fact that the community of Ridley Park is very tight-knit. There are several community events and programs for people of all ages to get connected with one another. The many parks and the Athletic Club provide residents with several walking paths, field, and trails to explore, and the pinnacle of the town is the scenic Ridley Park Lake that people like to use to fish and relax.
Renters will find that there is a variety of housing choices to choose from.

Property Ratings at Brian Court Apartments
We loved living there. Everyone was very nice. Only reason we moved was we needed more space since we were having another baby.
I have lived here for 4+ years and have no intention leaving. I have lived in an apartment all my adult life, but living here has been the best. Rent increases are reasonable, trash is collected 3 times a week, landscaping is beautiful, no critters, maintenance is timely and management is always accessible. I love it here!
I have lived here since July. I have a basement apartment. I love my apartment. The landlord is great to deal with. Maintenance is always quick and helpful. I have not had any issues since I moved here.
We appreciate the help & assistance with the Property Mananger, Jack in securing a unit at Brian Court Apartment for our daughter who relocated to the mainland. Jack was very friendly, patient, & accommodating thoughout time of occupancy. Brian Court is a quiet & convient location for work & shopping. Thank you so much, Jack. The Owens.
It was a wonderful experience, comfortable living, good services, professional dealings, quick intervention to fix any Issue , I thank Jack for his professionalism, and I advise everyone who wants to live in the area to contact them...
I lived here for 3 years with my child until my mother passed and my dad needed us to take care of him. I was very sad to move out. I truly loved my apartment . Jack is great and always helpful. I’d move back in a heartbeat!!! Great people, neighbors and staff. Clean and nice place to live.
I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord as my first one. Anything I needed was communicated to Jack and he had it handled as fast as possible. He answered any questions or problems I had very promptly
George is such a good man. I know he has a lot on his plate, but he is a very friendly man that always acts respectful! Landlord is very respectful and prominent with all he does. Caters to my needs and accommodates to anything requested. Thank you all, and much appreciation.
Por que tiene todo lo necesario y es muy limpid y bonito
I lived here since 2016 and I have never had any issues. Management are polite and will inform you of any changes before they happen and will also check to see how you like the changes. Maintenance are also great. Before you can fully explain what’s going on they are there to fix the issue and they actually fix it. My apartment was a great size with lots of closet space. All amenities were up to date and working condition. Walking distance from mostly everything (post office, hospital, shopping, etc). Only moved for more space for my growing family.
The price is reasonable for the sq footage and location, but the building has A LOT of issues. Plumbing is a hot mess in which the landlord will insist on fixing themselves (family members help it seems). As of recently, there seem to animals living in the wall in the kitchen or ceiling above our bathroom. We live on the second floor, so it's a little bizarre (to me) that the animals were able to get up that high. Parking is a pain. There never seems to be enough space for the residents on certain days. There are no passes that are given to hang in the car or heavily enforced rules on who can park in the parking lot either. Landlords don't have to give 24-hour notice before showing up at your door. However, I feel like it would be nice to provide at least a time frame of when they'll be coming by to fix plumbing instead of texting they'll be by 'sometime tomorrow' (not a direct quote)and knocking on your door and entering if they don't get a response. Otherwise, the place itself is pretty decent. Maybe aside from the peeling vinyl floor in my kitchen, squeaky floors, poor carpeting installation, drafts through windows, ac units, and doors - it's not bad if you don't mind all those things. I suppose in Philly, this is, "You Get What You Pay For."
